  • Hi, I'm not sure if we're supposed to talk here but: the glass table height is slightly below his knee height as you can see earlier in the video. When passing the table there, he steps over the lines, that's the reason for the significant "bouncing effect" of the camera at that point. Touko Pouko 02:05, 19 May 2009 (PDT)
  • I hate to admit it toukoqouko but in "New Video#17" LRCan1 posted on You Tube at 2:47 when he is going by the stator, heading left you do see his right knee come up (coincedence?)

  • OS:MYLOW:Theory > Magneticly Organized Thermo Electric Converter - If in between the emitting and re-absorbtion some of that potential energy was converted into kinetic energy, (say electrical energy) then the amount of potential energy received in the south end would be less than that emitted. SO! in order to maintain the desired potential energy pool that little electron must preform some work, and in so doing imparts some of its kinetic energy (weather its it's rotational speed around the nuclei, or its quantum spin, I'm not sure) into the potential energy field.     RPM Data of Mylow's All-Magnet Motor - LightRider has programmed some software that works with an external sensor to automatically perform an acceleration analysis of any of Mylow's videos. Analysis of his glass table video from May 2 shows rapid acceleration at first, then reaching an equilibrium speed at around 5 minutes, which is maintained to the end of the ~10-minute video.     • OS:MYLOW:Replications#TinselKoala - TinselKoala uses different shaped-magnets, and as the class clown has incorporated a motor into the rotation of his device.

    • Mylow 7:30 PM CST 4/16/09 update - He mentioned two people came to work today at 11:00AM looking for him. They saw his boss who said that he was out making deliveries. The boss said there was a male and a female and they were both dressed up. The guy had a briefcase. He said they showed his boss badges and said they looked like FBI badges.

CHANGED TO: "We are hopeful that we now have all the information needed to replicate this effect. As of April 8, 2009, no has yet accomlished that. This is partially due to the difficulty of sourcing proper magnets. However, it also appears that getting the proper configuration of magnets with the substitute magnets has proven to be quite difficult."
  • OS:MYLOW:Replications > OS:MYLOW:Replication:Bob from Utah County - Though he has used the magnets and configuration called for in the plans Sterling has prepared, so far, after many different attempts at trying different magnet arrangements, Bob has not yet been able to get his motor to accelerate like what appears in some of Mylow's videos. He has integrated some clever techniques that might be of benefit to others seeking to replicate Mylow's motor.

Magnet Polarities

  • NOTE: The diagram Mylow posted on March 18 turns out to be incorrect when it comes to the channel alnico magnets. The compass video he just uploaded shows that they are similar to the stator crescent magnets.

Mylow took down all his videos from YouTube on the evening of March 20, 2009 due to a perceived threat against his family. Sterling spoke with him the next morning to help him realize that it was just some forum members being obnoxious. Mylow reposted the videos that evening. However, the video numbers will be different.
