Nino De Santis, C.E.O. writes:
Past E.P.A. California tests with our H20 Oxygenator reported a 25.2% increase in M.P.G., thereby lowing all emissions plus more with Nox., since the combustion temperature was reduced. Since Ethanol has about 25%less BTU, our new Ethanol H20 System should balance out almost even. As for the torque, we always had 5% and more, pending fuel flow saving adjustments. We are still planning to maintain equal performance.
A prototype is scheduled to be operating this month.
Nino De Santis, C.E.O. writes:
Tectane Technologies International Corporation (TTIC) has established a new Manufacturing Partner that has engineered and designed a Engine System that enables all combustion engines to operate on Gasoline or Ethanol automatically, with the new Tectane H20 Oxygenator.
This revolutionary innovation will allow Tectane to Sell units to all Conventional Car owners, without the need to buy a New Vehicle, such as the E85 ($25,000+) (85% ethanol 15% gasoline) that is available from most Car Manufacturers now.
Nino De Santis, C.E.O. writes:
The Tectane Trip to the Dominican Republic was an amazing adventure. First, the Government's Natural Resources Department welcomed Tectane with V.I.P. services, including Police Security (8 men Escort). The meetings began with potential partnerships with the Government, for the development of sweet sorghum and conversions to Aquahol fleets. The meetings ended with Government introductions to Private Plants, valued at $250,000,000 that produce Ethanol from sweet sorghum and are willing to be partners with Tectane for the conversions of Cars, Trucks & Buses to AQUAHOL. Meanwhile, a Public Structure has been identified that could be utlized for said partnership.

TECTANE octane alternative H2O Injector for Gasoline Conventional Engines.
This system produces hydrogen and oxygen from common water, in conventional engines, using the existing heat and pressure of combustion. The TECTANE H2O Injector delivers water through a specifically-designed system that costs under $500 USD and can be installed within 2 to 3 hours. The major advantage of the system is its ability to burn cheap "straight-cut" gasoline, without expensive and poisonous chemicals, such as lead or M.T.B.E. (S.A.E. Tests #215-216) (USDA Feature Bulletin #771-80).
The system can save up to 25% in fuel costs, while reducing emissions significantly. The system can also operate on alcohol fuels or Aquahol, TECTANE's blend of 80% alcohol and 20% water (E.P.A. Test California).
TECTANE Diesel Ceramic H2O Injector.
The diesel system increases efficiency while reducing emissions. Tests conducted by the E.P.A. on N.Y. buses indicated emission reductions ranging from 20-30%, with mileage increases from 10-13%. The kit costs only $500 USD including installation.
TECTANE emission recycling system.
This system, now under development, adapts the above technologies and recycles the wasted fuel to combustion, while filtering the emissions. The H2O is created at combustion without the need for a surplus H2O tank.
TECTANE Ethanol (alcohol) production program.
Hybrid Sweet Sorghum stalks are separated with a splitting technology to capture the sucrose juice for fermentation and distillation to ethanol fuel, while the fiber becomes a valuable by-product for lumber alternatives. The stock also has a flower grain-top that can be used for animal feed or human consumption. A yield of 400-500 gallons per acre has been achieved, compared to the conventional 300-350 gallons per acre from corn.
TECTANE separated fiber for pulp/paper, lumber alternatives, including low-cost housing or the generation of electricity in wood burning plants.
TECTANE Fiber Housing System.
Process utilizes the fiber for the pre-fabrication of a patented low-cost housing formula that requires no lumber from trees and is water-, fire- and termite-proof. Housing structure is also resistant to earthquakes.
TECTANE will also be introducing at least one new car with the H2O Injector system incorporated as original equipment.

The following comments are from members of the New Energy Congress. Rebuttals provided on Feb. 2 by David Chin, Tectane Financial Advisor.
On Jan. 30, 2007, NEC member, Congress:Member:Robert A. Nelson of http://RexResearch.com wrote:
Nice of course and deserving of attention but not Top100... likewise for most all/any IC engine tech --- it's all like bandaids on a shot liver... and a mere fuel mixture or retrofit device won't do much anyway because the majority of engines are so high tech that alternative fuels and retrofit devices won't work for them, the auto manufactureres won't implement them (like the simple, proven Webster-Heise valve in the 1980s), and most Americans are so stupid-lazy they won't risk their warranties, and won't pay mechanics to install such devices, let alone do it themselves... and it all plays into the claws of the Oiligarchists.
Rebuttal : Simple electronic computer adjustment solves the "high tech" problem. Extended warranty coverage by third party insurance companies, and 100% guarantee by Tectane on the device.
On Jan. 30, 2007, NEC member, Congress:Member:Ken Rasmussen of http://www.commutefaster.com/Energy.html wrote:
True, this does look good, but one matter I hesitate about is something I learned from a big rig driver. He told me that several years ago, perhaps in the 80's, it was a brief fad to install water vapor injectors on big diesel engines. This did improve mileage performance and even horsepower but caused an unnoticed thermal issue within the engine that nobody realized until major damage was done to the valves, ultimately shortening the life of the engine considerably.
So no matter how great something looks initially, one never knows how genuine the results are until long term testing is done. At Honda, they put over 100,000 miles of all environment testing on every new concept before letting the consumer touch it. Too bad small companies don't have the budget to do that. It cost Honda a million $ per car for that caliber of testing.
Rebuttal : Special Tetcane liquid inhibitor to lubricate and protect the engine from drying and damaging the engine.
On Jan. 30, 2007, NEC member, Congress:Advisor:Kenneth M. Rauen wrote:
I do not [vote for this as a Top 100 technology] because of the alcohol source problem. Most sources of ethanol are boosted by petroleum in agriculture. If ethanol were available without hidden oil costs I would just barely put it on the list as an interrim technology.
Rebuttal : Our method requires the lowest form of Alcohol, "Hydrous" without the major costs associated with "Anhydrous" production. Our method of ethanol production on a large scale would be manpower labour vs. automated oil based energy. Therefore, minimal energy consumption.
