My initial discovery of, and ultimate communication with, Dr. Antony C. Sutton provided me with one of the most interesting subject-matter refutations regarding the ‘control-paradigm.’ Dr. Sutton provided not only the ‘motivating factors’ and ‘subject-matter’ criteria regarding ‘novelty of fact’ systems, but the actual ‘impetus’ showing the ‘clear and precise’ correlation between [almost] free energy and the existing power-structure blocking advancement of the actual devices that would absolutely provide a utopian world of limitless, abundant and ubiquitous [free] energy directly from the various aspects of the Creator’s ‘wheelworks of nature.’

Free Energy is ‘freedom’ ultimately, and such technological advancement would foster innovative thought affecting the ultimate predilection of humankind, namely to advance to the ultimate goal of, fostering the ultimate relationship, that of knowing the ‘creation’ and its Creator. To that end I have directed my research efforts. To be one with the Creator should remain our ultimate goal, for our "knowledgebase" is only as strong as the "knowledgebox" it is derived from.

The Twentieth Century belonged to Michael Faraday, James Clerk Maxwell and Nikola Tesla, for these superlative ‘intellects’ provided the FOUNDATION upon which our current edifice of energy resources currently rests. Faraday demonstrated the correlation between ‘magnets,’ ‘magnetism,’ and ‘electrical’ force as demonstrated by his first ‘electrical’ motor. Maxwell recognized Faraday’s genius, codifying those observations in his famous ‘quaternion’ and quaternion-like algebra, now known and articulated as Maxwell’s Equations, essentially creating the first partially ‘unified field theory.’ Tesla extrapolated much further, formulating, and defining, ‘energy,’ and ‘power,’ thus creating the most powerful paradigm shift known to mankind, linking all of the ‘wheelworks of nature’ into one cohesive ‘mechanism.’ Tesla’s ultimate concept of ‘rotation’ linked with Faraday’s ‘magnets’ substantiated by Maxwell’s [quaternion] logic, showed that ‘energy’ was transferable, alterable and thus portable from any point in the known universe. Tesla demonstrated this first, at Niagara Falls, then at Shoreham, and ultimately at Buffalo, New York.

The Twenty-first Century currently belongs to Myron Wyn Evans, Randell Lee Mills and Thomas Eugene Bearden. Dr. Evans has provided a significant ‘unified field theory’ demonstrating that ‘energy’ can be extracted directly from the vacuum of ‘space-time.’ Dr. Mills has demonstrated that the ‘ground-state’ of the hydrogen atom can be lowered and thus engineerable directly. Dr. Bearden has demonstrated that Dr. Evan’s ‘unified field theory’ and Dr. Mills’ ‘novelty of fact’ are not only profoundly accurate and appropriate, but he has articulated their sentiments, by providing the most powerful demonstration of ‘energy extraction from the vacuum of ‘space-time’ via the patented Motionless Electromagnetic Generator.

"Well, it appears to be an interesting magnetic phenomenon, but it’s not gravity and it does not affect the fundamental gravitational field. It’s already well-known that there are magnetic effects between bodies such as the sun and its planets, in addition to their gravitational effects. His "double magnet" effect is actually generated when an object is exposed to the simultaneous effects of two opposite magnetic fields, and the net magnetic effect on the object at its single geometric position in space depends on the relative geometry (the relative positions between the two magnets and the object). With orbiting, he considers that first one and then the other magnet’s effect predominates, because of geometry, and so the two magnetic fields vary geometrically as to which one can be uppermost in its effect.

However, the true gravitational effect itself is still there and unaffected as the attraction of positive energy masses, whether or not one magnet or the other predominates for the net magnetic attraction or repulsion. He did not replace the gravitational field at all, but is looking at the addition of a net magnetic field that (under the circumstances assumed) can be attractive at one position of the orbiting object and repulsive at another position. The same effect would occur when an electron is in the vicinity of the north pole of a magnet, and then passes around and into the vicinity of the south pole of the magnet. In one position the electron will be accelerated in one direction, and in the second position it will be accelerated in the opposite direction.

Added to it would be the simultaneous opposite effects on opposite charges at or very near that geometrical position. One would be impelled in one direction, and the second would be impelled in the opposite direction.

So I think he has an interesting magnetic effect, which can obviously be put to practical use in real systems. But it is not gravity and it does not replace the gravitational effect at all. It merely adds a specific type of geometric magnetic field to the gravitational field.

So he is just across the brink from symmetrical magnetic systems to asymmetrical magnetic systems. Which is good; the more asymmetrical work we can have, the better!"

In a recent email dated September 11, 2007 - Tom Bearden referring to: "Uniaxial approach to time-domain computations using electromagnetic potentials." International Journal of Numerical Modeling: Electronic Networks, Devices and Fields, Volume 17, Issue 3, 2004, Pages 269 – 284., states:

Looks like they are directly proving out some of the things contained in Maxwell’s actual 1864-5 quaternion theory, that were totally eliminated from the terribly reduced Heaviside equations that were adopted as

"Maxwell’s theory" – and quickly chopped down even further by Lorentz who symmetrized the Heaviside equations in 1892 (eliminating all asymmetric Maxwell systems which could accept excess EM energy from the seething vacuum and use it to help power the loads, thus achieving COP>1.0), and who again in 1900 arbitrarily taught everyone a neat little trick to toss out the giant Heaviside curled EM energy flow component, that accompanies every Poynting energy flow component but is more than a trillion times its magnitude.

