Green Power's second Chapter 9 attempt falls flat (TriCityHerald June 18, 2014)
: A troubled Pasco biofuel company's second attempt to seek bankruptcy protection has failed.
: That means a group of Tri-City-area creditors can move forward on their efforts to foreclose on Green Power's unfinished plant in the Big Pasco Industrial Park.
: U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Timothy Dore dismissed Green Power's latest bankruptcy case this week after the company failed to meet deadlines to provide certain information.
: Green Power did not provide proof of insurance and additional financial information, according to court documents. The company also did not disclose the connections between the proposed buyer and Green Power or give any evidence to show the buyer's ability to close on the $12 million deal.
: Judith Calhoun, Green Power's acting CEO, said in court documents that she filed the most recent bankruptcy case so Green Power could be sold.
: Calhoun has been the acting CEO since Green Power founder Michael Spitzauer was federally indicted in connection with wire and bank fraud, aggravated identity theft, money laundering and lying on a federal tax return. He has been jailed since December.

David Cleveland brought this to our attention: http://www.popsci.com/article/science/pure-genius-how-dean-kamens-invention-could-bring-clean-water-millions
Here's an excerpt:
: Using a process called vapor compression distillation, a single Slingshot can purify more than 250,000 liters of water per year, enough to satisfy the needs of about 300 people. And it can do so with any water source—sewage, seawater, chemical waste—no matter how dirty.
: For communities that lack clean water, the benefit is obvious, but to realize that potential, the Slingshot needs to reach them first. Which is where Coke comes in: The company is not just a soft-drink peddler it is arguably the largest, most sophisticated distribution system in the world. That’s important because the scale of the water crisis the world faces is unprecedented. [...]
: Kamen calls the global water crisis a “Goliath” of a problem, which suggests that he is David. He offers a quick refresher on biblical lore: David, it bears remembering, defeated Goliath with a slingshot.

On ?19? ?June? ?2014 ?14?:?44 [MDT], regarding the [Cell] we reported on yesterday, I wrote to Diarmaid Flynn,
: "I'd be interested in talking to them about the possibility of advertising their product on our websites, and I'll be sending them an email to this effect hopefully today. Maybe you could put in a good word for me."
On June 19, 2014 9:56 AM [MDT] Diarmaid responded:
: Yes, I was with Ian when the email arrived. I’d say the biggest issue will be him putting the time aside to form up a deal with you.
: As you always advocate, I put my money where my mouth is and got the product installed. I had put aside some money to buy a HHO generator and instead put it into this. It only generates about .4 litres per minute. They found this the best as anymore put too much pressure on the battery and alternator.
: The inventor is a Portuguese guy who worked in Ireland with Renault. Volvo and another car manufacturer are engaging at the moment. The inventor is now back in Portugal, and Ian McDonnell (Irish) is leading the commercialisation on it. Hes really passionate.
: I showed him your OS:Sterling Allan's H-Cat Heater Design videos and hes going to look into this now.
: He converts Cabs to LPG (Basically GAS) and feeds in the HHO. He tested it on a CAB on city centre driving and it did about 30 miles on equivalent costs of 1/5 litre of Petrol at Irish prices. IE 1.52 euro is 1 litre of Petrol.
: He's a very strong story re testing and relevant national transport authority clearance.
: Its too early to tell how efficient it is but I can tell you he comes across as very genuine, passionate about embracing failure in the strides towards success. He's been working with the inventor for 4 years. His initial HHO generators had a lot of issues with corrosion, but hes goten to a good place now where he guarantees about 70000km per unit.
: There is significant government interest in Ireland and in Portugal, but some is not able to be disclosed but he showed me photos of military gear getting it installed -- the same unit I got it installed on my car. I have a few friends getting it installed, one tomorrow afternoon.
: I took a few photos…
And on June 19, 2014 4:03 PM [MDT], Diarmaid added:
: Just a quick update too. I said .4 litre per min. That was incorrect, typo ?, its .25 L/h [that seems too low is probably incorrect]. It uses a sodium bicarbonate and water electrolyte. Its only 300 ML ! You can buy refills and they have a sensing LED to show that it's out. They sell that for about 15% of the cost. It weights about 550g.
: Expected exhaust emission reduction is 20-80% and fuel reduction 10-30%.
: Power draw is .20A to .5A
: My head is having a hard time with the fact it only needs 300 ML of electrolyte for 70000 km.
: Also, I cannot yet grasp why it seems to get better with time. They say it will take 2-3 tanks of fuel before it's at its peak. Surely the H burns completely each time and doesn't magically build up over time. [Perhaps] it's more to do with the overall reduction in carbon buildup through more efficient combustion that may somehow make the engine mechanics \ friction more efficient over time….
: Anyway a quick Gremlin…?
: It should be only powered when the engines running. However, they need a 12VDC power line that turns on and off with the engine. Modern cars use CAMBUS systems so that's not a easy thing to find. So realistically they need to go back to the fuse board and that again is a bit of a struggle as that's inside the car interior on most makes. They seem to have taken a short cut on mine so I will be ringing first thing in the am to get it sorted and a reason why they didn’t tell me they’d gone for battery power.
: Anyway, the struggles of commercialisation!!
: I showed them your OS:Sterling Allan's H-Cat Heater Design videos and he was impressed and hoped to try that.

