Discussion page for Directory:Joseph Flynn's Parallel Path technology

Flynn is conscripting the energy of permanent magnets to follow a closed path, flipping the fields in a clever

way to follow alternate directions over time, without suppressing their natural predilection/flows. Bearden's

MEG is a plagarization of Flynn. I spoke with Flynn and he said the only reason he hasn't sued Bearden is he

isn't manufacturing yet, so no economic reward in so doing. Also Bearden's long-winded explanations are in my

opinion, a simple intent to bamboozle with rhetoric, obfuscating more than they reveal, demonstrating a supreme

arrogance, like he's the only person who understands anything, and you require his explanations, even while he

evades culpability for attempting to claim-stake others ideas by mere addition of words. Flynn is being extremely

charitable to Bearden for not petitioning the patent office to throw his patent down. Also, 'curl' in Bearden's

lexicon, is merely the circular path that magnetic fields follow, but then, you knew that.

Well, I think I've done about everything I can now to set this page up. I've brought my Nexus article up-to-date, and donated it to the PESWIKI. I've uploaded my simple flux experiment with steel staple strips. I really can't make this technology any simpler or more accessible. Here is hoping some smart folks can run with it, and do some nice motor replications. I would enjoy seeing that very much. Timharwood 10:07, 16 Mar 2006 (EST)

: Nice work. You are appreciated. SilverThunder 10:25, 16 Mar 2006 (EST)

The next step would be to do some Quickfield modelling of the various Directory:Flynn patent images. But thats not something I really want to get into. Timharwood 10:50, 16 Mar 2006 (EST)

Or... you could answer the first question on the FAQ... how do you get more power out than power in? I'm calling BS. Smilindog2000 20:46, 9 May 2007 (EDT)

Excerpt from flynnresearch.net See bold lines: "the magnetic flux produced by the coils couples with the permanent magnet’s flux and the result is four units of force at one pole of the device (four units, not two, is due to the squared force law of the combined permanent magnet flux). Once the flux has switched and the actuation elements have moved to create an air gap on the zero force side, the steering coils can be turned off and the actuator or motor will remain in this new state at four units of permanent force with no power required. A momentary coil pulse with the opposite polarity, will switch the actuator in the opposite direction."

This mean the theoretical limit is 400% vs. 387% reported in Flynn's own tests, so not breaking any physics laws and still doing "work" after power has stopped comes from the permanent magnets. This technology allows you to control those fields and use them to do work for have the energy needed for the electromagnet to do it alone. These numbers (and most others) referrer to the "Proof of Concept Device" only. A really motor application would have additional loss from multiple sources(just like a traditional motor) such as materials and craftsmanship.

What it comes down to, is 'how' the motors are measured. Imagine measuring the gas mileage of a car traveling on level ground. Then measured the gas mileage of that same car going down hill. Measured the way a PPMT motor should be, a traditional motor is much less efficient because of the unmentioned loss inherent to all traditional electric motors. In other words it's a way for manufactures to make their products "look" more efficient and lets face it, if I see motor that claims 98% efficiency and one that claims 28%, I (and most other people) would pick the 98% motor. If you look at it on an even larger scale, there was a lot of energy put into the magnets when they were made and so we are starting with more stored energy. You could think of it as if someone pushed a car to the top of a hill and just before they went over you hop on and ride to the bottom, for you that was free energy.

Joe Flynn PPMT designs

All of "Charles" Joe Flynn's patents can be viewed for free at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office web site. However this is only for the text to view the figures associated with the patent you may need to purchase a digital copy(PDF download $3 each) which I have done for a few of his patents. I recommend patent No. 6342746<pesn type= if you would like to better understand Parallel Path Magnetic Technology. [[User:Boobtube713|Boobtube713"></pesn>] 18:58, 21 July 2011 (PDT)

Sterling had this great tip.

There are other Patent services that do give pdf links

-- SilverThunder 10:30, 26 July 2011 (PDT)

So here are the PDF links.PatNo. 6342746

PatNo. 5455474

Once again thanks for the great tip Sterling!
