Instructions for joining the New Energy Congress.
The following information is contained and explained further in the document Congress:What Membership Entails.
Steps
The following procedure for joining NEC was approved (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/NE_Congress/message/45) by NEC Jan. 14, 2006.
A. Review NEC Membership Requirement
- NEC Membership - Review section on main page regarding membership: criteria, discussion list requirements, rules of conduct

B. Review Required Activities for Continued Membership
C. Fill Out Application
- Application (http://www.pureenergysystems.com/NEC/join/survey.htm) (Print out the results page for your records.)
D. Application Reviewed by NEC
After submitting the application, it will be reviewed and then voted on by NEC. This process should not take longer than two or three weeks, so if nothing has happened, don't hesitate to inquire as to the progress. Sometimes good things get overlooked in the midst of being preoccupied with other good things. As the say, "The squeeky wheel gets the grease".
