Why it's not working, what to change

I am sorry after all your hard work , that the results are not what you wanted to see, but the circuit is not OU, the input battery takes two hits, also the drive pulse width is much greater than the back EMF pules width, if you work out the power under the curve for the drive pulse and the back emf pulse, you will find the is more over all power in the drive pulse.
Also the back emf pulse is wrong polarity to charge the drive battery.
To test out this and to see if it is true, just run the circuit and keep changing around the input and out put batteries , you will find the batteries will run down.
