Post 1: Progress so far toward establishing our home in a new intentional community - A review of the saga so far, and a look at what is ahead. An invitation for participation by way of input to come up with a great design and final product in a short period of time. (Nov. 3, 2009) Also: Chat with Owen Geiger about earth bag design - covers recent Q&A correspondence and suggestions from a sustainable building expert. (Nov. 6, 2009)

ACTION: Report Magniwork (Scam) Ads to Google and Clickbank - Easy steps presented for you to be able to lodge a complaint about the fraudsters who are selling plans for what alleges to be an inexpensive electromagnetic free energy machine capable of powering a house, though no supporting evidence has been given. Let's stop these hucksters who prey on the free energy believers and give the field a bad name. (PESWiki; Nov. 5, 2009)

Ohmasa Gas makes water as fuel more feasible - Mr. Ohmasa, president of Japan Techno, has devised a method of producing an unusual hydrogen-oxygen gas by using low frequency vibrations to circulate the water upon which electrolysis is run, creating a highly stable H2-O2 gas called Ohmasa gas which exhibits unusual characteristics. For example, Ohmasa gas doesn't explode under pressure. (PESWiki; Nov. 2, 2009) (Comment)

Fractal antenna arrays proposed as energy source [link fixed] (Interview) - Could the fractal antenna technology that is used in cell phones be engineered to capture naturally-occurring electromagnetic waves and convert them into usable power? An engineering breakthrough would be needed, along with a multi-discipline cooperative approach. (PESN; Oct. 31, 2009) (Comment)

Focus Fusion 1 successful test announced - After seven years of theoretical work and raising money, five months of design, five months of construction and assembly, and a week of testing, Lawrenceville Plasma Physics now has a functioning dense plasma focus, Focus-Fusion-1. Eric Lerner receives energy research award. (PESN; Oct. 28, 2009) (Comment)

A bit distracted while we move to Tolbert's solar guest house - You'll have to excuse the sparsness of our news recently as I'm in the middle of a move to a solar guest house we'll be staying at while planning then building our own renewable/sustainable home. We've found the radiant floor heat from the solar thermal panels to be pleasant and preferred to forced air heating. Now we need to par down all the unnecessary stuff we've accumulated. Marshall Hydrothermal System for Harnessing Deep Sea Vents (Interview) - Bruce Marshall has filed a patent for a hydrothermal system that would harness the vast energy available from deep sea hydrothermal vents in which water seeps into near-surface magma, where it is continuously heated and ejected through vents at around 750 degrees Fahrenheit. The hot water and minerals would be brought to the surface to turn turbines. (PESWiki; Oct. 22, 2009) (Comment)

LEGO electromagnetic motor hoax by Tom A - In February of 2009, Tom Altman(?) posted a video on YouTube showing magnets around a wheel with an inductive coil supposedly firing from the incoming magnetic flux to kick the magnet along. It turns out, though, that a hidden capacitor, pre-charged-was assisting the kick. (PESWiki; Sept. 19, 2009)

Climate Change Myth & The Agenda to Remove the Sovereignty of the United States - A former science adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, Lord Monckton, says the real purpose of the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen on Dec. 7-18 is to use global warming hype as a pretext to lay the foundation for a socialist one-world government. Is there something in the hair? The tale of a solar cell made with human hair - Despite the heavy skepticism, after hearing of a group of teenage students from Nepal who claim to have replaced expensive doped silicon with human hair to produce a solar cell capable of generating 18W of electricity, curiosity got the better of Gizmag's Paul Ridden, who contacted the inventor to find out more. Junipers are great for renewable biomass - You can selectively and sustainably harvest some of a Juniper via the ancient practice of 'decoupage' in which the major part of a tree is removed while leaving one major, healthy limb coming from near the base of the tree, which will grow into a new trunk. Juniper biomass is rich in oil and can be 'slow roasted' by pyrolysis into syngas and biochar. (PESWiki; Oct. 12, 2009)

High Frequency Patents of Nikola Tesla - The "Tesla Coil" was continually developed by Nikola Tesla in the 1890s. By the end of this period, it evolved into pulsed DC thermoelectric back emf voltage gain apparatus, with highly specific harmonic frequency tuning. Tesla's patents prove this. Ironically, this public explanation of free energy physics comes from a historian, Tim Harwood M.A., not a physicist. (PESWiki; Oct. 11, 2009)

TWM provides demo videos - A demonstration video set by TWM Technology LLC shows two of their motor-generators in operation, though not showing convincing overunity. The company claims that the system can provide enough power from its secondary coil to both keep the battery source replenished and to provide extra energy for practical use. TWM presents self-looping system with copious extra power for use (Interview) - Allegedly, not only does TWM Technology, LLC's motor produces enough electricity to keep its batteries topped off, with energy left over for other use, but it also produces torque. The motor does not heat up at all under load, so it can be built from cheaper materials, including wood. A 600 HP version is nearly completed. (PESN; Oct. 6, 2009) (Comment)

Nassim Haramein's Resonance Project Foundation - Nassim Haramein has been turning heads for years with his very radical yet sensible thoughts on the grand unified field theory, seamlessly tying the macrocosm to the microcosm. Haramein's recent paper, "The Schwarzschild Proton" received the "Best Paper Award" at the University of Liege, Belgium during the CASYS'09 conference. (PESWiki; Oct. 4, 2009)
