It seems that the inventor has languished for lack of interest and funding, but he has a very good concept, which has been roughly demonstrated with two crude prototypes.
His concept is a cross between a Tesla Turbine and Schauberger's vortex.
Davis is not going to be around a whole lot longer. I would like to see someone of good skills and enthusiasm take the baton from him and run with this. It holds great promise, in my estimation.
Heroes

I had an interesting dream this morning that seemed to associate the release of this technology to the kind of intercessory work described in the new TV series, "Heroes (http://www.netflix.com/Movie/Heroes_Season_1/70057024?trkid=200611)", which came out via the "Watch it Now" capability at Netflix in the last day or so. In that series, a group of indidividuals with extraordinary gifts coincide to avert a nuclear blast in New York City.
I believe the following statement to be an axiom: "If we as a human race can pull our act together, we don't have to end in destruction."
Regarding saving the world, we (PESWiki) were given permission from Ralph A. Davis yesterday to post his rudimentary plans here on this page. In so doing, he is surrendering his ability to file a utility patent. That is a big leap of faith he's made.
Let's step up and make it worth his while. If his concept is plausible, let's help him flesh it out. If it is not, let's gently inform him why.
