Green Power loses tenancy at Port of Pasco - Green Power CEO Michael Spitzauer, who was federally indicted last week for his alleged role in defrauding investors, did not make the port's Monday deadline to pre-pay its six-month lease. Spitzauer, who has pleaded innocent in U.S. District Court to wire fraud, aggravated identity theft and money laundering, remains in federal custody in Yakima. (Mid Columbia Tri City Herald December 16, 2013)
A few minutes ago, I saw "Mike Spitzauer" pop up on Skype.
: [3:57:57 PM] Sterling D. Allan: how's Mike?
: [3:59:15 PM] Michael P Spitzauer: Hey sir its michael his son. My father should be out frida pending another delay.
: [3:59:34 PM] Sterling D. Allan: Hi Michael.
: [3:59:51 PM] Sterling D. Allan: Hope things go well for you all. Hard times.
: [4:00:25 PM] Michael P Spitzauer: just gotta fight through it and stay committed

Terry Wolf brought this to my attention, including this attachment: Blue Planet Project (pdf 9 Mb).
I didn't read through it all, but it looks quite interesting and credible from what I did see.

: Hi Sterling!
: Have you ever read the Blue Planet Project report? I have heard a lot of top level witnesses say that many of the things in that report are fact. People like ex-astronaut's, military pilots and high ranking officers, ex-high ranking government officials, ex-FAA, NASA, CIA/NSA/FBI officials and on and on! Basically the US and other large governments have technologies way far more advanced then what we know about, including energy production. You don't really think that the US gave up the space shuttle and SR-71 blackbird spy plane without having something better to replace them with, do you? They have the TR3-B Astra craft (see link) it has been seen and photographed all over the world by the above mentioned top level people. I am including the things I just talked about so you can evaluate them for yourself, as there is so much more going on in the world than we are even aware of. If they would spend a small fraction of the money spent on hot fusion or that Solyndra deal for the LENR technology maybe we would have something already, but remember the big oil companies and other big businesses do not want any thing to come along and take the place of what they are making money on. Big money runs the world and every politician and Corporate CEO answers to them, money runs the world and has for quite some time. If any of the things that I have sent you are true then everything is way different then what we think it is. Remember all things are slaves to the needs of their natures!

Why have we not heard anything from the Snowden documents about the NSA's connections to financial institutions — especially PayPal? What about the connections between PayPal, the CIA and the data mining company they founded — Palantir? Is PayPal owner Pierre Omidyar an altruistic billionaire who cares deeply about investigative journalism or did he work with US government to financially strangle WikiLeaks and prosecute the PayPal14? Is Omidyar's new journalism company a move by the CIA and globalist banksters like PayPal to co-opt authentic journalism and control public debate about the NSA? (YouTube December 16, 2013)

Just got this text message from Jesse McQueen:
: If you are trying to bring attention to my patent, keep it up. Maybe someone will fight it. If they do, it will be all over the news.
In response, let me remind you of "The Art of War (is deception)" by Sun Tzu: "when you are weak, feign strength." (Which tells you something about war and its foundation: lying.)

