Pandav Bhawan of Rajasthan, India, commercially installs a unique solar panel system he designed. He said there are no patents or other encumbrances on the technology. He was at the ExtraOrdinary Technology Conference in Salt Lake City July/Aug 2004, and said he would like to open source the technology. He showed photos of an array installation. They are very impressive.
