This will be presented by the master distributor for Petron Plus in Florida. The new company will also show HHO upper-cylinder conditioner products. In order to sell an electricity-related product to the general public, it needs to be UL or CE tested and certified as compliant. It is typically a rigorous, expensive process.

It's better to design a product correctly in accordance with UL (or CE) standards, involve UL early, and test it once; rather than design a product, get UL to test it and then change it a bit where it fails and get UL to test it again.

The most surprising thing about the process is that it creates a structural organisational change and power shift in the organisation. Typically design engineers feel threatened by it as they now must somehow obey new rules enforced by an external third party. Research and development managers are put under pressure to reduce the number of development cycles as each cycle requires re-testing. Skeptics by definition do not accept anything that does not agree with their knowledge box. Their prior training, or lack thereof, predetermines their proclivity, and their inclination, to denigrate, any concept, thought, or reference that does not fit their established ‘dogma’ or worldview. They become prisoners of their own ideas, concepts and ‘structured thinking.’ Like Saul of Tarsus, they literally need to be smitten with not just the facts, but a revelation similar to Saul, who blinded by the Truth, ultimately became Paul, when he recognized the validity of the reality that he was facing. Without a genuine ‘Damascus road’ experience, skeptics will never change their original proclivity, dogma or structured thinking.

Skeptics can become ‘agents of influence’ or ‘agents provocateur’ conditioned by outside influences or susceptible to direct conditioning by hidden forces determined to obfuscate data, documentation or references, unbeknown to them.

NEC Skeptic Eric Krieg has a history of activity related to challenging significant 'novelty of fact' and 'novelty of theory' systems.

Without a shred of evidence, basing his opinions on mere suppositions, characterizing his claims, with unsubstantiated factual documentation, Eric has literally caused the entire inventor community to rebuff and to rebuke his uneducated pronouncements regarding ‘novelty of fact’ and ‘novelty of theory’ inventions.

He provides neither references, nor documentation to support his claims of fraud. He provides no justification having substantive merit, for his actions regarding subject-matter, that he is neither qualified, nor justified, to perform. His denigrations span from Sir Isaac Newton to modern day inventors such as Nikola Tesla, not to mention Tom Bearden and John Bedini. Tesla provided the means, methods and delivery of an energy system second to none, eclipsing Edison’s myopic view of ancient electricity derived from Michael Faraday.

Nov. 13, 2009; 11:00 pm. This evening I went to the PESWiki site and noticed that the link for [http://pesn.com/2009/11/13/9501586_HybridTech-Energy_releases_water-fuel_generator_plans/ this story] was gone, the image was gone that I had uploaded, the feature page that I had created was gone. And the history function of the site did not show any logged-in users other than myself accessing the pages where I had posted links to the story. It's as if someone who has system-level access reverted the site to a 24-hour old archive version, wiping out all mention of the above technology. I've reported this to PESWiki host support. It's possible that with the malware that was on the HybridTech site that somehow PESWiki was infected, and in order to remove the infection the site was reverted to an archived version, and the system operators just haven't gotten around to notifying me yet. -- {{SDA}}

HybridTech Energy of Lafayette, Louisiana, USA, sent out an announcement on Nov. 12, 2009 that they are in process of releasing [http://pesn.com/2009/11/13/9501586_HybridTech-Energy_releases_water-fuel_generator_plans/HybridTechEatonFuelCell.pdf plans] to the world for building a water fuel cell that they say produces enough hydroxy gas from water to run a generator to keep the electrolysis cell going as well as producing excess electricity for other use. In other words, it is a self-looped system with excess energy produced in the process.

HybridTech is presently involved in selling a [[Directory:Hydroxy_or_HHO_Injection_Systems|hydrogen boost]] device for Semi-Trucks. It splits water into hydroxy gas which is then injected into the air intake of the engine to effect a more efficient burn of the fuel. They've been selling these for about eight months. They're also currently designing systems for agricultural and off road heavy equipment, as well as large units for locomotives and ships, and big torches.

A South African experimenter has modified an electrolysis circuit developed by Bob Boyce so that now it recharges his daughter's electric vehicle riding toy. What makes this remarkable is that the energy is not drawn from the wall but from the environment somehow. He's done this around 35 times now and knows of three replications of the effect by others.

Though the programming environment and program of Wakykyjy1 may be expensive and hard to come by, the Arduino System using the same Atmeg series chip is easy and readily available with lots of web assistance to get it together. I have an Atmeg128 running a very similar program right now on my computer desk. It cost $5 for the chip. The programming environment is free. You just download the Java Run Time Environment for free and the Arduino stuff from that site. The cable to program the Atmeg via the USB port is $20-$25. You need a breadboard $5 or less. You can even solder the parts directly to the chip and skip the breadboard if you want. You only need one resistor and one capacitor to have a running microcontroller.

I'm pretty sure this is a very simple program to write. The hard part is the power transistor Toroid Coil interface. But Wakykyjy1 gives the parts numbers for this in the comments under the 4th video on Youtube. ["This circuit uses the IRF540z mosfets with UCC27322P mosfet drivers."]

Goes to show that with some time and effort, this thing works like a charm.

The brain child of Professor Takashi Yabe of Tokyo Institute of Technology, now also under development by Mitsubishi Corporation, the '''Magnesium Energy Cycle''' uses water and the common metallic element Magnesium to create pollution-free power.

The hydrogen is burned at the same time to produce additional high energy steam. These two steam sources power the engine. The energy cycle produces no carbon dioxide or other harmful emissions. The only by-products of this reaction are water and magnesium oxide. The magnesium (a common metallic element) is separated from the oxide through a solar powered laser process (whose development is already well advanced) and is reused over and over again as fuel.

Despite the prototype's small dimensions (approx. 5 cm in diameter and 13.5 cm in height), the engine can generate a heat output of several tens of kW from which power is obtained. The engine is aimed to be used in cogeneration, automobiles, ships and many other areas. Further research is planned with the aim of commercialization in the next three years.

They are already selling a desalination plant based on the technology, and are able to cut steel by sunlight-powered laser. He also mentioned that Toyota Motor Cars announced in July 2008 that the "ultimate electric car will run with a metal fuel battery, which is 7 times more effective than a Lithium-ion battery".

Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) and the Tokyo Institute of Technology (Tokyo Tech) have recently made a significant announcement—the completion of a first prototype CO2-free engine called the Magnesium Injection Cycle (MAGIC) engine. Although still at the experimental stage, this joint project, initiated in 2005, has developed a prototype that has successfully worked without the need for fossil fuels.

Power is generated by the chemical reaction between magnesium and water, which produces high-power steam and hydrogen. The hydrogen is burned at the same time to produce more high-power steam, and the two steam sources power the engine. The new technology produces no carbon dioxide or other harmful emissions and the only by-products from this reaction are water and magnesium oxide.

The magnesium is separated from the oxide through a solar-powered laser process and is reused over and over again as fuel. This clean energy cycle, which is supported by solar power, has the potential to steer society away from its dependence on fossil fuels, and could bring about a paradigm shift in the way future energy needs are met.

The new MAGIC technology is very versatile, and has potential for use in cogeneration, automobiles, ships and many other areas. MC and the Tokyo Tech team believes it will take another three years of further research and experimentation before it is launched for commercial use.