: Subject: self looped generator
: Where to start... Some finger-shaking I guess and then some hard core information. Come on.. start thinking! 1. My attorneys would eat him as a morsel (Directory:McQueen Machine) and not even known they had eaten him. 2. His patent is so vague it went thru, but ANY supposed perpetual machine is not only not patentable but unenforceable. 3. The UN??? we are talking about people who are giving him a nice nod maybe and that is it! 4. He may think the power is the same from thunderstorms, it tells me, he, at least in reference to my machines, he doesn't know what he is talking about!
: In the next two weeks I will have a blog up and you can see not only how to build one but how it works...It is the most simple of my toys but not the most cheapest. If you have the parts it takes about 30 minutes to put together. To demonstrate this I took a part a Dayton generator powered by a 5 hp Briggs gas engine. Generator stats. mod.# 5W262 volts 120 amps. 18.8 VA 2800 Watt output 2250 Phase1/60 RPM 3600 Power factor 1. It will be powered by a 12 volt 2 amp motor,(from an old handicap wheelchair) with a gear train for power and pulleys to gear it up for rpm....then loop it back and not only power itself but provide a 1000 + watts in excess energy... this is stupidly simple!!!!! Start experimenting yourself people quit looking for a handout only then can you get ahead!
: I have done this... battery to dc motor to dc generator, battery to dc motor to ac generator and ac motor to ac generator the best is battery start to dc motor to ac generator and the reasons if you think about it are many altho each has their own purpose! Will provide a photo in next email or you can go to Google search and type in Emmett Butler and blackdragon and you will come up with Jerry Deckers Interact forum on Yahoo, you will have to be a member but you can see photos and amp gauge draws etc there. in Sept. of 2008 That was a battery to dc motor to dc generator on my 3 wheeled tryke and later of a straight battery dc motor to dc generator. I had the tryke in the Coralville, Hills, Sharon Center and as of the 4th of July parade the year before this last in West Liberty and won 3rd prize, big white ribbon, whoopee. Little did they know that it didn't have only a 600 mile range but an infinite range. I didn't want to state it but it is true as one can accept a given limit but not an infinite limit, granted belts and bearings would in time have to be changed.
: Also on this blog at least once a month possibly more often, I will show you how other systems work why and how to do them fast and simply. I will start with Nathan Stubblefield, a personal favorite of mine, so easy yes it is a battery but that is not what he had intended it as. I watched with hope and anticipation as Laser-sabre, Lid-motor and Jeanne? came so close...but I am not allowed to interfere, it really works without corroding and provides continuous power and how to build his two shiny metal plates that put out amazing heat. No John B. it isn't a doppler effect. there are two ways and many many other devices. For now, have a fantabulous evening

Dansie posted a rebuttal to my rebuttal I published yesterday at:
Rather than escalate this by going point by point, my response is a general one.
Time will vindicate the truth, and I am convinced that what it will show is:
# QMoGens indeed work and will power much of our infrastructure until surpassed by something even better (e.g. solid state).
# The R&D phase of a technology is a noisy process with a lot of difficult-to-prove-or-repeat steps, some scammers, many attempts that turned out to be unworkable iterations (how many light bulbs did Edison try?).
# The skeptics mostly made the process take longer than it would have otherwise, though they did point out some things that were helpful in improving the designs.
# Another reason these things did not emerge sooner is because society was not yet conscious or responsible enough to deserve the freedom these devices engender (the skeptics were voice to the status quo unreadiness) but once there was enough of an awakening in society, the exotic free energy technologies, including the QMoGens, began to emerge into general use.
# Evidence will be extant that some of the "skeptics" were indeed paid trolls for the corrupt powers that be, who will be in control no longer, having been replaced by more enlightened and good leadership, primarily -- power to the people.

