Technologies recommended for the Free Energy Video project
Adapted from the Top 100 Energy Technologies listing by the New Energy Congress.
This listing places the emphasis on stage of implementation, beginning with those now commercially available in the marketplace, following by those in process of being implemented, and so forth, ending with those that are promising theories yet to be built into proof of concept prototypes.
In this video documentary we will want to begin with the solidly-established methods that people can relate to, and then move to the lesser-known methods.
This listing was created from five 1-2-hour phone conferences in Oct. 2006 that included New Energy Congress members: Sterling D. Allan, Ken Rauen, and Steve Kaplan. The items they deemed to not include in either video are removed in this list.

System presently available for sale. Other techniques also employed to increase fuel economy. (http://hydrogen-boost.com) (NEC Specialist: Fran Giroux [principal]) - The HyZor Electrolytic Fuel Enhancement System by Eagle Research - The HyZor is a common ducted electrolyzer consuming electrical energy parasitically from the engine output, to in turn enhance fuel combustion. This technology is directly analagous to mechanical supercharger systems, and can be considered a type of "electrical supercharger". The HyZor is a kit, once fully assembled and installed is completely automated only requiring occasional refills of distilled water. The HyZor has increased gas mileage of thousands of vehicles across primarily America, and Canada. Units have also been sold worldwide. The kit has been reported to increase gas mileage up to 72%. The marketed average is 12-35%. The HyZor requires use of EFIE circuitry to optimize the vehicles air/fuel mixture.

- On Dec. 29, 2006, Heinz Klostermann writes: "I agree with Ken that it may not be wise to use Jimmy Sabori for information on Papp. Ken and I agree that a better source for video info would be from Mark Hugo and from us at CEI: "Original footage done at Papp's Garage (1984 to 1988 in Florida when Joseph Papp was alive. We need more time than the few hours for the 6 minute run now planned. We need permission for the footage we would be able to provide from two sources. Therefore we can not supply you the information for the first 6 minutes on this short notice."
