Makes new kind of perpetual motion

Comment by Bert Jan. 1, 2005

This kind of measurement creates a total new way of achieving perpetual motion: Just take a 12V lead acid battery that has been on a load very long (so its voltage is about 6V). Then take a full one (voltage about 13V) and hang them together (maybe over a resistor). After the full one has charged the empty one, both voltages will be about 12V. Therefore: Loss in one battery: 1V, gain in the other battery: 6V! COP: >1000%
