An inventor in Detroit called me today.
He said that on Dec. 1, around 3:00 pm, the all-magnet motor he's been working on for decades, began rapidly spinning by the power of magnetism alone.
The purpose for his call was to ask me if I had any contacts in the Detroit area who have a gauss meter he could use to test the magnets to see if they are diminishing in strength. He wants to rule out the possibility that the magnets are acting like batteries.
He wants it to be someone that I know and trust (I don't always remember where people live). If you fit that description, please contact me so we can give your contact information to the inventor.
Though he was planning to take this to market through the usual mechanisms, I talked to him about possibly open sourcing the design, saying that the chances of the powers the be not blocking him at any one of the many mechanism they have control over is essentially nil.
He wants to have everything documented and verified before announcing his motor publicly. He doesn't want to be another OS: MYLOW's Magnetic Motor based on Howard Johnson's Design.
He has a lot of respect for Alan Francoeur and would like him to come and see and test it, since Alan is sufficiently skeptical and articulate and has spent quite a bit of resources replicating various magnet motor designs. He would welcome other like individuals as well, at the right time.
In other magnet motor news today, I got a phone call from Mike Brady, inventor of the Directory:Perendev Power Developments Pty (Ltd) magnet motor. He asked me not to disclose what he shared, but I will say that it seemed like a reasonable explanation for the delays they've had in being able to fully keep up with the orders they've been getting for their 300 kW EMM.
I then got a phone call from a guy who contacted me a few months ago. He said he has found someone who wants to invest in a magnet motor.
Synchronicity. It happens all the time.
I had a three-way conversation today with the inventor and a person possibly willing to bring a gauss meter.
In the course of the conversation, it was discovered that to the inventor's credit, the prototype is very well engineered, with all standard, replaceable, parts, easy to put back into position but that so far the most he's let it spin, upon releasing a brake at the "kick point" is a couple of rotations. When we asked him why he didn't let it go longer than that, we hit a brick wall that seemed to indicate that he doesn't really have something functional yet.
Indeed, two rotations upon being released from a dead stop, would seem to be significant. But as we pushed the issue of having him let it spin for a couple of minutes, he got defensive and ended up hanging up on us.
He said he's interested in "learning", and that's why he wants the gauss meter. We responded that unless he's got more than two rotation, a gauss meter isn't going to tell him anything. He seemed put off that we would think he didn't know that, and that was when he hung up.

I am the "INVENTOR from DETROIT"I have been working on a TRANSDUCER for many years.This past Dec.3rd I experienced a "PHENOMINA" with my design.Decided I needed a Gaussmeter to learn more about it.Being near the holidays,money is tight.Called Sterling Allan,he published a "calling for help",found a donor,call for a three way conversation.Explained what I have done,what I am doing and where I want to go.All of a sudden, my experience did not qualify for the LOANING your machine should run for at least 5 minutes,I explained it turned several time and I STOPPED IT MYSELF in lue of measuring this event.According to Sterling this was wrong and not good enough.After realizing,all I wanted was to borrow a gaussmeter and this is really getting out of hand,Sterling crying"WE ARE TRYING TO SAVE THE WORLD HERE",I hung up.He then, taking things out of context, wrote and published an article on his sight.I warn all inventors to stay away.I WILL BUY MY OWN GAUSSMETER,STERLINGS "PRICE" IS TOO MUCH.

Simple gauss meter:
# Fix securely a graduated compass at the outermost point of deviation from the motor magnets.
# Fix securely another magnet at 90 degrees from motor magnet path, carefully positioning it so that the compass needle marks a position 45 degrees between.
# As the motor revolves, the needle will fluctuate of course, but over time, if the motor magnets field is weakening, it will be unable to return to the 45 degree mark.
