It was an interesting audio tape, and it sparked my interest. I never forgot it. "Chicago's principal stop on the 60s rock circuit was The Kinetic Playground, at 4812 N. Clark Street....4812 N. Clark Street was originally known as The Rainbow Gardens,but in 1968 Brooklyn-born promoter Aaron Russo (then 24 years old) took over the ballroom. Russo opened a rock nightclub in the former Rainbow Gardens Ballroom on April 3, 1968, and named it the Electric Theater. Russo had worked in his family's garment business and put on rock shows as a High School student, so despite his young age he was well prepared for the cutthroat rock business." The Electric Theater opened in April of 1968.

"Soon after the opening of The Electric Theater, a well-known New York "hippie discotheque" called The Electric Circus had sued the Electric Theater for copying its trademark (or something like that). For whatever reasons, Aaron Russo changed the name of his club to The Kinetic Playground. Some flyers still included some representation of the name Electric Theater (like "The Electric Theater Presents At The Kinetic Playground"). It appears that the sound company associated with the club retained the name Electric Theater, and many Chicagoans seemed to have used the names Electric Theater and Kinetic Playground interchangeably.

"Originally, Aaron Russo and his creative staff had a vision of a multi-media theater that would feature an eclectic mix of music, dance theater and art. But after a disastrous opening weekend, following the assassination of Martin Luther King and the citywide curfews that resulted, they realized their ideals would need to be compromised in order to attract the crowds needed to pay off the investors. After a month or so of small crowds, they started booking big-name bands like Canned Heat, Steppenwolf and Blue Cheer."

Aaron Russo continued as a successful rock promoter in Chicago and Detroit (at the East Towne Theater) throughout the 1970s. He also successfully managed the career of Bette Midler. He produced her breakthrough movie The Rose. In the 1980s he went on to produce many other successful movies like Trading Places and Wise Guys."

Imperial Presidency

Americans are witnessing an Imperial Presidency for the first time, a dictatorial approach to government, regulation by Executive Orders, signing statements, and ‘findings’ allowing the Executive branch to issue "kill orders" on US Citizens. They got a limited taste of it under George W. Bush during his last year in office, and they are getting the full brunt of it under Barack H. Obama.

Three books have recently been published: The Manchurian President, by Aaron Klein with Brenda J. Elliot; The BLUEPRINT: OBAMA’S PLAN to Subvert the Constitution and Build an Imperial Presidency, by Ken Blackwell & Ken Klukowski and Crimes Against Liberty (an indictment of President Barack Obama by David Limbaugh. Interested readers will find these books informative and enlightening.

Americans haven’t even asked the most basic questions regarding their indebtedness. Who placed us in this financial mess? And Why? Americans don’t even question the actions of their Senators and Representatives (as a general rule). Recently many have formed "Tea Parties" expressing their dismay and frustration, but they have not addressed the root cause of their predicament. We will see the results of the November elections (2010), and barring any circumstances such as rigged electronic voting, it will become apparent, which way this country is headed.

The corporate socialists and the banking fraternities have been behind an elaborate agenda and have schemed for decades to reign in the power of the electorate since 1913. Their patience is only surpassed by their determination to achieve their goals either by dictatorship or by default.

They want to control access to information and restrict its use by controlling the individual users. This is significant, since the last bastion of ‘freedom’ for those who wish to gain knowledge and information as research analysts and educators will be subject to high order restrictions.

Our modern libraries are already obsolete, for there is not enough paper to contain accumulated data coming together at light-path speed. Coalescing such data is the work of very powerful search engines, such as Google and other references.

Many already suspect that the overt media is highly controlled and under vigorous intent to severely limit the knowledgebase of all individuals. The recent BP Oil Volcano is a good example of such intent to restrict information from the general public.

While most thoughtful Americans considered themselves as ‘sovereigns’ within their own borders, the rich and powerful elitists relegate such thoughtfulness as the idle speculation of the human cattle and canon fodder:

Carroll Quigley’s personal account regarding International Bankers in his revealing book, Tragedy and Hope. Quigley is important not just because of his revelations, but because of his subsequent influence upon the presidency of the United States, via his former student William Jefferson Clinton. Quigley was the consummate insider, with a knowledgebox most historians lack. His revelations within ‘Tragedy and Hope,’ provided an insider’s view of how international bankers manipulated ‘world events’ and directed ‘historical’ factors like marionettes on a world stage. All that was needed now to link all of these revealing ‘dots of data’ was a significant ‘marionette’ role player demonstrating how the ultimate ‘control’ paradigm carried out its objectives and intent.

Carroll Quigley’s book, "Tragedy and Hope," essentially outlines for us, the hidden agenda of the banking fraternity, essentially, control of international commerce, regulation of international ‘monetary policy,’ and ultimately the structuring of balance of payments and debt refinancing, utilizing both ‘hegelian’ and ‘machiavelian’ methodologies. Quigley demonstrates quite clearly J. P. Morgan’s proclivity of controlling both sides of international disputes, as well as domestically intervening in a nation’s political policy, via their control (financing) of all political parties.

Loop Current - Gulf of Mexico

"Oceanographic satellite data now shows that the Loop Current in the Gulf of Mexico has stalled as a consequence of the BP oil spill disaster. This according to Dr. Gianluigi Zangari, an Italian theoretical physicist, and major complex and chaotic systems analyst at the Frascati National Laboratories in Italy.

He further notes that the effects of this stall have also begun to spread to the Gulf Stream. This is because the Loop Current is a crucial element of the Gulf Stream itself and why it is commonly referred to as the “main engine” of the Stream.

The concern now, is whether or not natural processes can re-establish the stalled Loop Current. If not, we could begin to see global crop failures as early as 2011."

Speculation will now run rampant, and it will force people to reevaluate all data regarding BP, Halliburton, and the companies associated with this disaster. We do not live within a plug and play world. It is more mysterious than you can think or imagine. And it is neither easy to explain nor understand. Most individuals living within the United States today have taken everything for granted, under the cover of relative freedom. They assumed that freedom is a given, and that it will always remain as such. That myth was shattered via several events in our recent history. They assumed that Government was inherently ‘good’ and that you can trust ‘government.’ That myth was shattered with the present Administration and the current government in the US Congress. Just imagine if you had a dictatorship and were not able to vote the dastards out of office. We actually witnessed a US Congress that didn’t even read what they were passing as bills and acts of the US Congress. Think about it: members of our US Congress were voting on legislation, that they never even read, didn’t know what was in it, didn’t even care. And once enacted and signed into law, became the ‘law of the land.’ Which ‘we the people’ must now follow without question. Are we crazy? Think about it.

We (as the inherent holders of the political power) must remain pro-active. We must know what the US Congress is doing, we must know what they are enacting, and understand the kind of legislation they are signing into law. For while the Congress promulgates the laws, we are responsible to uphold the law. Therefore we must remain vigilant to prevent unlawful laws from becoming enforceable. We have a standard which was given us by our Founding Fathers, the Framers of our US Constitution. That standard has never changed, it remains immutable, guided by a Creator who has guaranteed our ‘inalienable’ rights which can neither be derogated nor abrogated by we the people. Government did not grant those ’rights’ to us, therefore they cannot take those ‘rights’ from us. That is the ‘fact and law’ of the US Constitution. We the people must elect men and women into the US Government who will guarantee the kind of government, that our Founders and Framers intended, which we ultimately deserve, for ourselves and our children.

We have witnessed what NAFTA and GATT has accomplished, namely, the loss of jobs and industry upon our American Shores, legislation which the US Congress enacted decades ago. We are witnessing the complete collapse of our medical profession because of ObamaCare. We are witnessing the collapse of the American industrial base because of the proposed ‘cap and trade’ legislation. Were it not for brave individuals like Lord Monckton, we would not have known about the true intent of the proposed Climate Change legislation. Americans must wake up and take a more proactive stance regarding their own country. Because once your freedoms are taken away from you, you will never get them back. The New World Order will be completed, and humanity will be living and dying within a Prison Planet. R. J. Rummel’s “Death by Government” fully explains what that will entail.

We can still extricate ourselves from our current problems, but we must act quickly and deliberately, before our enemies fully encircle us and cut us off. We can do that by going to the polls and voting the dastards out of office, and voting for those we believe are qualified to represent us. If we do nothing, we will lose everything. Meritocracy is a continuous struggle, it is not a given. Gold drops like a rock, and dung rises to the top continuously. We have unseen enemies and unsung heroes, we must remain vigilant and observant.

We must know the truth about everything, and recognize that we know absolutely nothing. The more knowledge we have, we then realize, we know very little. Knowledge becomes a frustration, because with each discovery comes a surprise, which leads to more frustration. Our knowledge of the Universe is even more frustrating today, than it was a hundred years ago. We now know that we live within an island universe, that is one of trillions of galaxies connected by eons of space of insurmountable and incomprehensible distances. The stars alone are as innumerable as the totality of all the grains of sand upon planet Earth. We are as insignificant to the Creator as an amoeba is to us. And yet we are told and assured that the Creator loves and cares for us.

When we believe that we have finally figured out how the cosmology and the physics of the Universe actually work, we are surprised by the discovery of Quantum physics.

Quantum physics is spooky and mysterious, and is as difficult to understand as is immortality. We are defined by our own mortality, and yet, we are on the threshold of a discovery that can nullify death itself. For many this is so incomprehensible, that it is dismissed immediately, comforted by cognitive dissonance.

For that matter, while we as individuals are near to each other in proximity, we remain worlds apart from each other, in temperament, ideology, philosophy, theology, politics, language, customs, and thought. Not only do we have a dichotomy akin to the macro/microcosm of Creation, but we remain separated by feelings, emotions, spirit, time, space, and unless we have a unifying and guiding principle it would led to chaos and destruction.