I wish I didn't have to say this, but we are presently in a very tight spot, and need some donations to get through.
It has been taking a long time to get the funds that a group promised, seeming to be a day or so away for over a month. I guess it's karma for the tease of emerging exotic free energy technologies that ever seem to be so close yet end up being so far away.
June 23 15:40 UTC: We finally received the funds from that group, so the urgent need for donations has passed. Thanks, those of you who chipped in.
SUBTOTAL: Donated amount received as of June 23 14:00 UTC: $195.00

This is definitely one of the more professional news story about a company that seems to be the furthest along in their rate of sales. HHO is maturing, making it into the mainstream without looking crazy any more.
: From: Diarmaid Flynn
: Sent: Wednesday, June 18, 2014 4:16 PM
: Subject: Growing hho craze in Europe
: Check out this Portuguese company going mass market using HHO to help engine efficiency
Here's an excerpt of this mainstream news report:
: A small Portuguese company is launching a new, affordable device which it says will reduce your vehicle’s fuel consumption and benefit the environment. [...]
: The device, called “Ultimate Cell”, is connected to the car’s electrical system and uses the energy produced by the battery. Manufacturers claim that using it can lead to a drop in fuel consumption of up to 30% and reduce exhaust emissions by up to 65%. Moreover, it is compatible with almost every kind of engine, including diesel, gasoline, biodiesel and GPL.
: How does it work?[...]
: “With this kind of technology – these small bubbles of hydrogen injected into the inlet – the combustion process is much more complete, giving the car more power, so it can go further with the same amount of fuel, which means users consume up to 30% less fuel,” says electrical engineer Jose Tribolet, who has studied the system.
: All the units are tested before being put onto the market.
: “This technological approach is based on hydrogen. Hydrogen technology has been explored over many years, but always using hydrogen as fuel. That’s not the idea here. This device is simple. It does not require pressurized tanks, storing large amounts of hydrogen, or large investments. This is a small investment for the consumer,” says Professor Tribolet.
: A number of fishing boats, which normally have very high fuel costs, have also been equipped with the device. An average fishing vessel uses an estimated 140 litres of diesel per hour. Those using the Ultimate Cell device have noted a 20 per cent drop in fuel consumption.
: And lorry drivers using the device say they, too, have noticed an improvement in engine performance and efficiency, leading to a smoother and quieter driving experience.
: After the device hit the market early this year, some 5,000 units have so far been sold at a cost of around 300 euros a piece. Each unit will last about 70,000 km, after which it will need to be recharged.
This is the official website: http://www.ultimatecell.ie/
Following up, Diarmaid Flynn added:
: It's quite a new story here so very little background noise yet. I ran a company search on the owner so it is a legit business. He also has a Car Dealership and a Cab company so his bona fides should be easy to validate.
: They are actually an Irish company but our government funding agency would n’t give them money so they moved the production to Portugal. Our Loss. Anyway they are actually selling the units based from a building close to my work so I’ll call around and get more information and send on to you. Hopefully I can meet some of the head people and see if it all adds up.

