Here is yet another QMoGen (self-looped motor-generator with energy left over) -- the 34th independent claim I've encountered. Deggary from India also brought this one to our attention.

The (Filipino?) designer/maker is Engr. Genaro A. Tabag, who ascribes the gearbox to being where the magic is, though we believe the magic (harnessing the wheelwork of nature) is more likely a function of harmonics set up between the motor, generator, and the surroundings.

I sent him an email yesterday asking for more info. No response yet.