That unifying and guiding principle comes from the Creator. And from no other. If we do not adhere to the Creator’s guideposts and references, we will self destruct. We need to go back to the future, we need to get reacquainted with the “I Am That I Am.”

Despite Rockefeller’s insistence, many are beginning to realize that the Obama Health Care Law is Unconstitutional. Senator John Barrasso (R-Wyoming) provided significant challenge to Senator Rockefeller, skillfully articulating the negative and unpopular attributes of the hidden taxes that are imbedded within the OHCL to take affect just a few years after its passage. The hidden attributes would expand the taxation bureaucracy, strengthen the law enforcement arm of the agency, and provide extended policing provisions to enforce the hidden protocols within the OHCL.

Senator John Thune (R - South Dakota) also addressed the need to repeal the existing OHCL, stating that it was voted along party lines, and was not a bi-partisan bill.

In short order the American people are being lied to. The control aspects of the unpopular OHCL are finally becoming exposed. (It is not without reason, that Nancy Pelosi (the former Speaker of the House) exhorted her colleagues, to hurry up and pass the Bill, so that they could read what was in it. The OHCL appears to be a skillfully crafted ‘Trojan House.’).

It is becoming apparent to me that the Democrat Party has within its core group, significant ‘socialists’ and those who are espousing corporate socialism, in order to control the American Middle Class, essentially to reign in their growing power within the United States. The Tea Party is becoming aware of this creeping socialism, and are reacting together with libertarians and conservatives to get rid of those Congressmen who just don’t get it, that the American people are fed up with the liberal socialist agenda, whose political philosophy, is destroying the fabric of the United States. Many of the Democrats in power, don’t even know what is written in the US Constitution (Senator Schumer (D-NY) incorrectly stated that the division of powers was the House, the Senate and the Presidency). Correctly stated, it is the Legislative Branch, the Judiciary and the Presidency. For that matter President Obama stated incorrectly, that the US has 57 states. (It does not, it has 50 states within the union). This begs the question: "Who are these people that are representing us?" Why aren't they guided by and following the US Constitutional mandates, established by the original founders and framers of our form of government?

Senator Schumer speaking on the floor of the Senate this evening (February 1, 2011 - 8:26pm) is against repeal of the OHCL. He misses the point entirely. The Bill as written is flawed with an agenda that is alien to most Americans, including professionals, doctors, and insurance company executives. We need a comprehensive approach to health care, that is transparent, that is not a ‘Trojan horse’ saddled with hidden taxes, and an imposing socialist agenda intent on destroying the Middle class in the United States. We need to know what is in the bill, indeed all bills that the Congress enacts. We were shocked this past year to find out that the Congress doesn’t even read the text of the bills that they vote on. This is an outrage, and a fraud against the American people. President Reagan stated: “Trust but verify.” The American people need transparency via verification that the Congress (the Senate and the House) is actually aware (reading) of their enactments. Anything less is a failure and nonperformance of their official duties.

It behooves the Congress, including both Houses, to go over each and every bill that they propose, line by line, so that the American people understand fully what is taking place in THEIR Congress. We the American people need to KNOW what our Senators and Representatives are doing on our behalf. Anything less is suspect. That is why the United States is experiencing Tea Parties. Our own political leadership have forgotten why this country was founded, and why we rebelled against the British Crown in the first place back in 1776.

That is why we are experiencing American Tea Parties:

The fact is that the US Constitution, which is the ‘law of the land,’ states that (Article 4, Section 4) [21] the Constitution grants to “every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government.” The “people” rule by electing “Representatives” and Senators who must enact laws which fulfill the will of the ‘people’ who elected them. Interesting article about a young boy who has a near death experience, sees Heaven, comes back to talk about it. A Book is coming out about it called "Heaven is for Real" by Colton Burpo [47]

Natalie Tisdal (Nebraska) Reports on a little boy who died, went to Heaven, saw Jesus, his relatives who died before him. This little boy has an interesting report, it is a feel good report, uplifting and hope filled and inspiring. Many of us have had people close to us, who have died, come back to life, with similar experiences, which provide hope and encouragement to all of us regarding a subject-matter that is of vital interest to all of us.

2/10/11 - Colton Burpo of Nebraska died, and experienced what many term a ‘near death experience’ [48] He said that he saw: “streets of Gold……a lot of colors………and that he sat in Jesus’ lap and felt safe.”

What makes Colton’s story interesting, is that, he was three (3) years old, when he gave his account to his parents, and that he stated facts regarding his relatives (who had died before he was born) that only his parents would have known about. This amazed his parents, who took a close interest in their son’s revelation regarding his experience in Heaven (while he was clinically dead). A book will be made available regarding this little boy’s very interesting experience while in Heaven and in the lap of Jesus, where he felt safe.

The recent events in Japan, specifically the massive 8.9 Richter Scale earthquake and the massive destruction to the Japanese mainland has captivated the heart wrenching prayers of the entire world. All thoughtful members of humanity are prayerfully considering how to address Japan’s immediate needs.

Energy is foremost in the minds of construction planners as they try and rebuild the Japanese infrastructure. Japan’s nuclear power plants need to be hardened, rebuilt and modernized so that they will not be vulnerable to future earthquakes. Roadways and railways will need to be rebuilt, so that they can withstand powerful changes to the earth’s mantle and crust.

What is becoming apparent, is that the world community needs a basket variety of energy resources that will enable a smooth transition to a growing and expanding market (China & India). The age of monopoly control of energy resources is long since passé, and it is becoming apparent that the world needs an infinite variety of energy resources and systems, unhindered or limited via monopoly considerations and/or controls.

Wealth generation is not a zero sum game, but an expansion of the velocity of the supply of resources. Technology is not a foregone conclusion, and is not finite or limited by short-term disparagement of resources. The New Energy Congress has provided a significant perspective regarding this subject-matter, and we recognize that there are significant alternative modalities, including methodologies pertaining to alternative energy acquisition. As a member of the New Energy Congress, my role has been to study and to evaluate alternative energy systems, which would enable significant energy transformations, enabling a continuous expansion of the energy needs of this planet.

There are alternative systems available. And they can be introduced without disturbing the existing infrastructure, both as supplemental and complimentary systems. T. E. Bearden and John C. Bedini have demonstrated such complimentary systems. I have visited with and met both of these distinguished ‘energy pioneers.’ Both of these gentlemen have had distinguished careers, prior to their involvement with ‘energy’ transformation. And they can deliver a significant alternative to fuel based systems. I’ve been a witness to these technologies, and they are REAL. Aside from that, Cold Fusion (LENR/CANR) and Blacklight Power Systems are also just as viable and REAL technologies that can and will provide a significant supplement to this world’s energy needs.

What we need is the political will to do so...for the answers are already there, to implement those complimentary and supplementary systems. Aside from the political and economic consideration, is the need to mitigate the hidden control paradigm aspects that have consistently and continuously reared its ugly head, such as was revealed by the Cejka files, and the “sweeping the cash” protocols, which have hampered the advancement of energy transformation since the time of Nikola Tesla.

In 1963 on a mountain top in Germany, I asked probably the most important question of my life. “God, if you are Real,” “Can You, Prove it to Me?” Being a child of twelve, a student of the Gimnazium (a secondary school), I expected an answer from a vibrant, living Being. The answer did come, and my question was answered over a period of time. In spite of my experiences, education and training, I needed an assurance, that would last for all eternity, my eternity. In my lifetime, knowledge has increased, and transportation has exploded into an infinite knowledgebase of technological achievement unparalleled in human history. And during that period I grew to experience the reality of a living vibrant Creator, who can do all things above and beyond all that we can think, ask or believe.

The key to accessing the Creator is by exercising the measure of faith that resides within all of us. The Creator has given us the ability to recreate our reality, to literally reform the world in which we live. We are not hostage to any condition, but can overcome any and all obstacles, no matter how insurmountable they may appear.

Alan Brodnicki was three times my size and a major pain in the butt, and he was an irritating bully, with whom I regularly quarreled daily on the job, and whom the bosses, supervisors and managers deliberately joined me with as a co-worker, in one of the largest shipping companies in the world.

I appealed to a higher Authority, the Creator of the ‘Atlas of the Universe,’ pleading my case and my resolve: “Lord, either kill this guy, or save him! If you do either, I will write a letter to his Supervisor, and tell him about You, and how he can get to know You!” (And I meant it!).

Upon my return from my days of rest, I saw that Alan Brodnicki was still alive, so I walked up to him, stating bluntly, “The Lord saved you, didn’t He!.”

An expression of shock and surprise covered his face, as he stated: “How did you know?” I explained to him, my appeal to a higher Authority, and Alan Brodnicki explained how he met a Christian girl, with whom he fell head over heals in love with, who gave him the plan of salvation, and his new path of normal living.

I fulfilled my end of the bargain, I wrote the letter and mailed it to Thomas Bibel, and he brought the letter to me, asked if I wrote it, and then thanked me.

Alan and I became the best of friends, and our productive output (capacity together) overwhelmed the distribution system of our company. For we worked together like tremendous machines, and management took notice.

Shortly thereafter I was transferred to another division, outside of the town, county and State.

A transit strike, prevented me from my normal method of travel, the use of mass transit. I secured the help of friends in the daytime, but at night or rather after midnight I was on my own. I walked the entire length of ten (10) miles between Kearny and Nutley, NJ after my work shift.

While walking home via the Meadows, in a windbreaker, I became cold, then experienced freezing, and ultimately I appealed to my higher Authority: “God, I don’t care how you do it, whether you translate me into my bed, or you bring the Cops to do it.”

A Cop car came in the opposite direction of my travel, at high speed, he slowed down, made a U-turn, and cautiously came up to me. “Up against the front of the Car!” barked the Officer, pump gun in hand. Searching me briefly, he sat me in the back of the Patrol car, with another officer joining him on either side of me.

