Technologies for New Energy Congress to Review

MEMO: This document is not up-to-date and does not reflect the present activities of the New Energy Congress.

A listing of clean energy technologies for New Energy Congress to review. The idea is to to come up with a weighted list of recommendations of the best technologies. While the preliminary discussions will be mostly private, the results of those deliberations will be made public, to the extent possible (some technologies are semi-proprietary).

As a matter of a general guideline, NEC should endeavor as a body to spend about 50% of our collective attention and efforts on conventional renewable energy technologies, and the remaining 50% on non-conventional, or "fringe" clean energy technologies. (Approved March 10, 2006)

'NEC Membership is required to access these files'. Let's try and post publicly as many things as possible, and only post things here that contain information for which permission for public dissemanation has not been granted. (TechRev subsription required) - Let's use the files feature heavily to post pertinent docs. - Let's use this sub-directory for documents that review a number of different technologies.

Product Evaluation Database by Terry Sisson (TechRev subsription required) - This is a good start to the content and format that we will be using. For now, feel free to update this document and re-post it to the FEC_TechRev files section.
