For as long as I can remember, it was understood that Planet Earth was the only planet with intelligent life. Most students coming out of our school systems, tended to agree with this assessment. We were even informed that there was a concerted effort by scientists, to actually try and find intelligent life out in the vastness of space-time. None of the astronauts coming back from the Moon or much later from Mars explorations by our robot explorers even hinted about ‘intelligent’ life forms. We ‘found’ fossil remains of some life forms on Mars, but nothing to be excited about. Mars was initially considered a ‘dead’ planet.
But recently, an interesting development occurred in support of an alternative viewpoint, a significant revelation, that tends to bolster a strong belief in extraterrestrial biological entities, having significant intelligence, superior, to that of our own capabilities. Let me explain: Recently a video was released allegedly by a William Rutledge, who claimed to be part of the Apollo 20 Moon landing team. This was no ordinary footage, for it showed an alleged documentation of a definitive flyby of their orbiter over the backside of the Moon, namely the far-side of the Moon not facing the Earth. This unique flyby was recorded and archived at NASA for nearly thirty-five (35) years. It depicted the discovery of a significant huge ‘cigar-shaped’ vehicle, so massive, (approximately four (4) miles in lenght) that it had craters on top of the outside of its outer skin. Allegedly, this video was downloaded on the internet and given credence by the actual commander (William Rutledge) of Apollo 20. (Apollo 20 apparently was not scrubbed, but was a clandestine mission to the Moon, in a joint clandestine mission (US-USSR) in the early mid-seventies. William Rutledge provides an intriguing account of his experiences during that time-frame. NASA provided a significant picture that clearly shows a VERY LARGE "Cigar Shaped" object on the surface of the Moon which they cannot explain away....it is clearly OUT THERE ON THE SURFACE OF THE MOON.

Actual film footage from the Apollo 20 Mission provides significant proof of Alien Beings other than ourselves who too are also Human looking in facial and body (belly button, breasts) structure. Those of you, who can still remember, STS-48, and the significant analysis, provided by Jack Kasher, regarding those ‘ice crystals,’ will remember NASA’s futile attempt to explain away, what was transpiring sixty (60) miles above the Earth’s airglow and some two (200) hundred miles below the orbiting Space Shuttle.
With the Space Shuttle’s camera focused to infinity and fixated upon the Earth’s airglow below it, the viewers of NASA Select (cable) were witness to what appeared to be significant ‘space vehicles’ traversing the orbit of the Earth’s airglow at tremendous velocities. There was what appeared to be a significant ‘attack’ upon two of those ‘space vehicles’ from Australia, but the ‘space vehicles’ outmaneuvered the attack, leaving the Earth’s orbit with amazing speed and agility out into the vastness of space. Dr. Kasher concluded that those ‘ice crystals’ were spacecraft.

Admittedly, serious controversy surrounds the Billy Meier UFO Case, least of which are his statements regarding prophesy and religion. Finding anecdotal references in general to be subjective, I usually frown upon such references, relying upon video transmission/reception of ‘observable/verifiable’ data. In this particular case, I don’t wish to speculate regarding the intent, or the motivation, regarding the motives, or purpose of Billy Meier’s encounters. What intrigues my interest, are the significant photographic and film (graphic) regarding the actual UFO craft that he encountered. In my humble opinion, they could not all be faked. It is well known that professional ‘debunkers’ have targeted, and in some cases, several UFO investigators, have died under somewhat mysterious circumstances.

An observation as mere speculation regarding the subjective events experienced by Billy Meier and others like him. Primarily and foremost, biological life forms looking identical to Earth humans do not necessarily have similar cultures, limitations, or perspectives indicative of Earth related beliefs or customs. Therefore, they may not be subject to such limitations, beliefs or customs, but merely subscribe to Earth protocols in order to make contact palatable. Their level of intelligence may be levels and levels above and beyond the confines of human biological capacity, necessitating a diminution of their actual skills towards human contact. So even though they may look and act like us, having the capacity to communicate and to relate towards us, they may not necessarily conform, in principle, nor in belief. That is probably a significant reason for the disparity in beliefs, perception and actual (individual) contact protocols. They (extraterrestrials) may not have a need for religion, salvation, or restoration to a Creator "God." Simply stated, because they are not a part of our ‘Creation,’ and therefore not subject to our protocols, limitations or beliefs. They merely exist as separate entities (having their own protocols, limitations, and beliefs) who subscribe to a general conformance of space-time. Thus the need to communicate telepathically (we have hundreds of languages here on planet Earth separating us from each other) with us. Their lifespan appears to be significantly longer than our own (theirs being thousands of years, while ours for only one hundred and twenty years). The simplicity in which they address the ‘creation’ shatters the megalomania that we have on planet Earth, ( just read my research pages ). It is obvious, we only know what they themselves wish us to know. They appear technologically superior, because they are not limited by our 'structured thinking' and our "structured beliefs." If we wish to advance, we need to develop outside of the existing paradigm of control and conform to the beatitudes of benevolence. Something that will probably not take place on this planet.