At the Hudson County Precinct, the officers questioned me, asked me for my ID, and then apologized for detaining me, explaining that there had been an armed holdup in the area, and I looked like (a dead ringer) one of the suspects. They drove me from their Precinct to my home in Nutley, NJ.

Safely secure in my home, I sighed a breath of relief and thanked the Creator for his wisdom and His answer to prayer.

Wanting a girlfriend, and not just any girlfriend, I went to my higher Authority: “Lord, I want a girl friend, and I challenged the Creator, with a very difficult task: “She had to be twenty-five (25) years of age.” I wanted her to have a Masters degree, and her name had to be “Salt.” And to make it even more difficult, wanted to be introduced to her in a public setting.

It came to pass………….

My good friend Bobby Hart, took me to Christian Artist Ministries, in Bayshore, NY, introduced me to Lilly DiMartino (Austrian) wife of Augie DiMartino. I liked her immediately, she was vivacious, artistic, European to a T and enjoyed every moment that I spent at CAM.

Lilly introduced me to a beautiful young lady and her mother, while attending one of the concerts held at CAM. She was twenty-five (25), held a Masters degree in Art, and her name was Maria Sos (Salt). Captivating my interest, I spent two (2) weeks with her, introduced her to my family and gave her my mother’s famous cake recipe (the Masaryk cake). ____________________________________________________________________

I received a call from my sister, that mom, was in hospital, with difficulty breathing. Jack von Eschen, my Tour Superintendent, gave me the appropriate leave (there was no FMLA at the time) to visit with her. I will always remember Jack’s kindness, for he did not have to allow me the time.

I spent two weeks with mom, before we buried her. It affected us deeply, and in our own way we grieved for a long time thereafter. Dad was losing a pound a day, and after 30 days I knew that he was dying. I refused to accept that, and told the Creator, what I wanted for my father: “Lord, I want my dad to marry a woman that he had known for over thirty (30) years. I want her to be wealthy, and I wanted her to have a home in Europe. And most important of all, she would have to love my father deeply.”

My godmother, Catherine Perry-Pastor was living in Europe, she had inherited significant wealth, she had a home in Germany, and she did indeed love my father, having met him in Germany after the Second World War.

Unfortunately, they both had already been married to spouses, before they met each other. With my mother’s death, they were both free to marry, which they did, in West Orange, NJ. They lived together as husband and wife for a good ten (10) years before godmother died of heart complications due to rheumatic fever. As husband and wife, they traveled, they lived, loved and enjoyed life to the fullest. Thank you Lord!

The question should be: “How do you pay off a debt, with a debt? Every single US dollar is a debt instrument, because it is borrowed from the Federal Reserve (private central bank), which creates it out of thin air (checkbook entrée), which is then monetized by the Federal Reserve System.

The problem is that the US no longer owns the lion’s share of the debt, but the Chinese government, and they do not want more dollars as payment, but real value, which the US no longer sustains. Think about it! We no longer have American made goods. Everything of value is made outside of the country due to NAFTA and that means the US no longer provides value to its currency, which is the precise goal of the Illuminati. The monetary system of the entire Earth is essentially FIAT MONEY.

Solving our Debt problem is a significant undertaking, just look at all of the US Government Agencies and Departments: http://www.usa.gov/Agencies/Federal/All_Agencies/index.shtml The Government of the United States is the largest Government in the world. And we are now financed by the Government of China. Officially the US owes 14.3 trillion dollars to various foreign governments, such as Japan, and due to the involvement of the Bush Administrations, we now owe China roughly 13 trillion dollars. It is estimated that the interest payments alone will cost the US Government $1 Trillion dollars per year alone.

Unless the US Congress and the President solve this problem properly, thoughtfully, and most important, accurately, we will never be able to pay this back to the Chinese. This will force the Chinese to disown the Dollar, and then demand repayment in assets, such as US properties, resources, and technologies. Think about it! In that situation, if the US does not repay, then no country on Earth will trust the US ever again.

The Russell Trust Association which changed its name to RTA Inc., (Skull & Bones) got us into this mess via the Bush Family through George W. Bush’s uncle Prescott Sheldon Bush II via the US-China Chamber of Commerce. It has become a disaster for the American people, who ultimately will have to repay the debt through higher taxes and spiraling inflation.

Barack Hussein Obama has increased the debt from $1.3 Trillion to $14.3 Trillion, which is an increase of $13 Trillion with his agenda. Obama is by far, the destroyer of the US Economy and of the Middle Class, irregardless of what he says or states to the American people. In order to reduce the debt, we will have to reduce spending. We will have to abolish the Federal Reserve, which is a significant part of the problem. If Obama is reelected, he will permanently change (destroy) this country.

Unless the people of the United States solve this Gordian Knot, we are finished as a nation-state.

My recommendation is that those that can ‘fast and pray’ for guidance from Divine Providence, do so immediately.

As a young man in the early 1970s, I decided to practice the presence of God, and began to bombard Heaven with ‘praise and worship,’ for it states: that God inhabits the Praises of his People. One night after my ‘praise and worship’ session, I fell into a deep sleep, and in a dream, I found myself walking in front of a huge building, the center of which, were two massive columns, upon a portico, separated in front of an entrance-way, elevated at my eye-level, necessitating me to mount stairs from the walkway. But before I could do that, I noticed vapor begin to form at the base and between the center of the columns. The vapor panned out and began to rise, forming a moving, yet stationary Pillar of Cloud. As I watched the Pillar of Cloud form, I could hear a distinct voice speaking to me from within the Cloud. The Voice was in an unknown, yet distinguishable language, clearly stating: “It shall come to pass.”

I was frightened, and ran from the building, and awakening from my sleep, still hearing the Voice, ran into the middle of my room. The only reference I could find, regarding a pillar of cloud, was in the Old Testament, when God led his people in the daytime by a pillar of cloud and at night by a pillar of fire.

I was so impressed, I made a painting of it and showed it to my then girlfriend, Janice Luzzi. At the time it made no rational sense, and not until, I went to the CBN Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia several years later.

I arrived at the CBN Center, parked my car on the right side parking lot of the building. It was a beautiful balmy day, sunny with an azure blue sky, soft warmth from the sun’s rays bathe my face. I was coming to the Center to fulfill my pledge pertaining to CBN (Regent) University. Check in hand, I mounted the steps to the entrance-way, and then it hit me. “Except the Lord build a House, they labor in vain that build it,” that phrase has remained in my mind, ever since I heard it sung by the Hampton Roads Choir at the grand opening of CBN – Regent University, which I attended many decades ago. If you check the records, you will see a picture of me watching M G “Pat” Robertson make an imprint in the cement at the ground breaking ceremony. Dede (“Pat’s” lovely wife) “Pat’s” Personal Secretary Barbara Johnson both standing to his right, (and I’m peering over the shoulder of a smiling spectator just five feet to their right. David Gyertson, S. Tucker Yates, David Clark, Harald Bredesen [85][86] and Michael Little are to Pat’s left and slightly behind him peering downward. A workman is using a trowel to smooth out an adjacent wet cement area bordered by a wooden frame. Carl Hiteshew was good enough to send me the picture also with a commemorative letter. Tucker sent me a letter (August 24, 1984) informing me that they had placed my name on a plaque along with other early founders commemorating the early founding of the University...........

A recent book written by David Edwin Harrell Jr. PAT ROBERTSON a Life and Legacy provided me with internal knowledge about CBN, that brings back memories of that early period, let me explain: I was fed up with the usual articulations of Christians, and I wanted a more intellectual framework and scope, encompassing scholarship and intellect befitting the grandeur of the Creator. So I asked the Creator in Jesus name to provide that for me, and He did indeed. One day while convalescing at home from an illness, upon turning on the TV set, I noticed two gentlemen knelling on the floor, praying, speaking in tongues, and telling individuals (in the TV audience) that they were being healed. Intrigued, I followed the continuation of the program, and was pleasantly surprised to discover that Robertson was no ordinary preacher, but was an intellect, a lawyer, a man of letters, and from a distinguished background (Senator A Willis Robertson). Ben Kinchloe was the other gentleman, and he rounded out the non-intellectual aspect of the program rather nicely. Wow!!! The Creator had actually answered my prayer............and so began an interesting relationship with CBN.

Carl Hiteshew [92] lived at 3100 Edinburgh Lane in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He was a committed Christian, and a Lutheran. I got to know Carl, because of my involvement with CBN and Regent University. I visited with him and his wife on a few occasions at his home. He was kind enough to provide me with a cook’s tour of the CBN complex several decades ago, something most individuals rarely have an opportunity to experience. On one occasion I received a letter from Carl, informing me that he had a difficult problem that he was experiencing, and he wanted serious advice on the subject-matter. I was one of twelve (12) individuals who had received a similar letter. One of the recipients was a Navy Admiral.

Carl had been fired from CBN, he was distressed, and he wanted solid advice regarding his firing. I drove down to Virginia Beach to be with him, listened to his experience, and afterwards told me point blank that he was innocent of the charges against him, and that he was distraught, confused, and perplexed, emotionally paralyzed, and could not deal with the horror of his situation. Evidence had been uncovered that someone had intended great harm to CBN, Pat Robertson, and to the organization as a whole. Wow! To be privy to this knowledge, hit me like a massive punch in the face, and I immediately prayed with Carl regarding this difficult dilemma and emotional trauma. While we were praying, the phone rang, and Carl informed me that it was Pat Robertson, continuing in prayer, I noticed that Carl’s voice became cheerful, and his distraught attitude changed and brightened.

Believing that all was well, we thanked the Lord, and I returned home to New York.

