Is The US Government Losing On Substantive Legal Issues?by Congress:Member:Leslie R. Pastor Copyright © 2009

Attorney Tom Cryer and the IRS

Recently, the Government lost a staggering case regarding the use of gold and silver as payment for employment at a company. Their response, they seized the company, that made the gold and silver coins by ‘force’ and confiscated the gold and silver outright. They stole the gold and silver from a lawful company, performing a lawful act of creating coins from gold and silver (protected by the US Constitution).

Since they could not win their case under the ‘rule of law’ in a ‘court of law,’ the government acted outside of the law, under ’color of law’ and imposed a direct sanction against those it deemed violated their interpretation of ‘lawful money.’ These actions are the actions of an out of control government, unresponsive to the will of the people, for the people, or by the people. Those that accomplished this, acted outside of the ‘rule of law’ under 'color of law' under our system of American Jurisprudence. In essence, they became outlaws.
