"Water powered cars have been around for a while. In 1998, I met a physicist here in Philadelphia at a conference who modified an old Chevy to run on Water. Carl Cella put watercar plans on NEXUS, and was jailed for it. Stan Meyer was murdered because of his watercar system. Bob Lazar has a youtube video where he runs a Corvette on Hydrogen, extracted from water. This information is freely available to those that seek it!" -- Beamshipcaptain, August 25, 2010

This is addition information as to the possible processes involved in creating cars that can run on water:

There are two related methods to induce the separation of hydrogen and oxygen from liquid water:

a) Electrolysis - Shock the water with electricity until the H2O molecules break apart and collect the gasses given off.

b) Sonoluminenscence - the use of intense sound waves to induce micro-explosions that collapse the water molecules and break apart the hydrogen and oxygen into separate gasses plus produce light as a side-effect.

We'll deal with sonoluminescence here because electrolysis is quite a well-known method of breaking apart H2O."Sonication and Sonoluminenscence are powerful methods for producing high pressure and high temperatures. They are also very good for producing very fast cooling effects in the range of 10(9) to 10(13)K/s, reached during cavitational collapse." - Quote attributed to "Savian" at sci.nanotech archives

A good starter for information is at the websites:

It is this process which is suspected to be the catalyst for producing effects that allow Hydrogen gas to be obtained from water on an as-needed basis. It is also suspected these techniques could be used to produce very large amounts of energy, very quickly at a cost that would be a serious financial threat to entrenched energy companies.

I think if some serious investigation were to take place I suspect that the effects many inventors or builders of Orgone Machines have observed are in all likelihood the known effects of Sonoluminescence. I notice on further pages of this wiki, there are details of the detrimental medical effects of Bad Orgone (known as Dur) which sure sounds like "Radiation Poisoning" to me.

I also suspect that there are radiological effects, probably due to bursts of x-ray or even gamma radiation given off during the sono-collapse phase of the reactions. Thus I suggest not to fool around with Orgone creation without some serious safety precautions such as lead aprons, thick shielding and radiation counters and dosimeters.

Akvo Plasmatic Induction

  • Hydrogen fuel system nearly ready for vehicles - Akvo Energy America's process involves hydrogen extraction from water via plasmatic induction, a form of electrolysis, using a small amount of electricity. The system will power a vehicle for 1 year on one fill up with zero emissions. Pointing to a small generator, “That will power my house. I won’t pay any heating bills this year."
  • Water Replaces Gas - Hydrogen extraction from water via plasmatic induction, a form of water electroysis, can be retrofitted into any vehicle for about $2,000, replacing the gas tank. After a year the vehicle would have the carbon rods replaced, at a cost of one month's worth of gasoline, and be good to go for another year. Large scale versions can be converted into electric power plants. (H2 Daily; Apr. 16, 2007) (Thanks Keelynet)

On the market already, using ultrasonics and conventional methods to augment gasoline combustion. Wealth of makes and models completely documented. 5 year warranty on all units which range in application from racing to MPG increases. Guarantees are at 25% MPG increase while typical is 40-60%. >

Joe Cell

  • Bill Williams' Joe Cell - In the first part of April, 2006, Bill Williams told a discussion list that he successfully tested a device known as the Joe Cell. It allegedly feeds off Orgone energy and uses electrically charged water as the "gate" or medium through which the aetheral energy is drawn from the surroundings and transferred to the automobile engine. He was in process of disclosing how he accomplished this when confronted on April 11 by two unidentified individuals who told him to cease all of his alternative energy work or there would be dire consequences. Williams complied, but others involved are doing all they can to make sure the information is republished and replicated widely.

Kentucky Water Fuel Museum

  • World's First Water Fuel Museum Opens In Kentucky - The world's first museum dedicated to telling the 200 year history of turning water into combustible fuel has opened in Lexington, KY (USA). Millennium Cell

Millennium Cell (Nasdaq:MCEL) develops hydrogen battery technology through a patented chemical process that safely stores and delivers hydrogen energy to power portable devices. The borohydride-based technology can be scaled to fit any application requiring high energy density for a long run time in a compact space. Since its inception in 1998, Millennium cell has been awarded more than 30 patents and has 70 pending patents worldwide. Their primary business model is to license their intellectual property to enable successful new products. When market leadership is required, they will develop and sell their own products as well.

Currently, portable electronic devices used in the military, medical, industrial and consumer markets all require a better battery. To meet this challenge, Millennium Cell is developing hydrogen battery technology in partnership with corporate and government entities. Based in Eatontown, New Jersey, Millennium Cell employs 40 people, primarily in technology development.

As with many new technologies, the military has been an early adopter and will be the first market they enter. This offers the opportunity to further develop their technology while solving unique power needs for the military. It also serves as a springboard to subsequently enter the medical and industrial markets while keeping their long-term focus on the high-volume consumer market.

Stanley Meyer

  • Water Fuel Cell Open Source Project - An open source project by the H2earth Institute is in process of replicating the water fuel cell technology of the late Stanley Meyer, who ran vehicles on water, and whose patents have just now become public domain.

  • WaterVan - Making this gas, usually referred to as HHO or Hydroxy, is easy. Making the gas efficiently and safely is harder. What we need to do is produce the most amount of gas, using the least amount of electricity as possible. Most of the HHO producers like me use a rate called MMW to measure this (Mililitres per Minute per Watt). The higher the better.

Sterling, this is all I have on "water"cars. Perhaps, you have some more.

If information is disperessed and gets presented over many years, it looses its punch and somewhat gets forgotten. But if you present it in one package it gets a lot more impressive.

Can you package it and put it on a separate page, or in a file folder?
