Former Company a Scam

On Feb. 8, 2009, New Energy Congress member, Troy Helming wrote:

The former company that was selling this great idea is a scam company. They directed Krystal Planet Corp to buy from distributor Larry Suchy who is now in prison for fraud. Mr. Suchy demanded over $30,000 from Krystal Planet for a deposit to get (4) four Magwind turbines back in 2006, promising he would deliver them on his flatbed truck the following day. He never came back, never delivered any equipment of any kind, and refused to issue any refund. Although it appears this group is different and not simply the same scam repackaged, be advised of this history and take heed of it for your dealings with this company. Learn from our mistake: buy with a credit card - not a check - so you can dispute the charge if they fail to live up to promises!

On Feb. 9, 2009, Ken Johnson of Enviro Energies replied to the above:

I noticed some comments about potential ties between Enviro Energies and the party in North Dakota(?) whom appears to be in hot water. We have absolutely no relationship with that party and were not a part of those unfortunate circumstances.