One day I decided to return to Virginia Beach to visit with Carl Hiteshew [93] at his home on 3100 Edinburgh Lane. Driving up in front of his property I noticed a “For Sale” sign on his front lawn. And at the very moment that I arrived at the property, Carl’s wife was exiting the front door preparing to lock it. Noticing her, I called out, whereupon she informed me that she was leaving for good, and that I was lucky to have come by at that very moment. Mrs. Hiteshew informed me that Carl had died of a broken heart. Shocked, I listened to her, confused about the entire matter, and returned home to New York saddened and unfulfilled. I had an encounter on the job (several years back) with two unsavory characters, both evil to the core, and conspiring to cause me physical harm, were successful. The injuries I sustained necessitated medical treatment, and physical therapy. My efforts at seeking the appropriate remedy via law enforcement on the job proved futile earlier, when I encountered these unsavory characters on previous occasions.

My resolve and my protestations to the Creator caused my intellectual mindset to argue with the Creator. I wanted retribution, but the Creator wanted forgiveness, and love. A royal battle ensued between me and the Creator, until finally I submitted to the Creator’s authority in the matter. Forgiving both malefactors and with determined resolve to the Creator’s preeminence, I loved my enemies (despite my mindset) absolving them and rendered them blameless according to the wishes of Jesus Christ the Redeemer.

Within a matter of months, the process of healing began on my physical body, and my circumstances changed, along with my attitude and perspective. From sources close to me, I was informed that one of the malefactors was killed in an altercation, and the other suffered severe retribution at the hands of another, suffering to this day.

The wisdom of God, the Creator and the Redeemer is greater than men, and beyond comprehension. It is better to love than to hate, to forgive than retribution, for one then remains blameless, and the cycle of hate ceases. Love is more powerful than hate, light always dispels darkness, and the Creator is not willing that any should perish.

The United States does not have an “energy crisis,” it has a ‘political crisis.’ It is a non-energy, crisis that can be resolved via a variety of solution formats. The US already has ‘free energy’ formats, which would enable this country to solve its Global Warming dilemma. We already have technologies that would enable a smooth transition into non-fuel based systems. And I’m not talking about windmills, nuclear, or coal regeneration, but stand-alone systems, which would enable the end-user to live independent of the grid. These systems are real, and I’ve provided firsthand documentation regarding their efficacy.

The Obama Administration is not the answer, certainly not the solution. The Tax and Spend policy of the Obama Administration will ruin this country, destroy the inventive initiative, and the goal and capacity of the individual, driving innovation outside of our borders. Inventors need grants, stipends and freedom to innovate. They also need a sound currency and a stable economy, something that our present Administration has failed to provide.

The solution is to reinvent ‘energy’ technologies and re-create a new standard of energy delivery that will neither harm the economy, the ecology or the existing infrastructure, but remain complimentary to our accepted social framework. Unleash the ingenuity and know-how of the individual inventive entrepreneurial spirit of the human mindset, and you will enable the re-invigoration of the global economy. I have personally been involved in researching new energy technologies, and in some cases have invested in some of these innovations myself.

Just when inventors need sufficient capital to sustain their efforts, the banking fraternity decides to ‘sweep the cash’ and to restrict the outflow of the money supply, creating a shortage of capital preventing the expansion of the economic base of this country. Americans will have to form coalitions and establish alternative economic engines in order to build their own futures, since government and the banking system has been and apparently still is a dismal failure.

This song is significant for me because it reminds me of my own mother and the time I spent with her and her untimely death. Mom had, had an out of body experience, when she was thrown into a pond by her brothers, in their effort to try and get her to swim, she took in water and downed. She found herself outside of her body, she had no fear, found it peaceful, and she watched as her brothers fished her out of the water. She came to, and was immediately brought back to life, along with the resultant stress and anxiety of life.

I mention this because of my current research on the afterlife, Heaven, Jesus, and those who have had similar experiences. In that regard, I will always remember Jack von Eschen who allowed me to spend time with my mother when she was terminally ill. (We cried like babies in his office, as he related that his mother was experiencing similar loss of life). There was no FMLA in those days (1981) and Jack provided me with the ultimate in human kindness and dignity by providing the leave for me to be with my mother until her final days on this Earth.

When I was a young man, I loved everyone, trusted everyone, until I experienced the realities of life on this Earth. I became a cynic, a skeptic, and I questioned everything and everyone. The more I learned, the more I found that I actually disliked people, avoiding them, and evading them, wherever and whenever I could do so. I developed an internal relationship with the Creator, discovering that one could have a relationship with the God-Head of the Universe and that relationship became personal.

I discovered that we were being lied to, on a massive deliberate scale, that we were living within a significant ‘control’ paradigm, from which there was apparently no escape. The ‘control’ paradigm was muted, hidden, and without transparency, and unless one searched for the attributes, they would never recognize the fruits of that ‘control’ paradigm. Having an intellect, is actually a detriment to a relationship with the Creator, preferring ‘child-like’ acceptance and absolute faith in the Creator’s ability to perform above and beyond all that one could ask or think.

The Creator is not the ‘controller’ and has no part in the ‘control’ paradigm.’ The controller is a usurper, and an accuser before the throne of the Creator. And while I myself have no love of mankind, because of my research, I discovered that, the Creator is not willing that any should perish, but that all should be safe and saved from an eternity of separation from the Creator.

Considering the appropriate analogy, I speculated that upon observing the activity of ants building their tunnels and their activity within their ‘stage of life’ and noticing their difficulties and errors (from my perspective, and from my observation towering over them from my eyesight) I realized that the only way I could actually help them, was if I became like them, entered their world as an ant, and communicated directly with and among them. The problem inherent within that perspective, is that I could not communicate with them in my framework or my reference of reality. If I attempted to help them as a human, I would probably destroy their handiwork and kill a significant amount of them in the process. Therefore the only possible approach would be to become like them, to live among them, and to be accepted by them. This would require an actual transformation on my part, from human to ant (in form and function in both physiology (anatomically correct with the structure of an ant) and psychology (social structure and acceptance within the ant hierarchy). Such complexity within the transformation from human to ant depicts the enormity of the problem, (relationship, language, communication, acceptance, objective).

Now just imagine, how the Creator felt, when the Creator recognizing that his Creation (humanity) needed help, realized, that the only way the Creator could actually help (humanity) was if the Creator became human. The same perspective applies, for the Creator is not like us, doesn’t fit our structured framework, and in actual form is not approachable. The only way to be of help to humanity was to become human, remembering that the Creator’s thoughts, are not like our thoughts, and the Creator’s ways, were not our ways. The Creator had to communicate (of necessity in parables) and to demonstrate abilities in forms recognizable to humanity and in doing so had to structure that information to the lowest common denominator. In order to assure that the message reached the totality of humanity, the Creator dwelt among the lowest class structure of human reality, assimilating in complete abject poverty.

That my human friend is the message of the Gospel of Jesus of Nazareth, the Creator who became the Redeemer of humanity. Who not willing that any should perish, but that all should be saved and safe in the Kingdom of Heaven, where the Creator resides. The Gospels tell the complete story, the Acts of the Apostles provide sufficient continuity of that historical reality, and the Holy Spirit provides the power to transform lives, in the Creator/Redeemer’s perfect will for humanity.

When one discovers the truth about reality, it stimulates the intellect, questions the accepted dogma, and strives to ascertain the ultimate truth that pertains to the individual self. Once the truth is known, and the facts discerned, all that is required is that honest humanity yield to its fruits. I realize that only 2/10 of 1% of humanity is capable of discerning the truth about the physics (attributes) of reality. That is approximately 600,000 people within the United States. My research, with both Antony C. Sutton, and Tom Bearden marvelously corroborates the Pentateuch and the New Testament of the King James version of the Bible. Lucifer is the god of this world. The control paradigm originates and ends with the god of this world. Jesus, the Creator, “the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us,” became our Savior. I am indebted to both, Dr. Antony C. Sutton and Thomas Eugene Bearden for their revelations, for each has corroborated significant eternal truths independent of the Scripture references inherent within the Biblical Texts.

Dr. Sutton revealed a secret regarding how this world functions, a secret which entailed the methodology of how it is controlled. Tom Bearden revealed the true nature of energy, and how that fact was deliberately kept secret from the foundations of this Earth. Both of these revelations establishes the true nature of the “control” paradigm. We now have definitive proof that the world is absolutely controlled by hidden and deliberate methodologies designed to suppress the advancement of humanity. Not just their works, but their very lives proved that the paradigm is absolute. Prior to their revelation, all of these factors were muted, silent and hidden behind deliberate veils of secrecy. Most people (including Christians) are ignorant of the true nature of these controls, and they were unaware regarding their political dilemma. Having studied these two factors since I was 20, I’ve had over 40 years to crystallize my perspective with documentary evidence.

The tool of the “control” paradigm is and has always been the “Hegelian Dialectic,” and anyone who attempted to mitigate or circumvent that methodology discovered post haste that it was not to be tampered with (H. Ross Perot). The goal of the control paradigm has always been to gain absolute control over humanity and their allegiance, by establishing a world order, or as some refer to it, as The New World Order. Secret groups have continually conspired to bring this about, and they have largely succeeded with the exception of a small group of individuals who have blocked their advancing goals through knowledge, education and the continuous intervention by the Creator, and those who trusted in the Creator’s revelations regarding science (Newton, Faraday, Maxwell and Tesla).

The control of ‘energy’ and ’money’ is the control of humanity, for they are used as tools of commerce, as an operating system by the banking fraternity to regulate the liberty, right to property and the freedom of the middle class to intervene directly in the affairs of humanity (commerce, credit, and the control of value) via the artificial inflation/deflation cycles of the central banks of the global economy. Both the banking fraternity and the financial politicians or political economy continuously conspire to promote the harshest form of feudalism permissible within the free world.

