Creating a NOVELTY OF FACT Invention by Leslie R. Pastor

Individual initiative is the primary impulse, that germinates, originates and ultimately propagates "change" towards a new direction, or perspective. All it ever took was one individual, who conceived a new concept, or observed a novel perspective during a routine everyday occurrence. But without the appropriate funding, guarantying the successful fulfillment of the intended ‘novelty of fact’……….nothing will come of the intent. Inventors and inventions require massive funding, and unlimited resources to enable fulfillment. Money has become an ‘operating system’ enabling the systemic function of society. For without money, there is no ‘society’ with its requisite associations and demands. Inventors have always needed patrons, benefactors, or independent means, to establish their ‘novelty of theory’ as established fact. The control paradigm knows this, obscuring the ability of inventors, and inventions from coming into fruition, simply by stopping the appropriate funds needed for final fulfillment.

The trouble with creating a ‘novelty of fact’ invention is that you just don’t go down to Radio Shack and buy some parts, and then create a gadget (or paradigm) from scratch, from a knowledgebase formulated by trial and error. Invention doesn’t work like that, because it necessitates discovery, recognition of principle, theory, and the ability to formulate, reformulate and then replicate over and over again, from first principles, establishing first foundations, ultimately, demonstrating the established validity of the ‘novelty of theory’ invention.

Nikola Tesla (1856-1943) was able to provide a significant ‘novelty of fact,’ because of his prior education and training. Nikola Tesla’s credentials [1] bare this out. He understood Faraday, he also recognized the significance of Maxwell’s Equations, enabling him to recognize the systemic inherent flaws in the development of other inventions, created by his contemporaries. What Tesla lacked, as with most inventors, was funding. He needed capital to establish a laboratory, where he would be enabled to originate his primary system based on the prior achievement of others (Faraday/Maxwell), who provided the necessary first principles, upon whose first foundations, were derived the seminal ‘rotating magnetic field.’ Tesla was truly a magnificent genius.

Once funding was achieved, laboratories acquired, through the help of significant benefactors, all that was necessary to create his paradigm, from those principles, was opportunity, solitude, and freedom to develop unencumbered. Originating his ‘novelty of fact’ regardless of what you may think, was challenging, first because it was seminal, second because, it was foundational, and third, it ultimately became the standard model for the entire planet Earth.

Groundbreaking paradigm creating ‘novelty of fact’ establishment of ‘novelty of theory’ systems are rare. Inventors of the caliber of men like Tesla are rare. Think about it, the single solitary life of Nikola Tesla, enabled, the greatest advancement of humanity, since the invention of the wheel, the sail, and the steam engine. Tesla’s inventions enabled, the second industrial revolution, the advancement of other scientists and inventors, via his ’rotating magnetic field, his alternating current systems, power engineering, and provided opportunities for others to follow in his footsteps, enabling continued advancement of all mankind. Without Tesla’s inventive benefaction, advancement of the human race would have been at a standstill. The control paradigm was so convinced of Tesla’s ability, that he became the focal point of their intent to curtail such advancement.

Thomas S. Kuhn in his revolutionary book: The Structure of Scientific Revolutions, provided the following clarification:

"Normal science does not aim at novelties of fact or theory and, when successful, finds none. Nonetheless, new and unsuspected phenomena are repeatedly uncovered by scientific research, and radical new theories have again and again been invented by scientists . Fundamental novelties of fact and theory bring about paradigm change. So how does paradigm change come about? There are two ways: through discovery - novelty of fact - or by invention – novelty of theory. Discovery begins with the awareness of anomaly - the recognition that nature has violated the paradigm-induced expectations that govern normal science. The area of the anomaly is then explored. The paradigm change is complete when the paradigm has been adjusted so that the anomalous become the expected. The result is that the scientist is able "to see nature in a different way".. How paradigms change as a result of invention is discussed in greater detail in the following chapter."

In case you are wondering what I just wrote in real-time, let me simplify:

When General Leslie R. Groves (he built the Pentagon in Washington DC) was commissioned to build the first atomic bomb, his job entailed serious technical and logistics problems, not to mention, recognition of the actual 'novelty of fact' principles required to structure its creation. Technical problems derived from first principles necessitated a knowledgebase from academics, theoreticians, not to mention physicists, engineers, and open-minded students who were willing to take risks, in order to achieve the desired results.

Had it not been for Earnest Solvay the Solvay Conferences might never have occurred.

These conferences enabled the germination of Quantum Physics, by bringing together a significant 'meeting of the minds' regarding this important subject-matter, thus coalescing the appropriate framework, which enabled the establishment of the Quantum Physics paradigm.

The Manhattan Project
All of this transpired and ultimately came together, because of the orchestration, provided by Gen. Leslie R. Groves. It was a massive and expensive undertaking, costing roughly $400 Million back in the 1940s, and required great secrecy, logistics, and the coordination of many highly skilled academics and professionals. All working together, with one objective, one special goal, the creation of a super weapon, so powerful, that it would ultimately END a world war, due to its massive destructiveness.

Ultimately, the creation of the Atomic Bomb, established the Atomic Age, essentially establishing the Atomic Paradigm, from first principles to first foundations. Once success was achieved, weapons deployed, the ‘novelty of fact’ became established fact, and the very same principles used for warfare were then re-engineered (from first principles) for peacetime use.

One must understand that "nothing is simple," only the recognition, after the fact, is simple, once achievement has already been acquired and accepted.

