The folks over at http://www.rarenergia.com.br have posted a few more photos of their Gilman, Illinois, USA installation, which doesn't seem to be progressing as rapidly as the Porto Alegre-RS, Brazil facility did.
The new photos are posted near the end of the page.

The motor-generator portion is a bit more quiet than a window air conditioner. He says the unit outputs 2 kW, and that they hurried to get it done so customers in Pennsylvania who are still in a power outage after their recent storm could purchase it. (CBS News)
Apparently they have not yet figured out how to run the motor from the betteries [with the upgraded circuit], hence the unit is plugged into the wall. In the Facebook comments, he said: "Battery chargers pull a lot juice, whereas this system only uses 4 amps, which is more efficient." He also said: "I can take 4 amps to run an electric motor and spin the alternator to produce 25 amps. Battery chargers take alot more than that to operate."
In response to a question: "Could this supply off the grid electricity?" Doug writes: "Yes it can it comes with a solar panel and a turbine. The power cord is only there if you would like to put a quick charge on the batteries."
He says more videos are coming, maybe tomorrow.
If you would like to get this version of their system, which doesn't yet have the QMoGen self-looped, but has solar and wind, with plug-in-powered motor-generator for rapid charge.