Those of you who have followed our news for years will remember back in 2009 when there was a controversy about Bob Potchen and Bob Boyce. Boyce showed evidence that he had a Verichip implanted against his knowledge, which ended up causing a tumor. He thinks Potchen gave him a drink to put him out, then implanted the chip. That's a portion of the saga that went on for quite some time.
Well, yesterday Potchen was in the news in Florida. He was beating up on his wife in a car, and two good samaritans came to her rescue. He pulled a gun on them and pursued them into a building, breaking the glass door and threatening to shoot them.
He fled the scene then later turned himself in to authorities.

Today on my http://FreeEnergyQuest.com radio show I'm going to be interviewing the guy who got me started in all this exotic free energy stuff 12 years ago: Welton Myers. His last name is actually quite fitting, in the tradition of Directory:Stanley Meyer, since water as fuel is one of Welton's area of interest and pursuit.
Welton is fascinating to listen to. He's been at this since after WWII. That's why I call him "A Grandfather of the Free Energy Movement". He's not only familiar with a lot of the key players, such as John Searl and Timothy Thrapp, but he's worked directly with them.
He's the Energizer Bunny of the free energy movement -- never quits. Despite many setbacks and let downs over the years, he just keeps on going.
I wanted to have him on to give a thumbnain sketch of some of the many projects he's been involved in over the years, including his patriot activities and renewable growing.
But it turns out he wants to use this broadcast to announce the launch of a product line that has to do with HHO or Browns Gas making fuel efficiency much better. He's worked with Directory: Hydrogen Hog by Future Energy Concepts, Inc. and his team has actually replicated Well's technology. Those of you who have been tracking our news for years will recall that Freddy was the one who claimed to be able to drive a truck on water.
In Welton's group, that particular technology is not yet ready to go. It runs too hot. They need to add fuel to the mix so the engine runs properly. And it's regarding that variation that he said yesterday:
: AES [Alternative Energy Systems] NOW SEEKING TOP QUALITY CAR AND TRUCK REPAIR SHOPS to become AES licensed "H 2 GO CENTERS" and with specifically trained marketers and mechanics to market, install and service the AES DUEL FUEL GREEN BOX (HHO) HYDROXY SYSTEMS and seeking some special high tech shops to assist R & D on the AES BLUE BOX HYDRO-PLASMA SYSTEMS for use fleet's they want to service when system is perfected, now to be tested on their shop's demo vehicle or on their shop,s electrical generator.
: Also seeking benevolent funding with fair return on investment for R&D for the AES BLUE BOX HYDRO-PLASMA SYSTEMS & manufacturing facility.
I need to give a caveat to this. As long as I have known him, Welton tends to talk ahead of himself, making things sound further along than they are. You do need to realize he gets exuberent, and that reality may be quite different.

