Daniel Quale claims to have come up with an electric generator that is unaffected by Lenz's Law. According to the site, this type of generator should be capable of overunity. It is very easy to turn. The output or load cannot cause the generator to become harder to turn. Experiments show no measurable inductive drag. The inductors are actually repelled by the coils. This causes the inductors to flex as the rotor turns. Flexing of the inductors is the only negative action during operation. This is easily fixed with non-magnetic rigid discs to support the inductors.

"Finally, now I see what drawing it is that you mean. Wow I was wrong. I am sorry I did not look closely at this drawing before! I thought you had magnets in the middle there. But that was a different version i was looking at. Well i owe you many apologies. Yes I apologize! I will remove all negative remarks e-mails etc. Very soon, on my website and YouTube. I guess the only difference between yours and my designs is that of magnetic field orientation (unless you can show me otherwise). I now will probably only get one single claim on my patent unless you can show me where you disclosed repelling fields. I really am sorry! I didn't look closely at that drawing. I thank you for being persistent and getting me to look at this so, I am going to offer you a compromise now. If you didn't disclose the repelling fields concept as i show on my website, i will consider you a co-inventor and share any patent or license proceeds 50-50 with you however I still believe I have improved on your concept and found the best magnetic configuration that will be the only patentable claim left. You told people to face n to s with the coils between as stated below. This magnetic orientation makes all the difference. My (repelling) (n-n or s-s) orientation works great. Something that is an improvement to your design here. You never revealed a repelling field configuration did you? "

Francoeur does not seem to take into consideration the possibility that Daniel might have come up with them on his own, and that this helps validate Francoeur's work.

I have made contact and am sending a formal complaint in writing under the heading 'PROTEST' to the US patent office because this fraudster Daniel Quale has applied for a patent on concepts I made into the public domain years ago for humanity.
Daniel Quale has taken the concepts I developed of a stationary ring magnets and stationary ring coils with a rotating disc with blocking fins and applied for a US patent.. He cannot patent this concept because I already conceved invented and developed this technology many years before the internet was created and I made it public domain for humanity. This technologu is for humanity and all good people, not for fraudsters like Daniel Quale to steal it and claim it as their own and then deny and hide my prior art from the patent office to decieve the US patent office and everyone else who sees the utube video or his web site. http://www.overunitybuilder.com/
He is decieving the US patent office by not tell them of my prior art and technology that he is attempting to patent and steal for his own personal gains and so I made contact with the patent office and they gave me the proper instructions to get them the information they requested and this I have done..
