Overview

The Hoff Oil Centrifuge by Hoff Centrifuge, Inc. is a patented centrifuge process that removes particulates from oil down to even below 1/10th of a micron -- cleaner than what comes from the can in the first place (guaranteed). Furthermore, this enables the same oil to be used indefinitely -- no oil change required -- meaning less oil consumed. Prevents any increase in blow-by, further saving oil usage.

Perpetually clean oil results in significantly prolonging the life of the engine or machine, and improving performance. A cleaner engine or machine runs cooler and more efficiently. A hydraulic system that usually lasts two years could last 30 years. An engine might last two to three times as long. A transmission might last two to four times as long.

The technology is presently available for industrial applications, and is being developed for replacement of oil filters in vehicles. A replacement for the M1 Tank will be the first such application, saving huge costs of engine replacements due to sand.

The company is also looking at applying the technology to the oil field with its refineries and pipelines, resulting in huge savings in the presentation of suitable product for consumer use.

Other Technology

The company is also developing an electricity generator. It will be announced possibly in July, after the patents have been secured. The company is seeking multi-billion dollar investments to help implement that technology on a wide scale, creating clean energy in place of fossil-fuel technologies.

How it Works

The Hoff Oil Centrifuge technology removes contaminant particles from the oil down to even below 1/10th of a micron. This is accomplished by combining the application of extremely high levels of centrifugal generated g-forces with a separation medium in the centrifuge itself. In most cases, this cleaning can be accomplished with the host machinery in operation, and results in oil that is many times cleaner than the oil was when it was new.

The contaminants are held in suspension within this centrifuge system until it is disassembled for cleaning (once monthly on the average for industrial applications, for engines), where an average of about 1.5 pounds of concentrated contaminated sludge can be removed and stored in a sealed container for appropriate disposal.

Instead of disposing of hundreds or even thousands of gallons of hazardous waste, now a year's accumulation of solids may be as little as 5 to 10 gallons of complete solids. Many companies have noted as high as 99% reduction in their overall hazardous waste oil disposal, which in turn is directly reflected in their reductions in new oil purchase requirements.

Extreme oil cleanliness results are achieved where the ISO cleanliness particle counts have shown results down to a 9/6 which is approximately only 12 particles per milliliter, or 1,006 times cleaner than new oil. In a spectrographic analysis wear metals have shown reduction as low as a "O" ppm. Additionally, all oil additive packages remain completely intact. Component life expectancy is extendended by 2 to 4 times and more. All of Hoff Centrifuge, Inc.'s (previously Alpha Omega) heavy industrial customers have never had to change their oil. Some of their oldest customers going on 15+ years still have not changed out their oil.

This is the only centrifuge oil cleaning technology which guarantees cleaner than new oil or money back! This technology also removes the fine grease/degradation and carbon particles out of the oil which no other centrifuge or filter product in the world can do.