Creating a paradigm from scratch, within the framework that I just mentioned, is essentially identical for all systems that incorporate overunity. Overunity is the acquisition of more energy out than is used by the operator to initiate the energy system action formation in the first place. Once the system is established, it will continue to maintain overunity. Overunity is real science, and sustained, academically, theoretically, and physically via serious demonstrable research provided by actual ‘novelty of fact’ inventors, physicists, and academics.

The United States of America in this regard is most fortunate, in that, it has always been blessed with individuals who achieved success in their inventive goals, and their established appropriate paradigms. What is not well known, is that there has always been a backdrop underpinning, preventing those same inventors from freely, incorporating their inventions into an open system, open to the marketplace, without benefaction to first, the ‘money power’ and then to the ‘corporate socialists’ who through their ‘hidden objectives,’ ultimately controlled those inventive individuals and their ‘novelty of fact’ overunity systems.

Fortunately, those inventive individuals are alive today, and are breaking through the existing paradigm, and are willing to reignite the United States of America, into the country it was meant to be, "free and independent."

Thomas Eugene Bearden has already provided the United States with the appropriate physics paradigm, which essentially explains, what these inventors have accomplished. John C. Bedini has already demonstrated the reality of overunity via his significant ‘models’ and his rediscovery of Nikola Tesla’s negative energy. Because of Bearden and Bedini we now know demonstrably that ‘overunity is asymmetric and therefore engineerable.

What is not well known, however, are the hidden factors, attempting to prevent such ‘novelty of fact’ inventors and their inventions from proliferating into the mainstream. For if they were allowed to do so, would disrupt the existing Energy Paradigm, even supplanting it with overunity systems completely. A subtle warfare thus exists between the ‘control’ paradigm and the ‘novelty of fact’ paradigm, namely those that are already in the ‘catbird’ seat, and those wishing to sit at the table of ‘normal science,’ namely, those ‘novelty of fact’ inventors.

"Dr. William Tiller, former head of the Materials Science Department at Stanford University, points out that if one introduces something appreciably different (i.e., with appreciable broken symmetry) to a local environment, there is then a slow process whereby the local vacuum and its interaction changes slowly to accommodate and adapt to that new change or new form in its interaction partners. Tiller called this "growing the archetype" or form of the ongoing interaction between entity and its local vacuum, by slowly altering and adapting the patterning of the local vacuum.

John Wheeler states it from the general relativity spacetime viewpoint. He states that curvature (alteration) of spacetime tells matter how to move, and matter tells spacetime how to curve. In other words, he points out the mutual and adaptive interaction ongoing between a particle and its local spacetime."

The Creation Construct requires adherence to first principles laid out by the Creator. Those first principles were discovered and articulated by Faraday and Maxwell, whose physics enabled Nikola Tesla to give us the twentieth century. Tesla could have given us much more, but was curtailed by J. Pierpont Morgan. The Quantum physicists provided significant clues how Tesla would have accomplished that. Dirac and Schrodinger provided such skillset, for which they received an undivided Nobel Prize in Physics (1933). They demonstrated that matter and spacetime interact, and such interaction is continuous and is forever ongoing. Dirac proved that ‘energy’ and ‘matter’ are an ongoing process that is continuing to ‘happen’ within ‘spacetime.’ And therefore the process can be reversed or unhappened, and if extended further, can rehappen within spacetime. Dirac formulated his theory in stages, articulating his concept of the monopole, negative energy and quantum mechanics, clearly delineating the mysterious world of immortality. These interactions must adapt, adjust, and articulate within the construct of spacetime. Building an archetype (novelty of fact invention) necessitates adjustment and adaptation within spacetime. Matter must interact with spacetime. Those that do not adhere to the first principles laid out by the Creator will find that their Contruct (invention) may not function, until the archetype of their invention is formulated, adapted and adjusted to spacetime.

Pretty much sums up what I've been presenting to the New Energy Congress via my research papers, along with my collaborated research with Tom Bearden and demonstrated via my applied research via the 30 coil monopole system, designed, engineered and built by Renaissance Charge LLC and paid for by me personally. John Bedini has effectively vindicated Nikola Tesla via the 30 coil monopole system, licensed by him, and paid for my myself, giving Rick Friedrich the right to build it for me.

Tesla’s radiant energy was Dirac’s ‘negative’ energy captured via the mechanism of the ‘monopole.’ Eliminate the current flow within the circuit and the ‘negative’ energy which Tesla termed as radiant energy will flow within the circuit. Structure the circuit, so that the negative energy can be captured, stored within a capacitor (battery), so that it can then be redirected as ‘static’ voltage. Then, re-structure the circuit converting the ‘static’ voltage into alternating current flow.

For those who are not aware of it, the 30 coil monopole system is the upgrade to the original Jim Watson machine from the 1984 Conference at Colorado. The Thirty (30) Coil MONOPOLE System

I elected to have Rick Friedrich build the 30 coil monopole at Renaissance Charge LLC because of the close proximity to Energenx and John Bedini. I knew that those two gentlemen would effectively permit the construction of my device, under absolute and rigorous protocols of quality control. Since my device contained thousands of parts and involved significant protocols, pertaining to magnetism and timing protocols involving movement, I knew the serious difficulty that could be encountered, which at any time could derail the project. Because of the tenacious persistence of Renaissance, and Rick Friedrich's dogged desire to provide quality results, I knew that eventually they would succeed in providing the result hoped for by myself and Tom Bearden. My hopes were not in vain, they were successful and as a result they have literally vindicated Nikola Tesla regarding his claim of Radiant Energy and the 'wheel-work of nature' *James Clerk Maxwell
