Defrauded

Maglev's recommended distributor took over $30,000 from my former company Krystal Planet and never delivered a single wind turbine or piece of equipment of any kind, and never refunded the money. This distributor that Magwind (the former company that had the rights to this technology) is Larry Suchy. He is currently in prison for fraud (Krystal Planet was not the only company defrauded) and his trial starts April 2009. I still get regular emails from the FBI's Victim Notification system regarding the case. Be careful dealing with these people. It looks like it's a new group of people, hopefully with better ethics and funding and not the same old scam repackaged.
