The following is my statement of what was said between myself and a Navy personel between August 5 - 21 of 1994 in Bremerton, Washington near the Navy's Bangor submarine base.
I was asked how to create new elements using known technology. The following is a short answer of a two (2) hour conversation.
First, I deduced that to my knowledge all materials made new using the process to make uranium; which is to add orbits or shells around the outer orbit, becoming very heavy. So I deduced that you could make an almost infinte number of new elements by adding electrons (or orbits) around the known elements outer shell. For example, the atomic weight of Hydrogen is 1.00794 and the next element would be Helium, which it atomic weight is 4.00262. By adding electons to the stable outer orbit of Hydrogen, there is thousands of new elements between Hydrogen and the Helium. For every new electron added to hydrogen each new element would have a unique chacteristic. One way to look for this would be to analyze a Nanotechnology material. For example: Barium Zirconate would have a certain wait atomically unless there were electrons added on to either barium or zirconate which will reflect an uncertain weight, though very little, it would weigh an atomic weight different from the periodic table of elements.
