Gene Davenport

On June 11, 2007, Gene Davenport wrote to GEET-Pantone Yahoo!Group:

I've been following Paul's efforts for several years and he was gracious enough to relieve me of 1250.00 and I didn't receive anything in return either. I do believe that the geet technology is good but Paul was (I think) put in a position of having to make choices that amounted to little more than choosing between the lesser of the evils and consequently has painted himself into a corner. His situation certainly indicates to me that all inventors should take note of. It is my understanding that his problem is the Federal Trade Commission because he involved investors. The way I understand it, the investors were the issue that put him under the scrutiny of the FTC. I believe that he had the best of intentions and I base that on the fact that he has made his info available now for free. In my mind he has somewhat vindicated himself but I've talked to more than one person that has lost many, many thousands of dollars to Paul. In summation, I believe that Paul's technology is good but I suspect that the FTC put him in a position of not being able to deliver on his promises.