The control paradigm has begun a new phase of control, again hiding its proclivity via the introduction of Barack Hussein Obama, a true ‘novelty of fact’ (politically alien to the American culture) diametrically opposed to the original intent of the American political tradition. Obama is already introducing the harshest form of feudalism ever devised by the traditional political left (which is now ensconced within the Democratic Party). Now we can see for the first time how the Hegelian Dialectic works within the framework of the political tradition of the United States. Marshall McLuhan stated that the “Medium is the Message,” and if that is so, then the very construct of the “Creation” is the “Message” of the “Creator.” When dealing in ‘infinities’ it is necessary to ‘simplify.’ As a result of my knowledgebox, and thus my knowledgebase pertaining to ‘ENERGY’ and the physics that supports the “Energy From The Vacuum” one thing is crystal clear, we really don’t know much at all. For the more we learn, the more we find out that we are never able to reach a conclusion pertaining to the Infinite that surrounds us.

What we do know is that we are physically finite, mortal, terminal, and are subject to a set of rules that have been delineated for us, since before we were born into the “Construct of the Creation.” Knowledge of the Creation gives us a glimpse of the intent of the Creator, but does not provide access to the Creator, since such knowledge is proprietary to those who do visualize the totality of the Creation, such as “precursor engineering” and the knowledge of subject-matter directly related to the physics of space-time.

The Human Mind is easily deceived, and subject to ‘error.’ Reality is predicated upon perception and revelation, and the willingness to make choices within uncertain parameters. Faith is the only vehicle that is available to us, for without faith, it is impossible to know anything pertaining to Reality. The advance of the human race, in the sciences, mathematics, and physics was accomplished by men of faith in a Creator beyond reachable limits, and thus unknowable.

Understanding what Jesus wanted for mankind, to simplify the link between God and man, and to rescue man from self-destruction, to provide the missing immortality, and continuity of the construct of the Creation as a permanent relationship between the ‘created’ and the Creator. During my University days, I came across, many conspiracy theories regarding a so-called High Cabal that ran the world, behind the façade of rational, normal government. In 1972 there was no definitive proof of a High Cabal, only conjecture and lots of suppositions. Not until I discovered Antony C. Sutton at Seton Hall University did I realize that rational proofs might actually exist of such a cabal. Dr. Sutton proved that an actual secret conspiracy did exist in the form of a powerful secret society known as the Russell Trust Association, which was based at Yale University. It was founded in 1832, by William Huntington Russell and incorporated in 1856 by Daniel Coit Gilman, and still exists to this day. Several Presidents and a Supreme Court Justice hail from among its membership.

This was my first indication that an actual hidden cabal might actually exist, but it took several decades to bring that clarification into the light of day. Fast forward to today, and we do have definitive proof of a worldwide cabal, with linkage from a variety of sources. A group known as the Bilderberg, came to light, when it was discovered (at one of their origination meetings which took place at the Bilderberg.) The Council on Foreign Relations was founded in 1921 by the Rockefeller family and incorporated by Paul Moritz Warburg (his signature is on the incorporation papers). The CFR is a sister organization to the RIIA, its goals being similar and collaborative Rockefeller, Warburg & The New World Order. Carroll Quigley provided ample proof of a significant conspiracy involving a secret society and a worldwide banker conspiracy in two of his books: The Anglo-American Establishment and Tragedy and Hope – A History of the World in Our Time.

But what clinched it for me, was my thesis regarding, Monopoly Power, World Socialism, World Economic Interdependence (Part 1), which I presented to Antony C. Sutton and Herbert W. Titus. Dr. Antony C. Sutton was the expert on this subject-matter, it was a cutting edge revelation, based on serious (primary) documentation of an actual conspiracy which took place on Jekyll Island, off the coast of Georgia. Dr. Sutton approved of my finding, and in two distinct emails acknowledged my scholarship.

I sat down with Dean Titus in his office ante-room at Regent University Law School and explained my thesis to him, showing him my documentation, leaving a copy of my thesis with him when I left his office. I sent copies of my resource data to Prof. Walter Davis, who acknowledged their receipt by a letter of thanks.

The tragedy is that, most Americans do not realize what has transpired within their country. They are ignorant of US History and do not even realize that they are being spoon fed propaganda by the very Cabal that controls their mainstream media. And until they recognize the truth of the matter, will never fully recover their God-given freedoms.

In his book, From Farm Boy To Financier, Frank A. Vanderlip, admits to a gathering of a conclave on Jekyll Island, off the coast of Georgia, for the sole purpose of creating what ultimately became the actual establishment of the Central Bank of the United States:

"I do not feel it any exaggeration to speak of our secret expedition to Jekyll Island as the occasion of the actual conception of what eventually became the Federal Reserve System." [Some of the most powerful political and economic interests joined forces to establish a primary vehicle to enable the fruition of what ultimately became the beginning of the American Empire which ultimately circled (completely) this entire globe]. Using first names only, they boarded Senator Nelson Aldrich’s car at the New Jersey littoral of the Hudson railroad yard bound for the southern shores of eastern Georgia, to Jekyll Island. These men represented the powerful combination of the Morgan-Rockefeller interests and the European banking fraternity of the Rothschild interests, specifically, the Bank of England, Bank of France and similar combination of European financial controls]. Among those present: Frank A. Vanderlip (National City Bank), Senator Nelson A. Aldrich, (father-in-law of John D. Rockefeller Jr.), Henry P. Davison (J. P. Morgan & Co.,), Paul M. Warburg (actual ‘creator’ of the Federal Reserve, and a principal of Kuhn Loeb & Co.,), Benjamin Strong, A.(Abram)Piatt Andrew (the then Assistant Secretary of the Treasury).

These men ultimately 'created' the Federal Reserve System, while holdup on Jekyll Island, but ultimately it was Paul Moritz Warburg's plan, which became the actual vehicle for the American Central Bank. A meeting of the directors and governors of all the reserve banks, called by the Federal Reserve Board, was held in Washington October 20-22. At this meeting, which was attended by over 80 directors and governors of Federal Reserve Banks, standard by-laws were prepared, a uniform plan of accounting was tentatively approved on, and various problems relating to the inauguration of the system and the operation of the banks were discussed.

Two individuals stand out regarding conspiracy:
(1), Pierre Jay was a member of the Russell Trust Association at Yale University, and he was selected to become the first Chairman of the New York Federal Reserve Bank, the key bank within the Federal Reserve System.
(2). William Boyce Thompson while still acting as a Class B director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, was in Russia helping the Bolsheviks seize power. He gave them funds from National City Bank of $1 million dollars.

The second Bush Administration saddled the United States with $1.3 trillion in US Debt when it left the Office of the Presidency. The Obama Administration has added $1.5 trillion of new debt for each of the last three (3) years, with a gross accumulated debt of $4.5 trillion, all borrowed from foreign sources. The United States could have rebuilt its infrastructure with that amount of money instead the Obama Administration wasted it on a worthless Marxian agenda squandering the value of the US Dollar.

Unless the American people wakeup, and reexamine what is taking place in this country, and vote in men and women who will follow the dictates of the Founding Fathers, who will restore the integrity of the nation, politically and economically, we are finished as a nation-state. The Pelosi Congress saddled the United States with an additional prefunded debt-bomb, the prefunded $105 Billion ObamaCare, which will add additional debt in the Trillions for years to come. This was the bill that Pelosi told Congress to hurry up and pass, so that they could read what was in it. This is the kind of agenda that will impose a failure based economy, forcing the United States to self-destruct.

History of Humanity (World History) Is Actually The History of Money, Banking, and Fiat Currency

Human history generally known as World History is presumed to be about a record of the Wars and Revolutions that have taken place in every country from the time of recorded history. That is only partially true……since wars and revolutions have shaped the world as we know it. But the prime mover of human history is the History of Money, the establishment of banking, fractional reserve banking, fiat money, and the creation of currency (paper money) in lieu of specie (gold, silver).

What is not generally known is that all governments (worldwide) granted “private” institutions, giving them license, to create “money” out of nothing. These “private” institutions were provided government charters allowing them to incorporate as autonomous entities, that are free of every restraint, they do not pay any taxes, their profits are private, their commercial paper is traded among banking institutions worldwide, unencumbered by governmental scrutiny, they are free agents answerable to no one. They do as they please. In essence they create “wealth” out of thin ‘air,’ [and can create scarcity, shortages and depressions] anytime they so choose, and have done so repeatedly throughout human history.

The reason the people of the United States celebrate July 4th, (1776) as their national day of Independence, is based on the historical fact of their separation from Great Britain, but there is a problem, they are still connected to the Crown and the Bank of England. And that part of the history of the United States has been deliberately obscured.

The War of Independence was a War to completely sever all ties to England, the Crown, City of London, and the Bank of England. The original thirteen colonies were granted charters from the Crown, and they became successful, prosperous and free from all restraints, acting accordingly. The Crown realized that if they allowed the colonials to continue, they would become more prosperous and would ultimately prefer their autonomous status……which is what occurred.

The British Parliament decided to control the colonials by taxing their trade, commerce, and their accumulation of wealth (goods and services). They imposed tariffs (taxes) on imported tea. The colonials retaliated (Boston Tea Party). The Parliament escalated by requiring (Stamp Act) all goods and services to carry a stamp (tax). The colonials refused, and Parliament again escalated with various encumbrances upon the colonials, until finally, the colonials declared complete dissatisfaction, and ultimately sent a message of complete separation, known as the Declaration of Independence, which again was answered by the Crown, Parliament and the Bank of England.

The Colonials rebelled against the British Empire, waged war with them, and received help from the French, the Germans, and the Poles. Most of the transactions were determined by members of the Masonic order, George Washington, Benjamin Franklin and many others. Many of the signers of the Declaration of Independence were hunted down by the British, imprisoned and tortured, many dying from their ordeal. The Colonials paid a heavy price for their freedom.

When victory was achieved, the Colonials formed a government based on a “republic” and not a democracy. As a new body politic, they experienced many difficulties, failures, and setbacks, which were quickly taken advantage by the Bank of England and the City of London. Forming a government under the “Articles of Confederation” they soon realized that they needed improvement, in order to establish the individual ‘sovereignty’ of each of the newly created States.

