Betz limit exceeded by jet turbines?

I believe the jet turbine is only using the wind more efficiently, not exceeding the Betz limit.This is my theory on the modest (1.4x) power increase over a propellor.

There are actually two types of wind power. Betz power (max 59%)and total power (torque). Increasing from a three to a four blade prop will increase the torque 25% but you will still be at or under the Betz power. five blades,20%,six blades, 16 1/3%, etc.

All the jet turbine really achieves,besides a modest increase in torque, is utilise the wind more efficiently to facilitate a smaller more compact unit. It is a very interesting concept. I have been designing and trying to build one for over three years. Completion hopefully in the next few monthes.
