Engineer Opinion
On Jan. 18, 2008, Sterling D. Allan had a phone conversation with a professional engineer who works in power station construction in Ontario. He had been helping Don Grant conduct some due diligence on Gamma Managers claim to a 10 Megawatt generator using an overunity electromagnetic system. He asked to remain anonymous for this report because (1) he has not personally checked out some of the information here, and (2) some of the information was given him in confidence.
"Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof", and EBM does not rise to that expectation.
- EBM has never subjected their technology to third party, independent testing.
- When people come to test the EBM device(s), they are not allowed to use their own measurement equipment, but have to use Gamma Manager's test equipment.
- EBM claims to have spent $250 million dollars to date.
- A person who was supposed to see a "full working motor" ended up seing only a mock-up.
- One investor spent $1 million several years ago, and has only be getting an endless runaround.
- A testing laboratory established in 1979 said that "all attempts to use electric fields for an energy source have failed."
- Szabo claims a Ph.D., but the alleged school of Economics where he got that Ph.D. does not have record of him ever having been a student there.
- "Professor" Szabo was a teaching assistant in a University in Hungary (T.A. does not rise to "Professor" status).
He concluded, "I am 99.9% sure this [EBM] is a fraud."
