Technologies for New Energy Congress to Review
- MEMO
- This document is not up-to-date and does not reflect the present activities of the New Energy Congress.
A listing of clean energy technologies for New Energy Congress to review. The idea is to to come up with a weighted list of recommendations of the best technologies. While the preliminary discussions will be mostly private, the results of those deliberations will be made public, to the extent possible (some technologies are semi-proprietary).
As a matter of a general guideline, NEC should endeavor as a body to spend about 50% of our collective attention and efforts on conventional renewable energy technologies, and the remaining 50% on non-conventional, or "fringe" clean energy technologies. (Approved March 10, 2006)