In the past month+, Michael Spitzauer has been priming me to do a story about his progress, saying that several plants are now in operation. He showed me a copy of one of the contracts, which shows a sale to a group in Vietnam for ten systems, totaling $750 million USD. But he didn't show me any evidence of the alleged running plants.
Here's some excerpts of our dialogue by Skype:
: [10/25/2013 2:16:56 PM] Michael P Spitzauer: how are you
: [10/25/2013 2:17:39 PM] Sterling D. Allan: Hi Mike in middle of conf.
: [10/28/2013 8:34:46 PM] Sterling D. Allan: looking forward to doing an interview with you to get an update on how GPI is doing. It sounds like you've made some great headway since we last spoke.
: [10/28/2013 8:35:36 PM] Sterling D. Allan: I've got some bills due, and am scraping to find a way to cover them. If you could do a $500 donation to email@example.com, that would be greatly appreciate.
: [10/28/2013 8:50:55 PM] Michael P Spitzauer: Sent
: [10/28/2013 8:51:20 PM] Sterling D. Allan: got it. thx. you're a champ. Looking forward to talking.
: [11/6/2013 5:49:34 AM] Sterling D. Allan: would you have time to do an interview today?
: [12/1/2013 12:59:56 PM] Michael P Spitzauer sent ---
: [12/1/2013 1:00:19 PM] Michael P Spitzauer: just to show you one of the signed ones
: [12/1/2013 1:19:50 PM] Sterling D. Allan: Though these are dated May 5, 2009, I see that Annex 10, Article 8, is made on Nov. 29, 2013. And article 7 references a "transfer technology contract" on Oct. 29, 2013.
: Also, Article 5 calles for 10 systems to be delivered in 2014, within six months.
: And Article 3 says there will be an irrevocable DLC for $250 million in December 2013 that you can draw 15% from to buy materials, equipment, machineries
: [12/1/2013 1:21:20 PM] Sterling D. Allan: I would imagine I could report that such a contract exists, but not name the party nor country. Could I report the volume (10/year for 3 years)?
: [12/1/2013 1:21:45 PM] Sterling D. Allan: Can you provide me any info about presently-operating plants?
: [12/1/2013 1:32:29 PM] Michael P Spitzauer: i will give you more info shortly
: [12/1/2013 1:32:43 PM] Michael P Spitzauer: this contract started in 2009 and now materilized
: [12/1/2013 1:33:22 PM] Michael P Spitzauer: we have more some even bigger then this signed and building right now
: [12/1/2013 2:21:48 PM] Sterling D. Allan: Do you have any presently in operation?
This morning, I received this link via Google News notification.
Green Power owner faces several federal charges, including fraud, money laundering - Green Power CEO Michael Spitzauer is being held in federal custody as a flight risk after he pleaded innocent to wire fraud, aggravated identity theft and money laundering. He is accused of defrauding investors of at least $6.7 million during the past seven years, although his debts amount to at least $21.4 million, according to court documents. Relevance: gravity, emergency preparedness
Can't fight mother nature.
I apologize if this sounds like making light of a situation that unfoled here in Utah yesterday, but I couldn't help but grin at the name of the town and the situation.
Relevance to free energy? Maybe we could design falling-rock harnessing turbines so that rather than kill people, the falling boulders could power their house for a year or two.
Excert from the Deseret News
: ROCKVILLE, Washington County — Two people are dead after a massive boulder slammed into a house during a rock slide Thursday.
: The slide occurred on state Route 9 on the west end of Rockville just before 5 p.m, sending the boulder into the center of the home, Springdale Police Chief Kurt Wright confirmed.
: "It's huge, I don't know how to describe it," Wright said. "It was larger than the house and it was a two-story house."
: The bodies of two people inside the home were located in the rubble but won't be removed until daylight Friday because of safety concerns. The two were not identified Thursday night.
: Officers believe the boulder became loose and headed down the mountain as frost and ice around it began to thaw Thursday.

: Subject: Jesse McQueen
: Hi Sterling,
: I have just seen (most of) your interview video with Jesse McQueen (due to internet access problems) and I must congratulate you on your comments.
: It might be worth pointing out that as John Bedini open-sourced a design of that type in 1984 (if I remember the date correctly) that the McQueen patent is void, John having provided "prior art" covering the principle. Also, Mr Wilson built and disclosed a similar system some 16 years prior to McQueen's 2006 application.
: I should like to remark that a professional Patent Attorney has stated categorically to me that he has never seen any free-energy patent which could not easily be set aside in court due to failing to make proper disclosure and/or the Claims being written in an inadequate manner.
: In passing, it might be remarked that since copyright and patent cases are not heard in a Criminal Court, that they are just part of the NWO razzle-dazzle scam system, although, manufacturing might have to be carried out using 'Sole Trader' status rather than a strawman 'Limited Company' in order to be able to brush off any attempts to halt manufacturing. 'Sole Trader' is a person and a person is not subject to the regulations of the private society (the "Law Society") for its members, unless he chooses to be bound by them, and a simple statement to that effect in court is sufficient to demonstrate that the de facto court has no jurisdiction (I have done that).
: It is my understanding that anyone can construct a design shown in a patent, but not "legally" manufacture and sell without the consent of the patent holder. I am fairly sure that Jesse is quite wrong in his understanding, although that patent junk is irrelevant anyway.
: An opinion was expressed in the EVGRAY forum a long time ago, that the McQueen patent was probably an opposition-created document intended to block designs of that type. That view may well be correct.
: Congratulations on your excellent site and continuous efforts to promote free-energy - great work !!
: All the best,

