Please will you all look at the circuit, the input battery and inductor add, and so charge the out put battery. The input battery will discharge. Go get a switch mode power supply, does the same thing. Sorry but that is how it is.
PS puting a negaitve voltage on the positive terminal of a battery with respect to the negative teminal of the same battery will discharge the said battery.
Please note also , when you produce the magnetic field around the inductor current is taken from the input battery ,when the inductor current is interupted, the inductor ( it be comes a generator) adds it voltage to the input battery voltage , thus charging the output battery , but current still is taken from the input battery so there are two hits on the input battery.
" Synopsis Peter Lindemann, John Bedini's professional associate, says that the objective for this project was achieved near its beginning when Sterling Allan posted his first data showing that (1) the system works as a battery charger, (2) the amount of charging taking place in the output batteries exceeds what conventional science would predict based on the amount of electricity being measured going into the batteries -- amps and volts, and that (3) the "excess" energy nearly makes up for the disparity between the measured input amps and output amps versus the actual charging taking place"