I hope that at least some of the modern researchers will get back to the quaternion EM theory; as shown by Froning and Barrett, it adds a vast number of capabilities and things that present electrical engineering does not even contain. Quote: "...empirical evidence over the last 40 years (e.g., Aharonov-Bohm effect, Sagnac effect, Josephson effect, Berry’s phase, etc.) indicate that Maxwell’s theory of electromagnetism does not address global and multiply connected events—such as those associated with gravitational interactions between multiple bodies. Therefore, one of us (Barrett [1,2]) has applied gauge theory, group theory, and topological descriptions to extend Maxwell U(1) EM field theory to EM fields of higher order symmetry and multiply connected form."

Such extended Maxwell theory results in, in addition to magnetic and electric fields, A-vector fields of real physical significance. … successful unification of gravity and electromagnetism … may require such higher order electromagnetism.”

Comment: One conditioning method is to modulate the polarization of microwave or laser radiation. The other method the use of contra-wound toroidal coils through which alternating current is flowing at resonant frequencies. For either method, electric and magnetic field energy is accompanied by A-vector potential field energy. This paper described certain unusual EM effects revealed by experiments with specially conditioned EM fields. These include: anomalous behavior of ferromagnetic aerosols when radiated by polarization-modulated laser light; and standing waves of very high magnetic field gradient that formed over contra-wound toroidal coils at resonant frequencies.

Note that Barrett is one of the pioneers of ultrawideband radar, which at its inception was said to be impossible, against the laws of physics, etc.

Nikola Tesla was definitely onto this “higher level and much more extensive” electrodynamics. E.g., see also T. W. Barrett, "Tesla's Nonlinear Oscillator-Shuttle-Circuit (OSC) Theory," Annales de la Fondation Louis de Broglie, 16(1), 1991, pp. 23-41. Barrett shows that EM expressed in quaternions allows shuttling and storage of potentials in circuits, and also allows additional EM functioning of a circuit that a conventional EM analysis cannot reveal. He shows that Tesla’s patented circuits did exactly this.

Barrett extended Tesla’s methods and obtained two patents on the new signaling extension. They are:

Quoting: "…the acceptance of a structured vacuum described by an O(3) gauge group leads directly to the existence of novel charges and currents in the vacuum. These are conserved, or Noether, currents and charges and are clearly topological in origin. They spring from the fact that the vacuum is a topological space. Four such entities emerge: [1] A topological vacuum electric charge, also proposed empirically by Lehnert et al. [2] A topological vacuum electric current, also proposed empirically by Lehnert et al. [3] A topological vacuum magnetic charge, proposed also by Barrett and Harmuth. [4] A vacuum topological magnetic current, proposed also by Barrett and Harmuth. … Each of these four objects can provide energy, which can be loosely termed 'vacuum energy': energy coming from the topology of the vacuum."

Indeed, if our scientific community would just remove the arbitrary Lorentz symmetry condition, that alone would allow rapid solution of the energy crisis. In the hard physics literature, rigorous proof that eliminating the arbitrary Lorentz condition provides systems having free additional energy currents from the vacuum is given by M. W. Evans et al., “Classical Electrodynamics without the Lorentz Condition: Extracting Energy from the Vacuum,” Physica Scripta, Vol. 61, 2000, p. 513-517.

So let us hope that the new advance sparked by Nikolova and Zimmerman flourishes and re-ignites the interest in higher group symmetry electrodynamics. If we would just correct the hoary old electrical engineering (which contains many known falsities), then the world energy crisis could be solved permanently, cheaply, cleanly, and in very short order.

Thanks Les! As you know, Eddie’s project (the one using the switch in and out of the superconducting condition) is an absolutely valid overunity process, given that efficient switching can be done. It gives a perfect example of an asymmetrical EM system, thus of one able to generate an extra energy input from the vacuum interaction itself.

This is straightforward if one translates from the old 1880s EM language and concepts (which do not contain the active vacuum interaction at all) to modern "vacuum engineering" concepts. Thus the master potential (energy density) of the vacuum is composed of the various separate component potentials (such as the EM potentials). Any change in that master vacuum potential (MVP) is a change in the appropriate component vacuum potential(s). Thus such changes involve component "fields" such as the EM fields. The switching in/out of superconductivity, in causing the system to first repel (when it goes superconducting) its magnetic field, and then to have it restored (when it goes out of superconducting), creates an oscillating magnetic field that can be fairly strong. So if the "switching power" is small and switching is efficient, one is manipulating a larger "part" of the overall MVP.

Such "memory of materials" effects are indeed one area listed by Kondepudi and Prigogine (and well known in nonequilibrium thermodynamics) as allowing violation of the old second law of the much older and much more restricted equilibrium thermodynamics.

The Sines process doesn’t violate conservation of energy, because he is freely tapping a known energy source: the ever-ongoing energy interaction between the circuit charges and the active vacuum. As Aitchison states:

"...the concept of a 'single particle' actually breaks down in relativistic quantum field theory with interactions, because the interactions between 'the particle' and the vacuum fluctuations (or virtual quanta) cannot be ignored." [I. J. R. Aitchison, "Nothing's Plenty: The Vacuum in Modern Quantum Field Theory," Contemporary Physics, 26(4), 1985, p. 357.].

So the Sines work along that line is rigorous – and it’s good physics and good thermodynamics (nonequilibrium thermodynamics).
