A PESN open source project
Officially launched April 21, 2011
To replicate the wireless power transmission technology first introduced by Nikola Tesla, then enlarged upon recently by Nobel Prize-deserving Directory:Konstantin Meyl and recently embodied into a simple set of plans by IEEE member, Steve Jackson.
The purpose of this open source project page is to facilitate the replication of these plans, as well as to characterize, optimize, improve, and come up with the zillion applications that can come from it.
Potential applications include: 1) harnessing aetheric energy, 2) superluminal communication, 3) wireless transmission of power through any barrier, 4) anti-gravity capabilities, and 5) creating defensive shields to make conventional war obsolete. http://pesn.com/2011/04/19/9501813_Tesla_Coils_Unleash_Aether/
Jackson is providing these plans free of charge. He is working on a kit to help people source the materials at a reasonable price, expected to be ready in about a week.
This page is the official project page.

This Replication Project recreates an invention that was Patented by Nikola Tesla over
a century ago. It is new science which has not been tested and approved by medical
authorities. Proceed at your own risk. Neither the author nor PESN can be held liable
for any injury or damage, however caused.
While the device and operation described by these plans are meant to be on a safe level, improper usage could result in dangerous or even fatal conditions of high voltage and/or discharge.
Other cautions should likewise be followed as accompany such a project.

Steve is a long-standing member of IEEE, a world-revered association of electrical engineers. He is intent on seeing Nikola Tesla become revered in that community as deserved and sees electrical engineers as being in a good position to replicate these plans, characterize, optimize, improve, and come up with a zillion applications.
In the IEEE video, Steve took the receiver unit about 20 feet from the transmitter. In his personal testing he was able to take the receiver 60 feet away with no diminishing of output power. The distance was limited by the ground wire between the receiver and transmitter. Tesla was using the earth as the ground, and he was working with higher voltages.
One of Steve's associates has replicated his design using these plans. (As of April 11, 2011)

Hi Steve,
I finished my coils today. I've attached a couple of photos.
The only areas where I deviated from your instructions:
I used 1/4" ABS sheet for the base that I had on hand.
I used 1/4" acrylic for the discs that I had on hand.
I used a #20(.161 dia.) for the center holes to get a better fit with
the center screw. It controls the parallelism of the base and disc a
little better, especially with the thicker acrylic.
I know you are aware of this, but Tesla stated that he got better
performance from his systems when the mass of the primary equals the
mass of the secondary. I've noticed this in the cylindrical coils that
I've built using spark impulses, also. Now, Dollard says that Tesla made
a mistake here and that its the surface areas of the primary and
secondary that need to be equal instead of the masses.
I think on down the road, after I've tested these coils, I think I will
build two sets of coils using both these criteria and see if I can
detect a difference.
Steve, are you aware of a formula for calculating the inductance of
these pancake coils? And to get resonance, where is the capacitance? Is
it between the turns of the coil? I keep thinking about the 4.888Mhz
dream data.
Also, do you think this technology would work at lower frequencies?
Is the custom driver your team developed available for download
somewhere? I can use the current driver, but you said that your driver
allowed you to use the scroll wheel to vary the frequency to hunt for
resonance. Is that right?
I hope everything is going well for you.
Thanks for everything.........................Ron
