"Today she filed a Quo Warranto lawsuit in Santa Ana, California, USDC, amending a previous complaint on behalf of 44 plaintiffs against Barack & Michelle, Hillary, Gates, and Biden (the superstructure of the Executive and Legislative Branches of our government), then she jetted off to Georgia to litigate on behalf of Major Stefan Cook in tomorrow's hearing on the same subject: Obama's lack of proof of natural born citizen status..

In her first amended complaint, Orly says her plaintiffs do not want the Execs to send any military people anywhere or order them to do anything until Barack Hussein Obama has given CLEAR AND CONVINCING proof of natural born citizen status. So far, Obama has refused to give anybody anything. And she wants to halt appointment of any and all federal judges, including Sotomayor, Obama's choice for SC Justice

Standing at the heart of the matter we find a forged or fake birth certificate which Hawaii could have issued to any non-citizen baby upon request, back in the early 1960's when Barack entered this world in Kenya, not Hawaii. In other words, the Plaintiffs believe Barack's mother got a fake birth certificate from a hospital in Hawaii, after lying that she gave birth to him at her home in Hawaii. They also believe that Barack's father did not hold US Citizenship, and that his mother did not have legal entitlement to confer natural born citizen status upon Barack. And they believe Barack and Michelle Obama intentionally obfuscated and concealed the truth of Barack's birth origin so as to ascend illegal to the Presidency.

The preponderance of evidence so far shows that Barack has neither US Citizenship NOR natural born US Citizenship.

Maybe, just maybe, he can put much of this brouhaha to rest by producing the real long form certification of live birth from the archives of Hawaii. Even then, he might have to contend against testimony from people like his auntie who said she watched his birth occur in Kenya.

But that might not do much good because the lawsuit alleges violations of RICO statutes (18 USC 1961) by Barack and the other Defendants. This move could give Orly the power to reach deeply into every channel of Obama's life and past to find the scalawags and crooks who helped Obama attain the Presidency without valid credentials, and helped him commit fraud in a variety of respects.

For full details of this blockbuster lawsuit, see the attached photocopy of the court filing. I doubt seriously that Major Stefan Cook's detractors can accuse all of these people as "jackasses" or "cowards" (the terms Keith Olberman used last night on his TV show). Plaintiffs include politicians like Dr. Alan Keyes (who deserve to run against only qualified candidates), State Representatives who owe a fiduciary responsibility to their constituents to ensure we have a legitimate President, and a variety of military personnel.

Most readers will enjoy the attached pleading's explanation of why BOTH parents must be citizens in order to confer natural born citizenship on their children. Many do not know anything about Vattel's Law of Nations, even though the Constitution mentions it in Article I Section 8 specifically as a guiding international law. The pleading makes the point that natural born citizenship as defined in the Law of Nations constitutes the best definition because of its contemporaneity with the Constitution.

Although the pleading alleges RICO violations by Obama, it reserves specifying them for the second amended Complaint (forthcoming). It goes into considerable detail about FOIA violations by Obama and repeats demands for records that prove the truth about his citizenship status. And it ends with this prayer for relief:

126. PRAYER FOR RELIEF Obama pursuant to 5 U.S.C. §552, 28 U.S.C. §2201­2202, and 42 U.S.C. §§1983, 1988(a).

For all of the above and foregoing reasons, Plaintiffs pray that this court will enter final judgment against Defendant Barack Hussein.

This Court should issue an order to Barack Hussein Obama to show cause why the full measure of relief requested by the Plaintiffs in this case should not be granted, and should in particular order that the contours of the final judgment under 42 U.S.C. §1988(a), including the extension or modification of common and statutory law to protect the civil rights of the people of the United States to demand clear and convincing evidence of the constitutional qualifications, elegibility, and competence of their elected (as well as their non­elected) officials, representatives, and executive agents."

The Tea Party Movement

The Tea Party Movement is the result of massive disillusionment in the Democrat and Republican Parties. Americans are fed up with business as usual politics from both Parties, and they are extremely disappointed in the Obama Administration. The “Change” they are experiencing since Obama has taken office, is anathema to most Americans who view Obama as a secret Marxist-Leninist, who is bent on destroying standard, traditional values based on the US Constitution, which is the birthright of every single US Citizen. For that matter, many are convinced that Obama is not even a US Citizen by virtue of his lack of a genuine birth certificate showing that he was born within the United States. Many Democrats are proving themselves to be supporters of the Obama Administration regardless of their constituents wishes. And those constituents are voicing their objections at the ballot box (Primaries). The November elections will provide added reaction by the electorate, who are determined to voice their concerns by unseating all those who have opposed their wishes under US Constitutional mandate.

Obama has significantly altered the US tradition via his intervention in Health Care (ObamaCare) and his direct participation in a series of maneuvers to change the political character and tradition of the US economy, via “cap and trade” and the takeover and control of US industry (General Motors/Government Motors).

Many Americans believe that the US Congress is responsible for the collapse of American industry because of their former enactment of NAFTA and GATT, which allowed US Corporations to transfer jobs, markets and profits overseas. All of this having provided massive unemployment exceeding 10%. They suspect that Obama has taken his lead from George Soros who has been financing a significant ‘socialist agenda’ worldwide.

All of these actions have weakened the US economy and Americans are frightened of their potential outcome. The Tea Party Movement takes its impetus from the original Tea Party in Boston Harbor, staged by American patriots who dumped imported Tea from England, when the British Crown demanded a ‘tax’ on all imports. That Tea Party led to the American Revolution of 1776, which enabled the American colonies to separate from Great Britain and thus form their own union and then become an independent nation.