When I passed the above message to one of my international associates, he replied:
: I know them. They have taken a lot of money already from one German investor. What I also know very well is that they have been promising for over 2 years already, but could never do it yet.
: The same investor invested also over $100,000 in the other guy in Turkey -- "Yildiz". Also the same issue, nothing till now. And for both, the request was only to make a 5KW motor.

This press release arrived by email.
: Former US Fusion Energy Chief, Senior Researchers Say Start-up’s Fusion Program Merits Much Higher Level of Investment
: 'An independent scientific review indicates that, with appropriate support, an economical and clean source of fusion energy may soon become reality.'
: Dec. 10, 2013 - MIDDLESEX, N.J. -- In a major endorsement of the fusion energy research and development program of start-up Lawrenceville Plasma Physics (LPP), a committee of senior fusion researchers, led by a former head of the US fusion program, has concluded that the innovative effort deserves “a much higher level of investment … based on their considerable progress to date.” The report concludes that “In the committee’s view [LPP’s] approach to fusion power … is worthy of a considerable expansion of effort.”
: Lawrenceville Plasma Physics has been developing an extremely low-cost approach to fusion power based on a device called the dense plasma focus (DPF). In contrast to the giant tokamak machines that have been the recipients of most fusion funding, a DPF can fit in a small room. LPP’s final feasibility experiments and planned commercial generators will use hydrogen-boron fuel, which produces no radioactive waste and promises extremely economical clean energy.
: The committee of researchers was led by Dr. Robert Hirsch, a former director of fusion research for the US Atomic Energy Commission and the Energy Research and Development Agency. Other members of the committee were Dr. Stephen O. Dean, President of Fusion Power Associates and former director of fusion Magnetic Confinement Systems for the Department of Energy Professor Gerald L. Kulcinski, Associate Dean for Research, College of Engineering, University of Wisconsin-Madison and Professor Dennis Papadopoulos, Professor of Physics, University of Maryland. The committee was organized by Dr. Hirsch at the request of Mr. Alvin Samuels, an investor in LPP’s effort, to give an objective assessment of the program. Neither Mr. Samuels nor LPP had any control over the committee’s conclusions.
: The committee’s report pointed to the “innovative thinking and experimental results achieved thus far by Mr. (Eric J.) Lerner and his team at LPP.” At the same time, the scientists did not minimize the remaining work that still needs to be done to experimentally validate the predictions of LPP’s theory of DPF functioning and lay the foundation for commercial fusion generators. Commenting on the report, LPP’s President and Chief Scientist Lerner said, “We agree with the review committee that several of our predictions still need to be proved in the laboratory, which is what we intend to do in the near future.”
: The LPP team has stated that, given adequate funding, they can demonstrate in a year or two the scientific feasibility of fusion energy with the DPF and hydrogen-boron fuel, a combination the team calls “Focus Fusion.” They expect that a working prototype generator can then be developed in a few years more.
: The review committee broadly supported that short-term timeframe, concluding: “While a number of near-term physics issues remain to be resolved, it is likely that with adequate financial support these matters could be addressed in a relatively short period of time, e.g. a few years.” If these issues are addressed, “the committee does not see any fundamental roadblock to power system viability.” In other words, a functioning, economical and clean new source of energy may soon become reality.
