As the Keppe Motor group rolls out their open source [see conditions] motor for manufacturers worldwide, they are looking for an official laboratory to measure and sign off on the efficiency of the motor.

Brazil is lacking in such laboratories because the Brazilian government does not have such a requirement for motors below 1 horsepower.

The Keppe motor presently in production has an output range of between 50 and 600 Watts -- just below 1 HP.

What they need is a laboratory that can accurately measure and certify within the following range:

0.5 and 2 Newton-meters of torque
300 to 450 Volts

They have been having a hard time sourcing such a certification laboratory in South America.

If you have such a lab, or know of such a lab, they would appreciate being informed about it.
