Status 

As of May 5, 2007 this project is in full swing. Several major breakthroughs occurred since 2005. This research is now proven by means of experimentation in addition to standard physics theories. Magnetic entropy is real potential energy. MCE is an effect where an applied magnetic field is used as a catalyst to convert Magnetic entropy to Lattice entropy (heat). Certain types of magnetic materials such as annealed nanocrystalline & amorphous cores, Superparamagnetic material, can exhibit significant MCE at room temperature well below the materials Curie temperature. Such material as Finemet has no measurable change in dimensions-- Magnetostriction. The permeability of such material approaches 1 million. An appreciably low amount of energy from a coil in such material can cause an appreciable large amount of energy exchange from Magnetic to Lattice entropy. The next step is finding a design that robs such energy away from lattice entropy. I am now more convince than ever that such energy is capturable. One machine that appears to achieve this is Naudin's Metglas MEGv2.1. As far as I know to date not one person has precisely replicated Naudin's MEGv2.1. As of May 1, 2005 this project was placed on hold for financial reasons. As stated from the start, I will not accept any donations of any kind. A significant amount of money is required to continue the research. Hopefully the research will begin before 2006. As of late April it was becoming a real possibility that the permeability of materials was not even remotely high enough to generate free energy. If fact there may be an upper limit to permeability. The effective permeability used in computer simulations was in the thousands with a rod length to rod diameter of about 10. We know from experimental data that the effective permeability of a rod length to rod diameter ratio of 10 and with intrinsic permeability of 5000 is just under 70.

The idea of extracting free energy from the kinetic and potential energy within matter is a known fact. It is only a matter of time before such a design becomes practical. We know that all matter generates Electromagnetic wave energy, which is due to charges vibrating in matter. Certain materials generate more EMF than others. If we place a cube of material in free outer space then we know the material cools down at a rapid rate if placed in a shadow away from the Sun. The same material heats up when placed in direct Sun light. This is due to the fact that the material is losing energy by generating photon waves. Under normal conditions on Earth there is a balanced exchange of energy in such material. That is, matter is giving off EM energy, but is also receiving EM energy. If it were not for our Sun then Earth would cool down to extreme low temperatures. There are materials that allow a certain amount of photon waves to pass through one direction, but prevents photon waves from passing the other direction. The materials are not perfectly 100% efficient. At normal room temperatures the peak EM wave is below the visible spectrum. Although, it is possible to obtain such material that operates in the IR region. If a cube of water in a clear bucket was completely wrapped by such material then EM energy would escape the water, but less EM energy would enter into the water. Therefore, the bucket of water would get colder than room temperature. This simple fact is proof that it is possible to extract energy on a continuous 24/7 365 days a year basis from ambient heat.

We know as a matter of fact that at room temperature matter is still generating EM energy even in the visible spectrum. Albeit such energy is so low that the human eye cannot detect it. We also know as a matter of fact that such material that allows more light to pass one direction than the other exists in the visible spectrum. Therefore, it is a fact that energy can be extract from ambient heat! The only question is, how long will it take to discover and build a real legitimate practical free-energy machine by whatever means. I still firmly believe that kilowatts of continuous 24/7/365 energy may be extracted from even a handful of magnetic material by means of the Magnetocaloric effect. The continuous flow of energy comes by the fact that as the magnetic material gets colder then the magnetic material will gain thermal energy by blowing room temperature air across the magnetic material or perhaps a steady flow of water.
