I just found a message Robert Godes left for me on my phone on April 1. In context of the H-Cat R&D we are involved with, I had asked him what was the low end of the temperature range where they see the LENR effect begin to show up. He responded:

: "In phase I we saw the heat generation start in the 25-30 C range. So people should be able to see it at room temperature."