They convened a “Constitutional Convention” where they established their Constitution in the City of Philadelphia, in the newly created State of Pennsylvania. When the Constitution was completed, it was rejected by many of the newly created States, many recognizing that it granted too much power to a central government. They wanted absolute control over that central government, and they articulated their objectives in the form of detailed written Amendments to the newly created US Constitution. It took several years to iron out the specific details, until all of the individual States were satisfied that their ‘sovereignty’ and their State authority was guaranteed by US Constitutional warrant adhered to by all of the individual States.

They believed in limited government, decentralized power, State authority, vested solely in the States and ultimately to the People of those individual States. The States represented by their ‘sovereign’ People, sent representatives to a Congress, in order to promulgate the laws, and to establish and ordain their political trust deeds (State Constitutions) together with the US Constitution as the ‘Law of the Land.’

This posed a considerable challenge to the Bank of England and to the Crown, for they knew that if they allowed the united States to continue unencumbered, they would eventually become the most powerful country (unregulated and uncontrolled) and subsequently the wealthiest country in the world. The people of the united States were recognized as a sovereign country by France, and the united States helped Napoleon (who did not want to borrow money from any of the central banks) to wage war with England by purchasing (Louisiana Purchase in 1803) the western territory west of the Mississippi from France for $3,000,000. The British retaliated (War of 1812).

Warfare is by far, the most expensive transaction that a nation can engage in. Warfare requires vast resources, supplies, ammunition, armaments, and when successful, necessitates maintaining standing armies quartered within the conquered country, to prevent retaliation by the conquered, until the process of renormalization is established. The conquered country has to be rebuilt, provided new infrastructure, destroyed during the war and the indigenous population has to be maintained. Warfare is truly the most profitable exercise that a Bank Lender can finance.

Not just any bank can provide for the needs of a nation, nation-state, or a conquering despot, but a State recognized (authorized) banking entity. Prior to banking institutions, those who wished to conquer successfully, had to literally take over the entire apparatus of the conquered populace, subjugate the indigenous people, confiscate their resources, intermarry, and thus homogenize those conquered. This was accomplished by the Turks, who would make Janissaries of a conquered people, by taking the children of the conquered, raise them as ‘nobility’ in Turkey, and then send them back into the conquered territory to intermarry with the indigenous population. This is what happened in the Balkans, and why the Serbs rounded up the Muslim populations. The Serbs knew that if they continued to allow the descendants of the children of the Janissaries to intermarry with the Serb population, then eventually Serbia would be completely overridden and absorbed wiping out Serbia. This problem exists throughout the European Continent as well, where the Muslim population will eventually supplant the existing indigenous population of Europe. In just a few short decades, we may see the complete disappearance of French and German culture, replaced by Muslims, Sharia Law and culture. The problem is real.

The anomalous nature of the 'control' paradigm, with its uncanny ability to last for hundreds of years, and quite possibly thousands of years, presents an interesting dilemma for most individuals who aspire to 'study' many of its control aspects. How can this be? How can there be successful succession of 'controls' from generation to generation throughout the entire planet, seemingly since from the beginning of time? This is a question that has been pondered and thought about by me, especially with respect to my involvement with Dr. Antony C. Sutton and his thorough research regarding the activity associated with 'revolution' and 'secrecy.' Managed and controlled conflict also known as the Hegelian dialectic provided the arena and the direction for the entire planet since the beginning of historical time. Dr. Sutton's research bares this out.

I believe that the answer lies in 'genetics' as the ultimate unifier, especially with regard to 'hidden' qualities that are undetectable and undeniable as well. Why genetics? Because 'bloodlines' delineate and solidify specific groups and associations into clear and distinct 'characteristics' relative to 'structure' and 'purpose.' If blood is thicker than water, then the association of group characteristics provides an interesting clue regarding associations in general and in particular with regard to purpose and planned intent.

I believe that the study of origins will provide significant clues as to purpose and intent regarding 'conspiracy' and 'control.' Being a 'creationist' I subscribe to 'intelligent' design rather than 'natural' selection, which requires [a]n [r] evolution of species. It is much simpler to accept 'creation' [by design] than to subscribe to evolution [by faith]. The concept of choosing between 'chicken and egg' is easily satisfied when confronted with the obvious reality of nature. The establishment of the 'Creation' necessitated 'origination' by a highly skilled INTENT and PURPOSE, which obviously required a significant DESIGNER, thus the establishment of 'first foundations' with regard to purposeful population of the planet regarding the entire 'genetic' structure of the planet. From the beginning the 'Creation' was designed to 'replicate' and 'repopulate' itself as a distinct composite 'entity.' The 'Creation' thus was a complete system having a jurisdiction under the control of the Creator who designed it.

I believe [firmly] that there was and is a significant alteration of the 'genetic' intent of the Creator. The alteration profoundly affected the 'entire' scheme of purpose, so much so, that the very 'foundations' have been altered from their original intent and purpose. The Creator provided significant guidelines and controls to establish the first foundations, so what then did go wrong!

Those among you, who are Biblical scholars, having degrees in 'creation' science, will probably subscribe to Luciferian intervention with regard to the ultimate conclusion of 'usurped' authoritative control. From the Biblical perspective, 'Adam and Eve' were designed to 'be fruitful' and populate the Earth. Accepting the premise of this perspective, a deception and a misdirection followed with regard to Luciferian 'intervention.' It has been postulated that Lucifer co-opted the Creation with his own 'seed,' establishing an alternative 'bloodline' in direct competition with the Creator's original 'bloodline.' Since the Luciferian 'bloodline' preceded the Creator's 'bloodline,' an 'enmity' resulted in a significant 'dichotomy' between the 'Creator' and the 'Controller' that has continued to our modern age.

Lucifer having usurped Adam's authority by having 'genetic' relations with Eve firstly, before [Adam's] primacy of the intent of the Creator, ultimately became the "Controller" not Adam. The product of Lucifer's 'rebellion' and 'usurpation' became the embodiment of Cain, Lucifer's firstborn from the first woman Eve. Cain acting 'genetically' like his 'father' Lucifer, subscribed to Lucifer's 'intent' and 'direction.'

Those who recall the Biblical story of Jesus fasting for 40 days in the wilderness, and then subsequently being 'tempted' by Lucifer, by being offered all the kingdoms of the Earth will recognize that Jesus did not dispute Lucifer's authority nor did he challenge the truthfulness of Lucifer's claim. [ Matthew 4:1-11 ] The presumption being that the authority already preexisted and was within Lucifer's jurisdiction by virtue of his 'control' genetically.

Jesus Christ became the 'new' Adam or new covenant, and provided a significant 'genetic' embodiment descended directly from the 'Creator' having an entirely 'new' bloodline with all of the requisite 'authority' from the Creator, bypassing the Luciferian controls entirely. All those descended from Jesus 'bloodline' now became 'one with the Creator.' The Creation was now restored to its original INTENT. But what if Jesus never married, as the Gospels clearly indicate, and Jesus did not procreate?

I believe that Jesus is the product of the Creator [directly] and that his bloodline is by virtue of significant [intervention] succession by the Creator [Holy Ghost] himself. And therefore such intervention is necessary [Holy Ghost] by all those who wish to become a part of Jesus genetic lineage [by faith]. That is why I believe that Jesus said, we 'must be born-again.'

The Creator designed this 'methodology' to circumvent the 'intransigence' of the Controller, and to regain the authority co-opted by Luciferian 'intervention.' We now, subsequently have two (2) systems functioning 'side by side' upon the planet Earth. We have the Luciferian system, embodied by 'secrecy' and the 'money-power' along with 'managed and controlled' conflict origination, whose ultimate intent is to again co-opt the Creator by arranging a 'new world order' in preparation for a 'world dictator' embodied ultimately by the Controller himself. Diametrically opposed to this 'Luciferian' system are 'Christian' nations who do not subscribe to such intent, because of the original 'enmity.' Included within the opposition are the original tribes of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. These 'nations' are without borders and are embodied by both 'blood' and 'faith,' since the Creator has not and cannot renege on his 'COVENANTS.'

Secret Societies pose a significant danger to Free Societies. They are secret because they have an ultimate agenda, if exposed would reveal their true intent and resolve which is diametrically opposed to the Creator. The Controller is in enmity with the Creator and vice versa. Secret Societies have brought about the French Revolution, the Russian Revolution, and are currently designing a 'new world order' by subjugating Free Societies [having a Christian Weltanschauung] and establishing [using their wealth and knowledgebase to create] 'controlled' societies [Modern Communist China, and Soviet Russia]. As a youngster I attended several American schools, where I was introduced to students who advocated a brand of liberalism that sounded rather liberal: “I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.” Exposed to the history of the ‘student riots’ (Abbie Hoffman, Mark Rudd and Jerry Rubin) I witnessed first-hand the hidden meaning of those words. What appeared to be egalitarian, ultimately resembled a form of nihilism, which was mistaken by the American media as patriotism for their stance regarding the Viet Nam war. These young men were anarchists, who were determined to get the United States out of Viet Nam. Believing their cause to be just, they used whatever means (including violence) they believed necessary to advance their cause.

Today many of those self-styled demonstrators have entered into ‘normal’ society and have articulated their beliefs as teachers in Universities and as community organizers, similar to what President Obama accomplished in Chicago. Having studied the physics (dynamics) of its operations, I was impressed with its resultant activity. The energizer uses no fuel, produces more energy than it consumes, and at the same time can and does recharge batteries in series (to infinity) while powering (via the change of form of energy dynamic) 25 (100 watt) light bulbs and an air conditioner at the same time. (incredibly amazing).

