RE: Toroidal Power
The toroid, as a magnetic core, serves as a quite efficient AC
transformer, depending upon the ratio of the input to output turns. As with
any magnetic device, there is a small bit of resident hysteresis, which
consumes power, producing heating of the toroid. Such heating invariably
reduces the amount of output energy relative to the amount of input energy.
Although there can be very high frequency residuals derived from low frequency energization of the toroid core, the overall output energy will be less than the input energy for the reason so described above. Researchers frequently claim over unity results because they do not consider the integrated average of the output voltage-output current, but rather look at spikes only.
Unfortunately, I see no basis for deriving any excess energy from such an energy conversion device. Thank you.

This is done by attacking me rather than the demonstration as viewed in the video tapes. That is because most of the demonstrations I gave were to engineers and scientists who confirmed the validity of the power generated by my technology. Lay people do not understand just how difficult if not impossible it would be to fake what is shown in the video tapes of the demonstrations."
