Bedini Method
Hi all,
I think that maybe JB's charging method not only charges up the batteries with an internal (to the batteries) electron flow, but also changes some basic field configurations within the battery structure, allowing a tapping of basic field potentials durng use.
The electro-chemistry of this phenomena is probably entirely different from that of an ordinary battery.