Those asking the questions, wanted Rick to explain the physics of the operations. I reminded them that Mr. Friedrich was the technician, not the inventor. In fact had I actually explained the true performance of its operation, only the physicists would have agreed with me.

Speaking in general terms, the monopole (Dirac) enables the negative “energy from the vacuum” to enter into the batteries (being charged) enabling several actions: (1) desulfation of the plates (via a reverse time-wave); and (2) the capture of ‘negative ions’ and the reestablishment of the ‘dipole’ within the batteries. The 30 pole monopole did all of this flawlessly, while powering a six (6) pole generator on the back end. And in case the “educated idiots” don’t get it………..instruments evaluating circuits merely measure ‘losses’ NOT the resultant “gains” achieved. Those energy spikes on the oscilloscope are actual depictions of negative energy entering the circuit.

The resultant activity enabled the batteries to power both the bank of lights and the air-conditioner at the same time for over tweny (20) minutes. The possibilities (to say the least) are enormous. Real value is ultimately derived from human capital, and the application of human skill and knowledge, with the resultant rise in the standard of living for everyone. And that can only come from individuals (Nikola Tesla and George Westinghouse) who can change the paradigm for all mankind.

Since the entire world, that is, all the world's currencies are already 'fiat' currencies, and thus worthless, we are now becoming aware of the true value of a nation's capital, namely its properties and commodities, along with its sustained value (food, water). The truth of the matter, unless the US Constitution is enforced by the President of the United States, (one who is willing to abide by the US Constitution and to limit Executive Orders, and only to enforce it, who appoints a Cabinet that adheres to the US Constitution, and who appoints Supreme Court Justices willing to enforce the US Constitution) the people of the United States do not have a Republic, nor do they have freedom, but are governed by a dictatorship and tyranny, subject to the whims of an unelected oligarchy and a dictator.

1. A "Budget Report" is a selective funding of x accounts from x resources (set up to be primarily funded with taxation and done so "for the year")

General Motors true colors have emerged during the Obama Administration.

Even fuel-based systems other than oil-based systems, such as water have come under rigorous controls, such as Cold Fusion and Blacklight Power. Fiat Money is the authorized printing of paper (currency) which is assigned value (made legal tender) by government. It is a fiction, authorizing a private group via assignment to create something out of nothing, and then assign it value, sanctioned by legal authority. The World Debt is the gross accumulation of debt held by debtor nations. Debt is created by lending value for value in return for interest plus principle.

Fiat Money is a fiction, authorizing something created out of nothing represented as legal tender. Fiat money is then loaned to governments worldwide at interest which is then taxable to the populations of those governments in order to pay off the interest on those loans of fiat currency. National governments create money out of such loans, circulating those loans as currency, which is essentially ‘monetized debt.’

The private group which created money (something out of nothing and then assigning it value) out of debt, then confiscates assets (land, resources such as minerals, oil, coal, timber, gold, silver, food, water) from the debtor government when the people fail to pay the interest on the authorized fiction of the currency which has merely been given value by fiat alone.

Every central bank is an authorized private group that has been given permission to create money as currency (made legal tender) by government grant. That private group then confiscates real assets from debtors (countries) for a fiction (created out of nothing as legal tender). In reality it is a flim-flam, getting something for nothing, in reality obtaining something of value for "nothing".

The first ever GAO(Government Accountability Office) audit of the Federal Reserve was carried out in the past few months due to the Ron Paul, Alan Grayson Amendment to the Dodd-Frank bill, which passed last year. Jim DeMint, a Republican Senator, and Bernie Sanders, an independent Senator, led the charge for a Federal Reserve audit in the Senate, but watered down the original language of the house bill(HR1207), so that a complete audit would not be carried out. Ben Bernanke, Alan Greenspan, and various other bankers vehemently opposed the audit and lied to Congress about the effects an audit would have on markets. Nevertheless, the results of the first audit in the Federal Reserve’s nearly 100 year history were posted on Senator Sander’s webpage earlier this morning.

What was revealed in the audit was startling:

$16,000,000,000,000.00 had been secretly given out to US banks and corporations and foreign banks everywhere from France to Scotland. From the period between December 2007 and June 2010, the Federal Reserve had secretly bailed out many of the world’s banks, corporations, and governments. The Federal Reserve likes to refer to these secret bailouts as an all-inclusive loan program, but virtually none of the money has been returned and it was loaned out at 0% interest. Why the Federal Reserve had never been public about this or even informed the United States Congress about the $16 trillion dollar bailout is obvious - the American public would have been outraged to find out that the Federal Reserve bailed out foreign banks while Americans were struggling to find jobs.

To place $16 trillion into perspective, remember that GDP of the United States is only $14.12 trillion. The entire national debt of the United States government spanning its 200+ year history is "only" $14.5 trillion. The budget that is being debated so heavily in Congress and the Senate is "only" $3.5 trillion. Take all of the outrage and debate over the $1.5 trillion deficit into consideration, and swallow this Red pill: There was no debate about whether $16,000,000,000,000 would be given to failing banks and failing corporations around the world.

In late 2008, the TARP Bailout bill was passed and loans of $800 billion were given to failing banks and companies. That was a blatant lie considering the fact that Goldman Sachs alone received 814 billion dollars. As is turns out, the Federal Reserve donated $2.5 trillion to Citigroup, while Morgan Stanley received $2.04 trillion. The Royal Bank of Scotland and Deutsche Bank, a German bank, split about a trillion and numerous other banks received hefty chunks of the $16 trillion.

When you have every single member of the Republican Party in Congress and progressive Congressmen like Dennis Kucinich sponsoring a bill to audit the Federal Reserve, you realize that the Federal Reserve is an entity onto itself, which has no oversight and no accountability.

Americans should be swelled with anger and outrage at the abysmal state of affairs when an unelected group of bankers can create money out of thin air and give it out to megabanks and supercorporations like Halloween candy. If the Federal Reserve and the bankers who control it believe that they can continue to devalue the savings of Americans and continue to destroy the US economy, they will have to face the realization that their trillion dollar printing presses will eventually plunder the world economy.

In case you missed it: Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky just saved our Republic and the Conservative People of the United States from political tyranny by the left, the socialists, and the hidden Democrat/Republican traitors of the US Constitution. If Senator Rand Paul had not intervened, the opportunistic ‘revolutionaries’ would have been enabled to round up all political conservatives, arrest them and take them away permanently without trial, due process, or the right to an attorney. We have tyrannical wolves in sheep’s clothing within our US Congress -- and it’s no joke. They really are out to get us, remove us, so that they can succeed in their design to finalize the The New World Order.

"I, like most Americans, want to ensure that we punish and prevent terrorism. However, we must do so in a way that protects the rights of American citizens. In his recent column, Andrew C. McCarthy simply has his facts wrong when he claims that last week's Senate debate on the 2012 defense-authorization bill was not about American citizens. It was.

In fact, the protection of American citizens is largely what my energies last week were directed toward. The amendments I championed both Sen. Mark Udall's (D., Colo.) and Sen. Dianne Feinstein's (D., Calif.) were specifically offered in order to protect American citizens from the indefinite detention allowed in the underlying bill. All of these amendments failed, but I was able to defeat an amendment that would have allowed American citizens to be held indefinitely even after they had been tried and found not guilty.

At no time did I argue that aliens should be given the same rights as American citizens. That was not the basis of the debate of any amendment last week. Yet Mr. McCarthy uses this straw man throughout his article. When the facts are presented clearly to Americans that their own rights and liberties are threatened under this sort of unchecked, unconstitutional executive authority, I believe they will side with keeping their liberty.

Supporters of indefinite detention believe the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Hamdi v. Rumsfeld supports their view. But while the court in Hamdi held that U.S. citizens captured in combat in Afghanistan may be detained, it also held that they must, at a minimum, be granted many of the traditional aspects of constitutional due process, including a meaningful opportunity to contest the factual basis for th[e] detention before a neutral decision maker, notice of the asserted charges, an opportunity to rebut the assertions, and, most important, the right to counsel.

Also, the court's holding pertained only to U.S. citizens captured in combat in Afghanistan. Hamdi does not address non-combatants captured in the United States. The argument in Congress this week was about whether we should expand the possibility of indefinite detention to include U.S. citizens accused of association with terrorism. This could conceivably apply to non-combatants. This could also conceivably include U.S. citizens falsely accused of association with terrorism.

If you allow the government the unlimited power to detain citizens without a jury trial, you are exposing yourself to the whim of those in power. That is a dangerous game.

The FBI publishes characteristics of people you should report as possible terrorists. The list includes the possession of "Meals Ready to Eat," weatherproofed ammunition, and high-capacity magazines; missing fingers; brightly colored stains on clothing; paying for products in cash; and changes in hair color. I fear that such suspicions might one day be used to imprison a U.S. citizen indefinitely without trial. Just this year, the vice president referred to the Tea Party as a bunch of terrorists. So, I think we should be cautious in granting the power to detain without trial.

Nevertheless, Mr. McCarthy avers that presidents are "highly unlikely to abuse this particular power." I am more of the Madison persuasion than Mr. McCarthy; I am worried that since governments are not constituted of angels, we must take care to restrain government with specific rules of conduct.

I am very conscious of the fact that the battlefield is not a place to read Miranda rights. In my recent opposition to detaining U.S. citizens, I specifically emphasized that my statement referred to citizens apprehended in the U.S., and not on the battlefield.

In the 1942 case Ex parte Quirin, the Court cited, and did not criticize, the government's assertion that the one detained German alleged to be a naturalized U.S. citizen may have given up his citizenship by taking up arms against the United States. I tend to agree that taking up arms indicates a renunciation of citizenship. I have informed Sen. Lindsey Graham (R., S.C.) that I support legislation that would clarify when a citizen's actions may cause him or her to lose citizenship, and I will work to give this debate more clarity.

