CD Motor
- CD Motor Open Source Project - Experiment developed between Sept 2001-2004 under the direction of Tim Harwood, inspired by the claims of Robert Adams and his exotic pulsed motor technology, was widely replicated; is now published again. Allegedly achieves over unity, but no self-runners were ever publically demonstrated.

FACTS:
J.M Cour's national and international patent applications contain explicit reference to J. Bedini's solid-state charger and clearly explain what's similar and what's different. The invention lies in differences - what is the case for all patentable concepts.

FACTS:
Actually JM's work emerged from the Adamsmotor Egroup. Reference to John's alleged work was only made later on after numerous tests had been undertaken, because people had asked JM about apparatus similarities. Bedini's work in turn appears also to be based up Robert Adams, certainly the motor seems more or less identical. To this extent, I guess everyone can be accused of copying Robert Adams, but since there is no fundamnetal Adams motor patent, there is nothing against this. JM pursued much original research, and I think the above commment is not only untrue in parts, its also totally unfair. JM has shared much good work, freely, with a wider community. - Tim Harwood.
