Today, when I was on a conference call with Clean Nature Solutions, S.L. in Europe, Lalitha told me that she knows a rich guy in Spain who had a Template: 973 in La Palma, Spain.
She said that many people, including her, went to see it running, but that when they arrived, he couldn't get it to work.
She plans to be back in La Palma in October, and hopes to try to go see it again, this time, hopefully, operational.

I've not seen this one before. This is a brilliant find.
By outward appearance, it certainly looks like a Template: 973. You can see the motor, the generator, a likely place for a flywheel, and belts. That Tesla's famed student would be the first to come up with is certainly apropos.

: Subject: The First QMoGen
: Hello Sterling,
: Are you aware of the very first QMoGen made by Otis T Carr, student of Tesla?
: The Government said that he was a fraud and trying to destroy the economic system of the United States, so they locked him up, I think for 14 years.
: Here is a pic of it. It has a constant velocity flywheel in the center and an electric motor or generator on either end driven by V-belts.:
: I'm working on 4 variations of the QMoGen and an Acula or two.
: I'll send pics if over-unity is achieved.
: Bob Oehrlein
The label on the device says "Carr Model X-1", with text:
PERPETUAL ENERGY-MOTION MACHINEScan now be produced upon specification of power requirements
:: Our machines come in various sizes and dimensions. The one illustrated below is symbolic of units in the 25 KW to 150 KW range. Various other sizes and dimensions will be engineered to fit requirements from small portable units to large individual power stations.

Bud Dodgson brought this to our attention. It seems to have some overlap with what Rossi is doing with E-Cat, and maybe what SHT is doing with their Symphony 7.
: Stanford University scientists have developed a low-cost, emissions-free device that uses an ordinary AAA battery to produce hydrogen by water electrolysis. Unlike other water splitters that use precious-metal catalysts, the electrodes in this device are made of inexpensive and abundant nickel and iron.
: Professor Hongjie Dai and colleagues have developed a cheap, emissions-free device that uses a 1.5-volt battery to split water into hydrogen and oxygen at room temperature. The hydrogen gas could be used to power fuel cells in zero-emissions vehicles.
Hydrogen gas is used to power zero-emissions fuel cell vehicles, but most hydrogen is made from fossil fuels that contribute to global warming. Stanford University Professor Hongjie Dai has developed an emissions-free electrolytic device that splits water into hydrogen and oxygen at room temperature. The device runs on an ordinary AAA battery using electrodes made of inexpensive nickel and iron. For more information see: http://dailab.stanford.edu. Support for the research was provided by the Precourt Institute of Energy and the Global Climate & Energy Project at Stanford. (YouTube Aug 19, 2014)

: Dear Sterling,
: Well, it's been 7 days since my last Update. I'd like to wish a warm welcome to all of the new people who signed up for this service during that time. If you are interested, you can find many of my previous Update Newsletters on the Newsletter Archive page of my website:
: SEVENTH and Final 2014 Conference Release
: The 'Cosmic Induction Generator' is a very interesting technology with many applications, but the first goal has been to manifest visible evidence of the intrinsically invisible formative forces of the living universe. This machine uses two Tesla Coils operating in conjunction with each other to reproduce these generative conditions in miniature.
: The Tesla Transmitters are designed to replicate the ideas expressed in Wilhelm Reich's "Cosmic Superimposition" of formative fields. When two living energy fields mutually interact, they can stimulate each others' excitation level to the point of illumination - in other words, they can 'CREATE LIGHT directly from the Ether'!
: 'Get your copy now': http://www.emediapress.com/go.php?offer=pesnetwork&pid=56
: This product includes the 72 minute, in-depth presentation explaining the history and science of the Cosmic Induction Generator presented by John Polakowski on the last day of the Conference. 'Also included are complete schematics' and full circuit characteristics based on Eric Dollard's "transmission line" theory of operation.
: There is also quite a bit of Q & A, as John answers a LOT of questions throughout the presentation!
: There are also quite a few bonuses with this package, so to find out everything that comes with the lecture, just checkout the website.
: 'Cosmic Induction Generator'
: So, here is the full list of the Summer Releases from the 2014 Energy Science and Technology Conference. By popular demand, we have tried to get all of the products out earlier this year. Thank you, again, for your interest in this new science and for your support of the inventors and researchers making it happen.

: Extraluminal Transmission Systems
: Dynaflux Alternator

: Coming Soon.....
: Now that we are done releasing the 2014 Energy Science and Technology Conference series, the next release, coming in September, will be the next book by Eric Dollard, titled 'Versor Algebra as Applied to Multi-Phase Power Systems'. This is Eric's astonishing thesis, taking the Versor Algebra model of the Four Quadrant Theory, and applying it to higher dimensionalities.
: And, of course, the final installment of 'Bedini SG, The Complete Advanced Handbook' will be released (hopefully) by the end of October.
: That's it for now. Thanks again for your interest in this year's Conference Presentations, and for helping build a better world!
: Warm regards,
