Hyperbolic-like wing affixed to top of a vehicle is alleged to create a vortex ahead of the vehicle and impose a teardrop shape to help propulsion, often doubles the mileage of cars on which it is installed.

Why not test it in a wind tunnel? It appears to be 5 times larger then it need's to be. I know that it is in the development stage at the moment so I think it would be a good Idea to get some financial backers, Like the Coast to Coast listeners who may be Interested in such a project.
