Using the "move" feature to change the name of a page to something that does not reflect the core meaning of the page, or which sullies the name in some way, is and act of vandalism and never appropriate.
Those who engage in such activity will be banned from further activity on the site.
Page moves are rarely required, and should be done sparingly. Making excessive page moves (more than two in a day), while not contributing any other worth while content, will be viewed as malicious, and will result in being banned from further activity on the site.
