Stefan Hartmann of Overunity.com has posted a video with his commentary about a new video that has been posted by YouTube user, Larskro, which appears to be a replication of a video posted in November, 2010 by Tiziano Rovella showing an electromagnetic set-up that seems to accelerate without any apparent external source of input energy (not including what the environment may be providing invisibly for free).

As we get more information about this system, we'll update this page.

April 11 Follow-up: Larskro posted another video with the following comment, including a denunciation of any such thing as a free energy device outside of solar or wind power:

"It has now run 35 hours on 2 pcs. 800 mah NiMH accu batteries and then stopped."
