Way to Combat Cancer etc. Without Harming the Patient

Different from Kanzius' RF Tech
Regarding Joel Fallik's assertion that his technology pre-dates John Kanzius' work, on May 1, 2008, John Kanzius wrote:
First I do not use microwaves. Second I also use nanoparticles. Third I use a targeting molecule.
Rice University has had microwave, IR, with nanoparticles and targeting molecules granted and post date Joel's by years. If Joel is correct, I would have thought he would have gone after the Rice patents or the USPTO would not have granted theirs.
