Plug Power Saver - The Plug Power Saver is designed to give the motor only as much power as is needs at any given moment, not more or less, thus saving on up to 30% of the energy otherwise used. Also provides soft start to the motor, further extending its life. (PES Store)

eNDO-THeRM Refrigeration Thermometer - This little gadget reads the temperature of the food, not the air in your fridge, so you can set the fridge to the optimal 40-41 degrees, both saving energy (typically 15%) and making the food last longer, giving you a quick return on investment. (Energy Stork)
- "The eCube consists of a food simulant contained in a double-skinned enclosure. The food simulant mimics food temperature at around 10mm below the surface. It is like having your thermostat regulating the temperature by the temperature of the yogurt, instead of the air temperature. Due to its specific design, the eCube ensures that refrigeration keeps food at the correct temperature.
- By using the eCube as a cycle control mechanism, refrigeration cycles last longer but can be reduced by as much as 80%." (eCube Distribution)

Radio Interview
- Download - On Oct. 21, 2007 Sterling D. Allan conducted a live, 1-hour interview with Paul Isom, as part of the Free Energy Now radio show. Motor efficiency retrofits and 4x-better fluorescent bulbs and more; U.S. business opportunity.
- Interview: sEnergy Solution introducing motor-, lighting-, and thermal-control efficiency retrofit solutions - Interview with Paul Isom, V.P. of Business Development for Mialink and sEnergy Solution, exploring several technologies his company is introducing to the U.S. and global markets. Their mission is to get more out of existing systems, while saving energy and money, and extending life. They specialize in applications for motors, lighting, and refrigeration, for both residential and commercial settings. (PESN; Oct. 19, 2006)
Video Interview with sEnergy Technologies
On January 6, 2009, PES Network, Inc CEO, Sterling D. Allan, conducted a 1.5-hour video interview with Paul Isom, CEO of sEnergy Technologies on site in their Salt Lake City showcase.
Part 1: Overview
Sterling gives a brief run-through of the showcase to show what is going to be discussed in this video interview.

Part 2: Motor Controllers (1 of 2)
Paul describes sEnergy's motor controller technology that retrofits any inductive motor so that it 1) only pulls as much energy as is needed at any given moment, 2) soft starts. Both of these combined save a lot of energy and enable the motor to last many times longer. Paul also briefly addresses the business model of sales agents, distributors, installers.

Part 4: Refrigeration Savers (1 of 2)
Here, Paul describes a commercial refrigeration switch device that is put in a refrigerator or freezer to sense food temperature rather than air temperature, so that the compressor is run only to keep the food at the desired temperature, rather than responding to changes in air temperature which vary much more and is not nearly so relevant, saving energy and saving on compressor life.
Paul also addresses some misconceptions regarding power factor correction, which is often over-rated, explaining why the motor controller technology is superior.
He also discusses a line of motors for fans inside commercial refrigeration units, that don't produce nearly as much heat that fights against the cooling objective.

Part 5: Refrigeration Savers (2 of 2)
Here, Paul describes the eNDO-THeRM Refrigeration Thermometer that reads the temperature of the food, not the air in your fridge, so you can set the fridge to the optimal 40-41 degrees, both saving energy (typically 15%) and making the food last longer, giving you a quick return on investment. Part 7: Ground Source Heat Pump
Paul describes the ground source heat pump technology that takes advantage of the near constant temperature of the ground below around 3-5 feet, so that in the summer you can pre-cool the system using the ground, and in the winter, you can pre-warm the system using the ground.

Part z: Financing
This is the last segment in the interview, taped after the main interview.
Here, Paul describes the financing that is available to customers so that the payments they make for the financing, combined with the savings in electricity, actually end up being less out of pocket than they were paying before the installation.
