Directory of validations pertaining to Andrea Rossi's E-Cat cold fusion technology.
According to a Rossi-Focardy paper (p. 4 of 9), similar results have been obtained in the factory of EON in Bondeno (Ferrara, Italy) in a test performed with ENEL spa on June, 25th 2009; as well as in tests made in Bedford, New Hampshire (USA) in a lab of LTI with the presence of the U.S. Department of Energy (November 19 2009) and of the U.S. Department of Defense (November 20 2009).
Some related research was published by New Energy Times in 2004. And even earlier in November 1998 at LENR-CANR.org In March of 1995 came a report titled "Italian cold fusion succeeded", stated that a 40-watt battery had been operated for four months continuous. So these guys have been at this for a long time.

Cold fusion: who tempts the E-Cat? (Italian; translate to English via Google) - Irene reviews the events of October 28, in interviewing various people present (she tried to interview everyone), and the continual wall of secrecy over how the device works, who the customer is; as well as bashfulness to be associated with something that might end up being bogus; or if genuine, not wanting to tip off competitors about their advantage. Rossi's E-Cat Victory on Cold Fusion's Emergence Day -- E-Day - The date October 28, 2011 will be recorded in history as the day when Andrea Rossi's cold fusion E-Cat technology emerged victoriously into the commercial marketplace, after an important test by a yet-undisclosed customer. Test parameters discussed. Move over oil, coal, and uranium... Ni-H cold fusion technology is coming to town! (PESN; November 2, 2011)

Success for Andrea Rossi's E-Cat cold fusion system, but mysteries remain - Against all the odds, Andrea Rossi's E-Cat cold fusion power plant passed its biggest test yesterday, producing an average of 470 kilowatts for more than five hours. (A technical glitch prevented it from achieving a megawatt as originally planned). The demonstration was monitored closely by engineers from Rossi's mysterious US customer, which was evidently satisfied and paid up. (Wired.co.uk; October 29, 2011)

1 MW E-Cat Cold Fusion Device Test Successful - On October 28, 2011, Andrea Rossi demonstrated his 1 megawatt E-Cat system to his first customer, who had engineers/scientists on hand to test/validate its performance. Due to a glitch, it provided 470 kW of continuous power for 5.5 hours during the self-sustained mode. (PESN and BeforeItsNews; October 28, 2011)

Dr. George Miley Replicates Patterson, Names Rossi - Long-time cold fusion researcher Dr. George Miley, affiliate professor at the University of Illinois, has recently released a report documenting his successful replication of the work of cold fusion pioneer James Patterson. Dr. Miley feels that the work of Mr. Patterson and Andrea Rossi have many similarities and has offered a theory that is felt to cover both. (E-Cat Site; October 22, 2011)

Here are the analyses of the latest E-cat test - Mats Lewan of Ny Teknik in Sweden provides a summary of 4 different scientists reviews of the test done on the Rossi FatCat system on Oct 6. While one of the reviewers felt the test results were inconclusive or negative, the other 3 reviewers felt there were positive signs of excess energy. (NyTeknik; October 21, 2011)

E-Cat Test Validates Cold Fusion Despite Challenges - The test of the E-Cat (Energy Catalyzer) that took place on October 6, 2011 in Italy has validated Andrea Rossi's claim that the device produces excess energy via a novel Cold Fusion nuclear reaction. Despite its success, the test was flawed, and could have been done in a way that produced more spectacular results -- as if confirmation of cold fusion is not already stunning enough. Belated report of E-Cat testing 7 July 2011 - "This morning, Professor. Stremmenos began to tell me about a test done on July 7 last year citing from memory some parts of his report ... I asked him then if this report could be released! I obtained permission to publish the report, so far kept confidential, the test in a form similar e-Cat to what we are testing this morning."
