Pure Nonsense
Kanzius, for one, has not produced any real evidence to suggest that more energy is going out than is going in. This has been confirmed by Rustum Roy, an advocate for this technology [1] (http://www.rustumroy.com/response_to_email.htm). Roy has also been quoted in the press as saying: "No hard research has been conducted as yet -- it's only been a few months since the water first caught fire" [2] (http://www.motortrend.com/features/editorial/112_0711_technologue/)
Extraordinary claims, such as these, require extraordinary evidence. So far we have an abundance of the former and none of the latter.