It is important to remember that civil liberties need defenders. The Bush administration in Hamdi argued for indefinite detention of a U.S. citizen without even the minimum requirements of due process. Bush lost. The court held that the executive branch does not have unlimited power to indefinitely detain U.S. citizens, and that citizens must be afforded basic due-process protections.

Jeane Manning sat to my right at last year’s Renaissance Energy Conference in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho (July/August ~ 2011). And I mention this because of her outstanding research pertaining to Asymmetric Energy Systems and related history. She is well traveled and has provided interesting details pertaining to the rediscovery of Tesla’s ‘radiant’ energy system, of which I have taken a significant part with regard to my asymmetric 30 coil monopole system. Rick Friedrich was kind enough to mention my name as a contributor as he explained the details of its electrical construction and output.

Upon arriving at Rick’s offices in Hayden, Idaho, I noticed that Rick was surrounded by visitors from China as he demonstrated what appeared to be a small asymmetric motor. John Bedini upon entering Rick’s office from Rick’s research lab, immediately greeted me in a loud voice by name, whereupon I motioned him not to interrupt Rick’s discussion. I said my hello’s to John, Gary and Rick before going into the lab to view my thirty (30) coil monopole system, which was being prepped for the CDA Conference.

This was the second time that I had come to view the device having traveled roughly 12,000 miles combined via several long and arduous trips across the United States. Now I was going to see it in actual operation. And I was not disappointed. It performed magnificently, demonstrating what Nikola Tesla stated was possible regarding ‘energy from the vacuum’ which he himself termed as ‘radiant’ energy.

The batteries to be ‘energized’ were deliberately shorted of their voltage output, and then were immediately recharged by the ‘thirty (30) coil monopole system’ for ten (10) minutes, and then were discharged and converted from DC voltage to AC output via an inverter and connected to an AC air condition unit and a bank of (22) 100 watt light bulbs.

Rick then proceeded to describe the entire process of energy transformation via my significant 30 coil monopole system, courtesy of John Bedini, whose patent license, I purchased, permitting me to build it, via the highly skilled electrical engineers from Renaissance Charge LLC. John C. Bedini is a national treasure, a gifted inventor and a wonderful person to have shared his knowledge with his fellow human beings in the United States and the entire world (Australia, China and Europe). It is because of John C. Bedini we now know what Nikola Tesla tried to give to the people of the United States in 1911 over 100 years ago.

All during Rick’s demonstrated talk regarding the ‘radiant’ output of the thirty (30) coil monopole system, which lasted for over thirty (30) minutes, those lights from the bank of 22 (100 watt)light bulbs and the air condition unit combined powered consistently and dramatically from the initial ten (10) minute charge. A significant 3:1 output, vindicating Nikola Tesla: “Ere many generations pass, our machinery will be driven by a power obtainable at any point in the universe. This idea is not novel... We find it in the delightful myth of Antheus, who derives power from the earth; we find it among the subtle speculations of one of your splendid mathematicians...Throughout space there is energy. UPDATE: Attorney Orly Taitz website is reporting that a Georgia Judge has issued a subpoena demanding Barack Obama appear in court January 26 AND produce his original long form birth certificate, passport records, college registration records and more.

Dr. Orly Taitz, attorney for one of the plaintiffs in the Georgia eligibility cases working their way rapidly through the courts, posted a copy of what is reportedly a subpoena, issued by Judge Michael Malihi of Georgia.

The subpoena demands that Barack Obama himself appear in court on January 26, and bring with him a laundry list of official documents that will prove or disprove his eligibility for office.

The list is frankly a "birther's" dream. Unlike previous cases, where only certain documents were requested or discussed, this subpoena issued by Judge Malihi includes every document that serious eligibility experts have been discussing from the beginning. The list requires Obama to produce each of the following:

  • Any and all certified birth records including a long form birth certificate.
  • Certified school/university registration records. Certified immigration/naturalization records.
  • Certified passport records
  • Redacted certified Social Security card applications for each of the aliases and other legal names used by Barack Obama, including but not limited to his legal surname when adopted by step-father Lolo Soetoro

In addition, Judge Malihi has reportedly also subpoenaed Hawaii Health Department officials and commanded them to produce an original certified copy of Obama's long form birth certificate.

While we take a moment to rejoice in a court finally willing to examine the Constitutional status of Obama who evidence supports as being not a lawful president but a Usurper-in-Chief, we cannot rest upon our laurels. While we may hope that Georgia will be the beginning of the end of the line for the Obama campaign, motions to quash and vicious legal push back by Team Obama are a given. We must work MUCH harder now to open battle on many more fronts, and compel the rest of the States to do their due diligence and demand Obama provide PROOF POSITIVE evidence of eligibility to appear on our ballots!

OBAMA MUST PROVE ELIGIBILITY!

Georgia Judge Michael Malihi has ordered Obama's attorneys to appear in court January 26, 2012 holding that, according to state law, every federal and state candidate must prove eligibility for office including Barack Obama.

Barack Hussein Obama II, has some of the highest-rent attorneys in the country working tirelessly to keep the question of his eligibility for office out of court. And no wonder, because whether he was born in Hawaii or not, it can be compellingly argued under law that according to binding precedents laid out by the Supreme Court, Barack Hussein Obama II does not qualify as a natural born Citizen.

The U.S. Constitution very clearly requires, in a unique usage and application of the term, that the president must be a "natural born Citizen" to be eligible for the nation's highest office. "Natural born Citizen" is demonstrably held by the Founders in Article II, Section 1 as distinct and different than "Citizen" and even "native born Citizen" that is, born under jus soli, on native soil.

Documentary evidence shows that in the Founding era, the common law view was that a natural born Citizen was that person born within United States territory to parents who were themselves United States Citizens.

Nearly one hundred years after the Constitution was ratified, in the 1875 unanimous Supreme Court ruling of Minor v. Happerset, the Supreme Court explicitly held a "natural born Citizen" to be a Citizen whose parents were both U.S. Citizens at the time of the person's birth.

This finding was, and continues to be, fully consistent with U.S. history in Supreme Court case decisions, and law enacted and enforced by the United States Congress.

This time-honored historical record stands against the strenuous lying, dissembling and countless other Alinsky-esque strategies deployed to discredit the legitimacy and derail the legal efforts of all those Citizens who are raising objections to Obama's eligibility for office.

By Barak Obama's own admission, his father was a native of Kenya and was NEVER a U.S. Citizen. Therefore, Barack Hussein Obama II would, under long-standing custom, common law, and Supreme Court precedent, automatically be INELIGIBLE to hold the office of President of the United States.

It is no wonder Barack Hussein Obama II has spent millions of dollars in an attempt to keep the matter of his qualifications for eligibility out of court. But even the most expensive attorneys are no match for a judge who understands the Constitution and the rule of law.

As we reported earlier, a number of Georgia voters filed lawsuits questioning Barack Hussein Obama's eligibility to appear on the Georgia Presidential ballot. Obama's lawyers attempted to get the case thrown out, but Georgia Judge Malihi responded with a resounding NO.

In an order written January 3, 2012, Malihi ruled that Georgia state law is very clear any candidate for federal or state office must meet the qualifications of that office and that Georgia electors have the right to challenge those qualifications in court. As a result, Malihi flatly denied Obama's motion to dismiss and scheduled a hearing for January 26.

The January 26th hearing should be a blockbuster, as it is the first in the nation that proposes to consider on the merits whether Barack Hussein Obama II is eligible to be President of the United States of America.

But we CANNOT rest now and hope the Georgia case is permitted to hear REAL evidence, and settles all large questions in this murky mess of Obama's eligibility for office.

Even if Obama is ultimately kept off Georgia's residential ballot, Obama will only lose 16 electoral votes. While this is an important precedent, and not an insignificant number, we must fight to ensure that many other states follow Georgia's lead.

I note gov pension funds facilitate the same. Paying employee benefits from the return on the funds is an after thought for the government players.

The head communists back in the 30's and 40's said they could take over America without firming a shot. The undercurrents of that statement were that they could depend on the greed and opportunity of the players to accomplish that goal and it did. US Collective government since 2000 brings in more gross income than the entire gross income of the population of the United States.

Taxation is rammed down the public's throat (1/3rd of the gross income) and Investment / Enterprise income (2/3rd of the gross income) the "silence is golden" rule is strictly enforced with the full symbiotic cooperation of the syndicated media; controlled education; and both political parties as applies over the last century.

Laying off makes them more money and does so not in the way you would think. Most local government pensions are "strictly participatory." What that means is the employee and the taxpayer for the employee is buying a "ticket to ride" as if on a train going from point "A" to point "B". Point "A" is when they retire and point "B" is when they die. Most would think if they laid off an employee who was making 50K per year the local government was just saving 50K per year. Well it is much bigger than that. You see being strictly participatory the employee does not own 1c of the fund, the local gov owns 100%. That same local government may have built up in the fund as an advance liability projection 1.3 million dollars to cover that employee making 50K for when they retire to cover their "ticket to ride" from the investment return on the 1.3M. Axe the employee not truly vested yet in the gov retirement fund and you axe that 50K liability AND that 1.3 million liability set aside to honor those tickets to ride equity that they built and stashed into the fund balance over years. Gives them the ability to pull most of that 1.3M and use it elsewhere and no one is the wiser (except those who just read what was said here). Get it? Those local government bureaucrats sure are. Bilk the taxpayer and gov employee during expansion times when hiring and do the same during economic retractions when laying off. It is all about covert wealth transfer. Your wealth into their pockets. Then when the economic expansion begins again they say to the taxpayer after hiring (replacing the employees again): " Look our gov pensions are underfunded, we need to apply more tax revenue and contributions from the employees." Now to replenish the stripped down fund balances again. Now multiple that by 1000 or 10,000 for a state laying off a 1000 or 10,000. Does the term "Double dipping" come to mind?