Green Power CEO of Kennewick set to be arraigned on new charges - (Tri-City Herald June 14, 2014)
: Green Power CEO Michael Spitzauer is asking a federal judge to grant him bail after six months behind bars.
: But federal prosecutors say Spitzauer remains a flight risk.
: Spitzauer, of Kennewick, is set to be arraigned Wednesday on new charges filed against him in U.S. District Court in Yakima. Magistrate Judge James P. Hutton will hold a bail review hearing at the same time.
: Federal prosecutors recently amended the indictment against Spitzauer to add bank fraud, filing a false tax return and additional instances of wire fraud. He was already charged with wire fraud, aggravated identity theft and money laundering.
: Spitzauer was transferred in April from federal custody in Yakima to the Benton County jail so he could see a specialist at Kadlec Regional Medical Center for neck pain, documents said. The doctor determined a lump was not cancerous but recommended that it be removed.
: Since that doctor was not a surgeon, officials found a surgeon at Lourdes Health Network who could see Spitzauer, documents said. That doctor requested a CT scan so he could get a complete picture of the lump. That test happened earlier this week.
: Spitzauer asserts he should be able to have surgery at Kadlec instead of Lourdes and is trying to claim federal marshals are trying to avoid having to pay for surgery, documents said.
: He also argues that he should be released so he can recover at home after surgery, but federal prosecutors say that neither physician has recommended he recover at home instead of in jail.
: Spitzauer has remained intimately involved in Green Power, the troubled Pasco biofuels company he founded, while in jail, prosecutors say. They describe his supposed lack of control as a "farce."
: While incarcerated, he spoke with acting CEO Judith Calhoun on the phone 54 times during a recent six-week period.
: "Spitzauer and Judith Calhoun regularly discuss and he gives direction on Green Power related matters, such as business transactions and bankruptcy proceedings," prosecutors wrote in court documents.
: During the same weeks, Spitzauer also made 21 calls to one of his alleged victims. In March, while in custody, he apparently negotiated an agreement with that alleged victim which Spitzauer's wife then signed, according to court documents.
: In the meantime, Calhoun has arranged for an attorney and insurance for Green Power's bankruptcy case, which has halted efforts by Tri-City creditors to foreclose on the company's unfinished Pasco plant.
: A judge dismissed the company's first bankruptcy filing earlier this year.
: Calhoun says in court documents that she filed the most recent bankruptcy case so Green Power can be sold. She previously told the Herald that the buyer is Atlantis Renewable Energy Systems, a company she recently incorporated.
: But now Green Power is being sold to a different company for $12 million, Calhoun said in court documents. She redacted the buyer's name from the documents she filed with the bankruptcy court, claiming she was doing so because of "inaccurate newspaper reporting."
: However, Peter Gawain, whose signature is on the new purchase and sale agreement, also is a manager of a company that owned Atlantis Renewable Energy Systems, according to court documents filed by Calhoun during her first attempt at bankruptcy protection and documents filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission.

In response to someone worried about having paid for a 10 kW Magnacoaster several years ago and not having received it, and not getting any reply from Magnacoaster, I received this update from Directory:Rasa's Zero Point Institute.

: Subject: RE: Magnacoaster
: Dear Sterling,
: Latest news:
: Magnacoaster has relocated to a new facility. This is good news, because they can finally start production. However, this is one of the worst times to try and contact them. Then don't appear to be answering phone calls or emails very often. They must be very busy training their new line of assembly workers. I haven't heard from them in a while, but i have faith that i will be hearing some very good news from them pretty soon.
: Regarding people who are waiting for their generators, I am NOT a representative of Magnacoaster, but i can say this: when people sent money to Richard, they signed a contract which said that there is no expected delivery date, that the generators will "eventually" be ready. (I forget the exact words, but it is in the contract they signed).
: Now is a big time for Richard. For years and years he has been insisting on doing things "his way", and now "his way" is finally coming to fruition. This is his chance to show that all that waiting for things to happen "his way" will finally pay off. Now he has got his production warehouse and crew of assemblers he is training, so that plane is either going to take off real soon, or crash hard. Let's hope it does take off.
: p.s. My own experiments have been going really well, and I should be sending you some exciting new open-source videos pretty soon. I have been working on a solar joule ringer battery desulfator and some kind of a perpetual motion windmill which keeps spinning and producing energy even when there is no wind.
