H-Cat Calorimetry Live

'Free Energy Blog:2014:04:30'

Template: 4288

Okay, I'm here at Darrell Jacobson's place running our H-Cat calorimetry test.

I'm going to record this in reverse chronological sequence.

Live stream: off

3:10 am: Report link for next day Live

Blog:2014:May:01:H-Cat Calorimetry

Also I see some of our Google livestreams from April 30 are available too: - 1 of 3 - 2 of 3 - 3 of 3

6:37 pm: stopped for the night

We started again at 6:06:35 hooking the HHO up to the cat, with the cat out of the water.

At 6:08:35, the exhaust stopped

At 6:09:00 or less, we put the cat in the watter

At 6:13, we started getting flashback again

At 6:15, the flashback had stopped

At 6:19, the flashback started up again, so we disconnected the HHO from the cat.

The battery charger was running at 236 Watts from the wall, with 9.97 volts and 14.44 amps

The flow rate at the beginning was first liter from 6:01:44 to 6:02:47, and the second liter at 6:02:48

We noticed that when the flashback would happen, the nearly collapsed balloon would collapse more, to total collapse.

We plan on arriving again tomorrow at 10:30 am.

First, we'll turn the volume down, and check the flow rate, then start up, probably around 11 am.

5:30 pm: Starting again. 3rd time's a charm?

Here's the new feed for the live stream:

We're ready to start again.

Rheostat appears to be steady, holding battery charger to around 10 V, 19 amps.

5:20 pm

Going to start again in about 50-10 minutes

After we started up

5:05 pm

We started again and got flashback, so we've put a rheostat to the battery charger, turning the power down, and backed off the power. Letting it stabilize. Will try again in a bit.

The bubble-stop occured faster than last time.

4:10 pm

Updated livestream to

I guess the previous stream died.

We're putting clamps on the heat sink input tube. Hope to start test again in maybe 15 minutes.

2:30 pm

He, he.

The objective at the start of the test was to hold the Cat out of the water and run the exhaust hose into the water to see the bubbling in the water. Then, once the bubbling stopped, we would put the balloon on the end, and submerge the cat.

We started the test at 2:50, hooking the HHO to the Cat. At 2:54:07, the bubbling stopped from the exhaust, and vacuum began. Prior to that, as I was holding the cat, it was at room temperature, even though HHO was flowing across it but after that, it immediately began to get warm, growing hot, so I didn't want to hold it. We attached the balloon to the exhaust, and it sucked in. We submerged the Cat in the water at 2:54:32.

At 2:57 we got a flashback, and shortly after that the plastic from the flashback arrester melted and a flame shot out from the arrester, as the HHO was ignited by the heat of the melted plastic. Darrel blew out the flame, but it re-ignited the gas from the heat of the plastic. He blew it out again, 2-3 more times, then submerged it in the 5-gallon bucket of water.

We're going to do a cool-down thing on the entry to the Cat, using metal pipe and tin fins. Then start it up again, probably around 3:45-50.

I should note that the water temperature raised from 11.5 to 12.0 C in those few minutes.

2:15 pm

We'll be giving an introduction here in a few minutes, then we'll be starting the test at around 2:30 pm. So now is going to be about the most action you'll see on this live feed. Lucky you if you see this message in time.

2:05 pm

Darrell's battery charger is ideal, putting out in the range of 11 V, 20 amps.

We plugged it in around 2 pm, producing HHO gas. Did a "bang" test, and it works great.

Livestream was:

1:15 pm

We'll be starting at around 1:00 pm Mountain.

You can watch us live thought webcam at:

Our power supply stopped working.

You should see how small guage the wires are hooking up to the terminals. Maybe 12 gauge. It's supposed to be a 50 amp, 15 volt power supply. The screws going to the negative terminal were finger loose when Darrell checked them this morning (hence leading to the melting yesterday.

I'm going to call a friend to see if we can borrow one of his power supplies. Might take a couple of hours to get that. Then we'll start again.

I've Learned...

'Free Energy Blog:2014:04:30'

Relevance: Directory:Spirituality

I found this compendium of wisdom going back through some old email. Was sent by my brother, Nathan.

I've learned.... That the best classroom in the world is at the feet of an elderly person.

I've learned.... That when you're in love, it shows.

I've learned.... That just one person saying to me, 'You've made my day!' makes my day.

I've learned.... That having a child fall asleep in your arms is one of the most peaceful feelings in the world.

I've learned.... That being kind is more important than being right.

I've learned.... That you should never say no to a gift from a child.

I've learned.... That no matter how serious your life requires you to be, everyone needs a friend to act goofy with.

I've learned.... That sometimes all a person needs is a hand to hold and a heart to understand.

I've learned.... That life is like a roll of toilet paper. The closer it gets to the end, the faster it goes.

I've learned.... That we should be glad God doesn't give us everything we ask for.

I've learned.... That money doesn't buy class.

I've learned.... That it's those small daily happenings that make life so spectacular.

I've learned... That under everyone's hard shell is someone who wants to be appreciated and loved.

I've learned.... That to ignore the facts does not change the facts.

I've learned.... That when you plan to get even with someone, you are only letting that person continue to hurt you.

I've learned.... That love, not time, heals all wounds.

I've learned.... That the easiest way for me to grow as a person is to surround myself with people smarter than I am.

I've learned.... That everyone you meet deserves to be greeted with a smile.

I've learned.... That no one is perfect until you fall in love with them.

I've learned... That life is tough, but I'm tougher.

I've learned.... That opportunities are never lost someone will take the ones you miss.

I've learned.... That when you harbor bitterness, happiness will dock elsewhere.

I've learned.... That I wish I could have told my Mom that I love her one more time before she passed away.

I've learned.... That one should keep his words both soft and tender, because tomorrow he may have to eat them.

I've learned.... That a smile is an inexpensive way to improve your looks.

I've learned.... That when your newly born grandchild holds your little finger in his little fist, that you're hooked for life.

I've learned.... That everyone wants to live on top of the mountain, but all the happiness and growth occurs while you're climbing it.

I've learned.... That the less time I have to work with, the more things I get done.
